My family and I have just completed the 28 day challenge and wanted to post this comment here for those thinking about taking this on... This is the most rewarding 28 days of exercise we have done together and we all feel great for it. There is no avoiding it, the challenge is HARD. Initially, it feels like a huge amount of squats and jumps (and only the most literal version of no repeat) but after a couple of days of sore quads you get the rewards. Each individual week has a great flow to it with different rhythms to each day. Military Monday is always a little scary! Each subsequent week develops and pushes you in different ways. By the time the weights kick-in in the third week, you are totally ready for them. At 50% complete on day 1 you wonder how you will ever complete 1 session, by day 28 you can't believe it has gone so quickly. The last CV session on Saturday (Day 27) was a proper endorphin hit and I loved it. The stretches on Sundays are so relaxing. If you are on the fence about this challenge- JUST DO IT. @@himanshi8888 We lost a bit of weight, but that wasn't our main motivation. We were significantly more toned after the 28 days with a clear change in all of our physiques. We all put on muscle and lost some fat. However, for us the biggest motivation was to get fitter, and these videos were perfect for that. Mentally, it was great to have the challenge every day to keep you motivated and focused with no searching for the next video. We still do Anna 5 days a week following her weekly plans, but the 28 day challenge was a great introduction and we're still so pleased we did it.

I breast feed!! (Not overweight) i wear a good sport bra and do the exercise after a feed! And drink a lot of water!! Have Done a lot of workouts! So dat so good!

i got almost 16 minutes in and i cant do it anymore. i dont hate myself because i actually got the courage up to literally just click on the video. i kept telling myself "do it, you need the workout and the results" but i just gave up. im just proud of myself that i actually got this far, you know? i can see the numbers on the scale going down in my head. im going to do this :)

Yesterday i hardly did it 11min and i fell like throwing up(vomit) so i stopped.. Today i completed my task.. But i was not able to do it properly. I take break between exercises... Right now i can fell my whole body is acheing..

I understand the struggle. I started out doing five minute workouts and then slowly worked my way to twenty minutes while building up my stamina and endurance. Just pace yourself and remember every winner was once a beginner. You'll get there👍💕!

Even though it’s almost the end of August 2021 and I’m starting on a Thursday, I still want to do this challenge and see how far a go. I make sure to do this everyday no matter what and push myself harder to grow! I honestly love this channel and have been doing the 30-40 min cardio HIIT workouts and decided to do this! So good luck to me and I’m proud of myself to do this!!

In the beginning I thought this was actually fun and I managed fine until about 60%, the last exercises I could only do halfheartedly. I was looking for a workout that really makes me sweat though so I can't really complain :D Don't know how I'm gonna finish the 45 minutes workout tomorrow, I'm scared already

@@dorinaheinig9727 hey..., so when i discovered this it was end of January when Anna started the February challenge. Which I then joined. I work out with her Mon-Fri then Saturday i do a 3km run and Sunday is rest day for me. I have become much stronger, my push ups are much better looking although im still on my knees, i can hold my planks esp the side ones. I just started the March challenge so far so good..
I aim to do 20 *on the toes PushUps* with no rest inbetween by year end.. 5 Pull Ups * 1 Muscle up..and * an unsupported by the wall handstand... Sorry the reply was long but thank you for asking...😍😍😍

I love how the workout videos are straight to the point. No talking and the countdown timer and percentage is very helpful in terms of motivation. I pray I make it to day 30

Day one challenge... anna.. u r not human.. i crashed at 34% then 60% and then i started taking 25 sec breaks in addition to ur 10 seconds just to complete the whole thing.. it was a nightmare.. i am shaking all over.. thank u.. i stopped at 96% after doing 3 burpees.. then i hit the shower... going to sleep now... so exhausted

Decided to do this after weightlifting. The star jumps took me out, I was out of breath the entire time. I finished the workout though. I did have to pause the video three times because of exhaustion. The cooldown at the end was amaaaaaaazing!!!😊💕
i am so glad I have found this! Easy to follow, with no chat so you can listen to your own music... there was some stuff I couldn't do, but easy to make an easier adjustment,.. also really like that you can see how much you have done.. so the end is always in sight and you know when to give it your all nearer the end! Thanks so much for this challenge!

This was a steady state challenge. Those star jumps and lunge jumps were super tough to get done. But I feel great now!!!

I did 18 min and I'm so proud of myself. I love working out and am usually so flexible than many small body girls even if am big. Today was my day 1 and am so happy I've always wanted to lose weight for two years and nothing but hey am not giving up yet . Honestly, I'm a pretty strong person, and I can't do about 25% of these. It would be useful to include modifications in the workouts!

@@MC-br2zq Thank you for the encouragement - But sometimes you have to work your way up. Something that is doable to you isn't necessarily doable to others. Eg, I run and lift weights, but am trying HIIT for the first time. It's a different kind of workout, and requires different areas of strength. It's discouraging to not be able to do something, and not be told of an alternative as a beginner. Obviously, these videos are free, and I think they're good - just an area for improvement to push them up to great / amazing :)

I think I did this workout before but I couldn't find my comment so I figured I'd just do it again and I do not regret it. This workout is great (as always). I'd rate the sweat-level a 💧💧 (out of 3)

First HIIT workout in years. Well, it's been over a decade, I think. It was hard and I enjoyed it. I adjusted several of the exercises to keep it doable. Looking forward to getting stronger!
