- DAY 4! Today's HIIT Challenge workout is another No Jumping workout helping you to build and strengthen your muscles. You should feel the burn by the end of the 45 minutes - that's for sure! No repeat exercises so you can't get bored :) No excuses, let's crush it TEAM!
WORKOUT DETAILS
👉🏼 Duration: 40 MINS (plus 5 mins of cool-down stretches)

J’ai un peu de mal avec la chaise serait il possible de nous montrer une alternative c’est pas l’exercice que je trouve dure mais j’ai du mal à bien me positionner du coup l’exercice n’est pas bien fait 😣
Mais je l’ai fait et peut être que de le faire régulièrement je vais m’améliorer

This workout was great but i’m a little confused about the no equipment and the no repeat in the title. Many exercises were repeated and we had to find a chair which was not possible since I workout outside. It would be great if the title reflects what’s actually in the video.

Yay! Day 4 was completed successfully and I couldn't be more proud of myself. Today was hard to get through and was a bit hard on myself because of how sore my body is. But after completing the workout, I'm high off of adrenaline. I burned a total of 325 calories. Looking forward to a rest day because these muscles need a break, soon. Again, you're the best, Anna. I appreciate you workout through the workout alongside us.

My period started yesterday and it hurts so much that I couldn't do the series. I was so sad that I was thinking I would drop out, but I feel noticeably better today and even with a bit of longer breaks between exercises, I made it! Thanks Anna

That was a amazing. Anna, you always challenge me and bring new exercises to the mat. I really loved all the exercises with the chair. My muscles got a new stimulation - whoop whoop. Favorite exercise the elevated side planks! Will be back for the challenge! Can't wait!!!

thank you for being my quarantine workout challenge. Just travelled back to Singapore and currently have a 14 day quarantine. Going to move forward with all the 30 days. In Singapore every gym is closed temporarily because of the COVID.

Loved doing the workout SOOO much and I could already see improvements in my performance (been doing your workouts since christmas already) but then my mom called me for dinner when I was at 82% so I had to stop :( I'll start with the remaining 18% before the next workout tomorrow! Amazing workout!
