I tested positive for Covid 16 weeks ago… before this I was doing your workouts everyday… this is my first one back after a long rehabilitation period… it’s good to be back.
I'm Stuck in England with COVID and they didnt let me go home to Rome. Luckyly I have no syntoms. I exercise everymorning in my hotel room.👍Hope to leave sono.
I have insanely weak arms, they're naturally very thin, my wrists are tiny and get tired in seconds. Legs - very strong, core - also not bad. No matter how much I work on my arms, they stay weak. The thing is, it's not recommended for me to lift weights as I have kidney stones. And I could not find a decent bodyweight upper body workout for years. This is a GEM. A day ago, I only managed to get through the warm up. Today, I did half the video. Struggled a lot, took breaks, but still did it. I will not rest until I finish this video without taking extra breaks or slacking on last few reps. ✊🏻
Working that push up ...yay! When I started to workout with Anna, I hardly could do one push up, but now I feel so proud to do all the push up variations and feeling stronger and more capable! 💪💪💪 This workout is so much fun and still: upper body on fire!!! 🔥🔥🔥
@@eri6219 Sure, you will do them, but don't do knee push ups all the time instead. Get a chair or something and start with elevated push ups instead, becaus a push up is a whole body exercise. You need the core stability! I also did a lot of hands release push ups. This combined with Anna's workouts made the deal. You can do it, too!
BEWARE! This was so difficult! I took a lot of pauses but geez was it a WORKOUT! I’ve never screamed while doing a workout before but I had to in order to finish this one lol. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
This was my first time trying one of your workouts and I had to stop and pause so many times. The side plank section was near impossible for me, as are push-ups right now. SO HARD. I've challenged myself to see how strong I can get in 2 years (no quick fixes this time, just consistency and trusting the process, even if I can't perform most of the routine now) and I am so looking forward to seeing how I progress - by 2025 let's see if I can master those side plank dips and reach-throughs!!
The frogstand was indeed a surprise Anna, i couldn't do 1sec of it without falling down. Nonetheless thank-you for giving me a new move to work on. I'm sure with practice I'll be able to hold it. Loved the workout😘

i almost cried at the end of the workout omg this was really hard to do. i had to stop a few seconds at the end because I was in so much pain. no pain no gain tho hopefully I can do all of these without taking a break during the workout. thank you anna:)

That was a killer sesh! I'm so proud of myself that I did it to the end! I liked this workout because it worked not only muscles in the arms but also - more importantly - all those shoulder joints, rotators, and small muscles-stabilizers. It was challenging! Me, someone who couldn't do 1 freaking pushup is now able to do 10 in a row!!! Now working on pull-ups.

Everytime I workout, I always forget my arms. I was so happy seeing this and I tried it. I wasn't even at the middle of it that my arms began trembling. This is embarrassing, but when I did the Chest Opener, my arms cracked the hell out of me🤣 thank you for your content and for the effort you put in these videos. Only recently started exercising more a week ago and found this channel. I willed myself to make it through the full 30 minutes even if that meant taking longer breaks to either rest or drink from my water bottle. I can hardly do push ups cause my arms aren’t that strong, but I still tried, and I’m pleased to say I made it through the entire workout. 😇

Thankyou so much!!!! Earlier my arms were not that strong, it was so easy for me to touch my shoulders (indicates having very less muscles in arms) but after doing this workout daily for 1 month I've grown up muscles and they are much stronger than they were, I can't touch my shoulders now:)

Superb Workout Anna . Frogstand hold is hard but modified 1 leg up is ok and only for last 10 seconds was able to hold both legs in air proper . So getting stronger slowly for sure

I was dying while she was holding a LOW PUSH-UP HOLD…i cant even do that on my knees 😭
That’s completely okay! Practice makes perfect! Just take another workout or stretching for beginners.
