    That was possibly the hardest core workout I’ve ever done. The one arm planks were killer. That was a 100% burner!

    YES ABS. Absolutely awesome stuff and proper core burner. Loved every moment of it. My only slight criticism is there was no percentage workout bar in this video to see how far along you were. The actual video / exercises though is simply outstanding. Thank you Anna.

    I've googled "25 minute abs workout home " and this video popped up. Didn't expect it to be this useful, with timers and everything. Thank you so much for all the work you've been doing.
    EDIT: The workout was amazing! I've been exercising for half a year (and lost 17 kilograms ), but this workout still destroyed me. You made it look so effortless and there I was, killing myself on the floor. I can feel all the muscles in my core and I am convinced that if I do this workout once a week for half a year (along with my usual training routine), I'll have amazing results.

    I cried like 3 times while doing this workout but i said to me: its ok to take a 10sec extra break to take a sip of water.Its ok to cry sometimes!
    BUT GIVING UP isn't ok!! And i did this whole thing without skipping any exercice thank you anna for you motivation, youre really inspiring me!❤❤❤

    I am proud of myself😁. Was able to do all without breaking, except for the hollow hold. I can't do more than 10 seconds 😣. I just wish it had a percentage progress bar.

    I loved this one! :) Right now it is my college cross country and track offseason, but I still want to do workouts that will help me strengthen my core without a lot of cardio, so I can still maintain my core strength. As a runner, I forget how important it is to keep my core strong, and your workouts have really helped me maintained that strength. I have noticed definition and a huge boost in my energy and mood after doing your workouts.

    This is my favourite abs workout. It got the best balance for me to keep going until the end. Hardest for me are the side planks. I only could do them from the knees. Now I can do a simple side plank without lifting the leg. Sometimes I have to shake out my arm inbetween, but a while ago I wasnt able to get my hip of the ground at all.

      @@nicknamess232 I do skip them..all the time and I feel like none of the other exercises seem to have the same effect as a side plank would, so a substitution or low impact version for the exercise would be better for beginners like me. Also you could be a little calmer, and the use of an exclamation point was very unnecessary,

      Try to get your upper back and shoulder off the ground; look past your toes!! :) Sorry I'm late to reply, haha, but I thought it couldn't hurt!

    Lovely, thank you Anna. Most challenging exercises for me are the side planks as I have bad shoulders from surfing 🏄🏽‍♀️, so always drop my knee.

      You should try lower the amount of times you workout and start doing 1 hour walks still kinda a workout but yea

    This one is really intense. I have a strong lower body but my core is weak, so i have no problem with the full body workouts but i suffer so much from core workouts. I even had a cramp during the middle of this one😂. But i do love it and will keep trying to follow through. Thanks anna!

    RIP your hip flexors. Because that’s a large portion of what this work out targets. It 50% abs, 50% hip flexors. Not a well balanced work out.
