Omg I remember the first day i did this , I thought you are crazy to thing people can do this , there is no way I could do some of them , and nowwww I’m able to all of them and feel fit and my belly is gone too , I feel sooo good that I’m able get to this level thanks ❤️

I love how it was sequenced! Good finished after my weight training. Little tip from PT for those WHO dont have strongera core yet - dont go all the way down when you do sit UPS, dont let your shoulders touch the mat, So you prevent using your upper back while doing exercise and involve more your abdominals ❤

I love your videos and they're so helpful. There's just something I want advice on. I'm a college going student and my schedule is pretty hectic. The only day I have off is sunday. During vacations I'm able to maintain consistency but when i have college (which is most of the time) i usually get really tired by the time i get back and it sometimes gets hard for me to stay consistent that way. Is there anything you can recommend so i can avoid getting so tired?
Just going to do this everyday. My results within a week: 1 day✔ Actually it wasn't that burning, because i didn't do every exercise on 100% mode)))))) 2 day✔ Tried to work so hard and now my abs is on fire🔥🔥🔥 3 day✔ 4 day✔ 5 day✔
