Any beginners out like me, be careful when just starting out! I’ve injured my back a few times with Anna’s videos popping ribs out of place…. I was pushing too hard too fast. Listen to your body and start off gentle until you’ve built some muscle! You got this! 🙌🏼
I agree I’ve just injured my leg (muscle sprain), i didn’t do enough warm-up exercices before starting her video… Maybe she could add some exercices at the begining before the training to prevent this kind of injuries.
I survived day 5/14. Today was not a very good day for me. I had zero motivation, and because of that, I started the workout at 8:45 pm, and it turned from 30 mins to an hour long. I was doing good in the beginning 20%, then I started getting tired from then all the way through 60%, then i started to get really nauseous from 70% until the end. I had to take lots of breaks and do easier versions or not do some exercises at all because of the nausea. And although I could have stopped, I decided that I wanted to push through, and I did. For anyone struggling with this challenge, remember that there are lots of bad days, and even if you come across one, keep pushing. Tomorrow is going to be better! 😊

Day 5 - I had to skip my training yesterday because it was the first day of my period, and I was feeling really unwell and weak. I rescheduled the workout for the next day. Even though my period is heavy, I didn't want to skip another day, so I found the energy. I did the training in beginner stages, but I managed to finish it. 🎉❤
Hello! I’m 12 years old and recently started exercising regularly simply for the benefits and looks 🤭. I started lowering my sugar intake and began eating healthier. (Don’t get me wrong I’ll still consume a colossal ice cream cone no questions asked.) I genuinely find it fun, and I hope I’ll continue to have the same motivation throughout the years lol.

Since then I´ve been coming back regularly and followed workouts, made yoga-sessions or just looked for inspiration what to eat. Day 4 complete! I am an 11 year old girl insecure about how my body looks, I'm 5'2 and weigh 111 pounds. I am doing these workouts because I want to be strong, lose weight, and feel good in my skin. I have been very lazy my whole life and always feel tired so whenever I complete a workout I always feel amazing. To anyone who is struggling like me or in a similar situation. Hey Anna, I joined your channel few weeks ago. I have been struggling with my health and focus since I stopped working out for almost a year and half. I was very demoticated and in a low place. Then I started looking at your videos and I started working out. In the beginning I was skipping days and was not consistent, but now I am consistent. Your videos are very helpful. I still have a long way to go - but love your videos.
This is my first post-pregnancy workout since having my third baby and can I just say THANK YOU! My body feels amazing and having no jumping workouts is a dream scenario for my body right now!
@@aizaali1111hi! You probably already know this, but for pregnancy I'd do three things; 1.) Consolt your doctor just to make sure it's saw! 2.) Do lower intensity workouts, 3.) Do pregnancy specific workouts 😊
I did this workout today because I cannot do Jumping, I have a bad knee 😅 loved it every part of it ! Just make sure with the plank to squeeze your abs in to have a good position to not hurt your back, the push-up do not need to be all the way down, I also patched my knee for better confort when there are on the floor, for the abs exercice again squeeze you abs in until your back touches the floor, do not leave space between your back and the mat even if it means to not go as further as her. 😊

I feel so proud and a sense of accomplishment dwells in. I smiled.. when I finally finished. Every part of my body felt the sweat especially my abs. I thank Anna so much for designing such a neat workout. It's all about taking it gradually, even if you have to take breaks, or skip a few ones. It's all about finishing till the end.. till the "Hurrah" shows up on the screen. ❤
Day 5: It was awesome!!! Some exercises were difficult, but I still tried to do the easier version of it. I took less breaks than before and have more energy after! First time I sweat that much though 😂❤

You can also increase the intensity by modifying the moves to be harder...example, regular push-ups, jump lunges, jumping Jack's rather than stepping, Add weights (dumbell or ankle) to abs portion.

Just discovered you a couple weeks ago. Bounced around on some of your yoga and pilates only to realize that your super woman and I can't keep up. Now found yout back to basics and day 5 I was able to keep up about 80% of the time. I feel stronger and better everyday! Love it love you love it all!
Day 5 round 2 done! I had today my first day at work at the hospital and I was soooo tired but I did it despite that ( took 2 hours nap and ate something then I was exhausted but after the workout I feel more productive and powerful ❤❤❤) thank you Anna ❤
I was feeling a bit tired and wanted a low impact workout. This was just what I needed! A good burn (especially the abs section) but nothing too crazy. Loved it ❤❤
I haven't been able to exercise every day in my entire life. 😂 But I'm trying to do it from now on!! Day 5 done! I couldn't do the last 2 exercises properly. The sounds weren't human. 😂😂
this was really hard, but very rewarding! i did this on day 4 instead of 5 because i took a 2 day break between day 1 and 2 when I was away, and felt like I could do another hard workout today. However, I was still super sore and I took 5 minute breaks every 25% of the workout. Still really good though and i’m very proud of myself. I only started working out about 2 weeks ago and it’s been hard, but I decided to push myself with this challenge.
First day I was very insecure about how weak my body is , it wasn't beginner friendly at all for me , but I can shout out to all beginners like me there IT IS FRIENDLY and very welcoming to fitness world tell you can actually do it and find progress like I did
I love it that you make coments in the video and give advices for the exercise. 🤩❤️ But can you do this in the breaktime. I usuales dont look an the video while doing the exercise.
yesterday i was too tired come around 11 so im here doing it today! no jumping is great for me as someone w pcos jumping spikes up my cortisol so it isnt recommend. this is gonna be great!😊

Just discovered you a couple weeks ago. Bounced around on some of your yoga and pilates only to realize that your super woman and I can't keep up. Now found yout back to basics and day 5 I was able to keep up about 80% of the time. I feel stronger and better everyday! Love it love you love it all!
Day 5 round 2 done! I had today my first day at work at the hospital and I was soooo tired but I did it despite that ( took 2 hours nap and ate something then I was exhausted but after the workout I feel more productive and powerful ❤❤❤) thank you Anna ❤

I haven't been able to exercise every day in my entire life. 😂 But I'm trying to do it from now on!! Day 5 done! I couldn't do the last 2 exercises properly. The sounds weren't human. 😂😂
this was really hard, but very rewarding! i did this on day 4 instead of 5 because i took a 2 day break between day 1 and 2 when I was away, and felt like I could do another hard workout today. However, I was still super sore and I took 5 minute breaks every 25% of the workout. Still really good though and i’m very proud of myself. I only started working out about 2 weeks ago and it’s been hard, but I decided to push myself with this challenge.

yesterday i was too tired come around 11 so im here doing it today! no jumping is great for me as someone w pcos jumping spikes up my cortisol so it isnt recommend. this is gonna be great!😊
