It has been a difficult workout to me (I'm overweight, almost obese) but I did it!
I didn't expect the motivational phrases and the first one made me almost cry, I don't really believe in myself fisically and I would be lying if I said that I did every single exercise, but we all start somewhere and that's my beginning, and I'm proud of myself.

Been doing her routines since before the pandemic. I love, love all of her stuff. Yaaaas, you become stronger with each routine. You get used to it and addicted to it so fast! Just completed this. I also do lots of biking, light weights, jumping rope, hot yoga. Have lots of fun!

I just randomly decided to start this challenge and WOW!! I was struggling!! Especially in the last 30% I did the modified versions and even paused the video to take longer breaks but I did the darn thing! And I SO appreciated the cool-down! Here’s to completing day 1/14 ❤

I am a kind of person who cannot maintain consistency. I have taken up many challenges every now and then but almost every time I wasn't able to complete the same. This is my Day 1 of this Challenge and I aspire to be disciplined in my life and today is the beginning. Good luck to me. We got this.
Update:- I couldn't come back to this challenge after day 1. I am disappointed with myself. But I am gonna keep forgiving me until I am better. The little girl inside me needs a strong, brave, and disciplined girl. I am gonna be that one. I have come here to start all over again from Day 1. Completed Day 1 strong. I promise to myself that "I am gonna keep showing for myself." I have got this.

Oh. My. Goodness! I’m 13, and I’ve always loved the aestheticness, motivation, and overall inspiration that Anna gives! I’ve tried one or two of her videos before, but ended up quitting before the half way mark. I was so annoyed. As a growing teen who finds it difficult to stay consistent, I found this workout series to be a gift sent from heaven by an Angel who goes by the name Anna. After telling myself that this was going to be the first workout that I WONT GUVE UP ON, I was so motivated the entire workout. I finished!!!!! I’m so happy!!! I can’t wait to finish all the workouts in this series. I will comment on every video so you know that I did it. I love you Anna!!!!!

Oh i feel so sore after doing this for one day, how do you not feel like that? My tights especially feel so stiff.. and i am like 60kgs at 5'4

I just tried to do my best, and when I felt “that’s it, I really can’t do it anymore,” I stopped, simply regained my breathing and continued.
I started this challenge to train my body, but not to torture it. Personally, this approach helped me not to lose motivation, even if not everything worked out. I hope it will help you too, good luck! ✨
I know it’s late but I’m starting today and man, I am so proud of myself, I actually made it through that workout without having to pause. I’m super sweaty now though but it was a good way to start my morning

YAYY DONE WITH THE DAY 1,I AM FEELING SOO PROUD OF MYSELF ,LET'S COMPLETE THIS CHALLENGE YOU ALL ,WE GOT THIS
Just done this work out 8 months postpartum from a C-section and had a lil cry after as it has been such a long recovery (more than I thought!). I took it slowly but am so proud I completed this in my own time 💪🏻 Everything takes time and I know I'll be a little stonger day by day.
To any of the young pre teens, please don't worry about how you look, easier said than done I know. But your body is still changing and growing, only work out to feel strong. In time you'll learn to love your body and the things it can do! I'm nearly 36 and after having a baby am back to basics in my fitness but know in time I will be stronger again (even with my 30+ knees ha ha!) xx

May I say that you are terrific? I have tried other people's workouts--but it is your cheerful face (in addition to the great workouts, of course), that keeps me coming back. Many hosts are just too grim or serious to be encouraging. LOVE what you are doing.

I've been neglecting workouts for past 2-3 months because of so many reasons, but now this first workout made me feel so rejuvenated that I don't have words to express my feelings. Lots of love Anna. Thankyou so much. I feel energized , motivated and fresh whenever I see you on social media. You're doing a great job. I am so proud of you. And people it will be hard to keep up only for a couple of days, believe me, working out will definitely give birth to a new version of you.
After stopping working out because of stress from exams its finally nice to get back into routine . I decided this 14 day workout is perfect for me to complete during christmas holidays . Day 1 complete !!!

I usually am not good with consistency, but for the next 14 days I will be!
Day 1: This workout was a good level for me, I had to modify a bit and i took one longer break in the middle. I am proud of myself!
Day 2: It was hard! I took many breaks and modified, I even took a long break in the middle, had to go to the store, but I completed Day 2! I am proud of myself and of whoever is reading this!
Day 3: Wow! Soooo hard despite being a ballerina and doing lots of leg exercises.
Day 4: This yoga flow was nice for a rest day, and my mom did it with me!
Day 5: I almost forgot today! but at 10pm i knew i had to do it and stay consistent. I'm glad I did it.
Feeling so so happy and satisfied by completing the day 1 hope i would continue doing till day 14...

Today was the first time that I did it in exactly the same speed as her and I feel really proud. I know there are many men my age that can do a lot better, but to me this feels like real growth. I started doing your workouts in June, for most exercises I wasn't able to continue the sets because of my weak endurance. TODAY, I can follow you through every set and finish the entire workout!!! I'm gonna be trying this challenge. I am 13 years old. My height is 5'2 and I weigh 62kg (136 Ibs). I will be taking rest days. Sometimes I might skip either because of school or because i'm sore or tired. Wish me luck!

This was such an energising workout. Can’t wait to do “Day 2” tomorrow. I struggle with consistency, I pray not to bail out. If anyone has any times on how to stay consistent, drop them down below.
What I do is that I plan out my day in a planner the day before so that I stick to my schedule more. I also tell myself that I don't have to do the whole workout, like only half or a quarter of it, but I end up wanting to do it all anyway.

I'm 43yo, had twins last year and have 3 kids now. it was a terrible pregnancy with a lot of lying and worrying about the babies and also how my son would cope with all this... today everything is just so fine, all healthy, big brother loving his already walking sisters. now it's time to get mama fit again! I was not aloud to run or jump until now, just doing postpartum exercises because my body was such a mess. I weigh 90 kilos (198 lb) and should weigh a maximum of 70 kilos (154 lb) - and some more of those kilos should be muscle... thank you for getting me all sweaty and happy!

You changed my life literally. I stopped excercising since before covid & was only doing little walks here and there. I’m my 40s I thought I won’t enjoy any workout classes apart from little Dancing. Just finished this workout i am SWEATING! It was HARD had to take longer breaks and some moves i couldnt do but i believe il get there...havent done as intense workout in 4years(had babies back2back)...

okay so it's 1st of January.. and now I have decided that I will try to do any 1 workouts of Anna eveyday... today i tried this one .. pretty hard
I am 37, borderline obese and this is my day 2.
On day 1, I could only do 10 minutes.
Day 2, I’ve reached 17 minutes.

When I started doing this , I wanted to give up . But I didn't. I continued and now I feel so energetic everyday

Hi. I’m a 13 year old girl who has just discovered all of this channels workout videos. A little bit about me:
I play multiple sports, but am only doing two currently: basketball and cheer. I will note whenever I have a practice/game as well as when I have completed the days. I will come back to this video everyday and try to finish this challenge.
Day 1: ✅ it was super hard, I struggled the last ten minutes and almost vomited 3 times and had to take a small break. Had a cheer practice today.
Day 2:✅ due to the sudden loss of a family member mixed with women problems, I couldn’t finish the way I wanted, but I finished.
This is the only channel I have ever finished workouts throughout the whole video! This is what I’ve been looking for! Totally recommend!

I sustained a severe back injury I'm a little over 1 year post op to fix it, and this is the first workout video I've been able to complete without having to stop in almost 5 years. I had to extra modify/ skip and do something else for some, but I really just wanted to tell you how much I love this video especially the end saying we did it 💖 it made me get really emotional 😅 so thank you 😸💖

I'm 17 and today is my first day of workout after a really long time and I'm so proud of myself for completing this workout in 30 mins. The amount of positivity i got after completely this workout is far better than leaving it in half and staying in regret the whole day. I'm going to stay strong the whole challenge 🥹
