Hey Anna! i just wanna say I've been a part of your growing family since a month now and I've made more progress than i did in the last six months!! my goal all this time has been to become a stronger, better version of myself and you've played the biggest role in helping me achieve that. i thought i wouldn't be able to gain muscle without weights but your bodyweight training and hiit workouts are so effective, i already feel so toned! never felt stronger in my life and while there's still a long way to go, i really want to appreciate and thank you for helping me achieve this. i would've did this workout a month ago and died halfway not even kidding, but today i completed it with the max good reps possible! you're amazing, and what you're doing is INCREDIBLE. keep at it and a lot of people like me will thank you and always pray for your well being.

when i found this work out, i was like " oh ok, no jumping, great, should be easy". also me, in the middle of the work out" fML, why is this work out so damn brutal". And again, also me, completed the work out and felt so thankful and blessed. i love this work out, burnedddddddddd

I only use them so that I can workout very early without waking up my family

This is a power packed workout, exercising every muscle group, including Abs and stretching in the moves. The chair exercises are superb. This exercise video will be my go-to for sometime till I am comfortable with it. Will be looking forward to more videos. Kudos Anna!

I did this workout today again after a few month and it's one of my favourit workouts in terms of mix of both cardio and strength. As i do often late night workouts I am glad that they don't involve jumping. Please more suche longer workouts, from 40 to 60 min. please. Thanks a lot for all your work. You do a great job!

OHHHH My Goddess!!! Killer indeed. Its so amazing you do this without a rest or even sweating out. Beautifully presented, great music and superb range of varied exercises. My favourite online instructor x wow x
so amazing! i finished the workout wayyyy happier than when i started. it wasn't high impact so that helped a lot! i loved that it didn't repeat and hand some new unique exercises! i also love how u didn't rush the exercises and took the time to do them properly! it was easy to follow and for sure difficult! it was also nice to see u find it challenging too because a lot of videos the instructor just makes it look super easy and it's kinda hard to want to watch as u struggle through it! i LOVE your videos and it's so inspiring to see someone pursuing health but also balance and not living to unhealthy standards!

Thank you for a good workout. It is not HiiT, but I really enjoyed it. I liked the no repeats, and no jumping. Your long stretches in the cool down were wonderful - so often stretches are rushed.

I have been suffering from lower back pain for months. Had done a lot of stretching, yoga, pilates and nothing seemed to help. Decided to go hard on strengthening the core. I did this series only once and my pain went away!!! Thanks for these videos they have been helping me a lot!

I like your workouts because there is a pause and I can get into position for the next move. Workouts that have exercises one after the other I feel like I am cheating with the time
The other thing I like is that the timer beeps at 3 seconds and not 10 seconds. I also feel like I stop once the timer starts beeping. So I am glad it's a short warning 😊

This was killer!! Don’t be fooled in thinking it will be easy because it’s not! I added some weights on a few exercises and did burpees instead of the step backs. This is a fantastic workout! Thank you Anna 🔥 x

Nice video, guys always remember to activate your bodies before any workout with some light stretching then we're ready to roll with the workout, your body functions better when it's activated. I Always start my tutorials and classes in gyms with a pre-warm up, from 1st gear up to 5th always.

This was my first workout with you! I thought it was amazing. I recently broke my toe so I cant jump around. I made an entire playlist of workout you have that are no jump. I look forward to doing them. Thanks!
Things I like : Some different music than other people have. Some of it is the same but there was new stuff too! Also, I LOVE the clear preview that shows the full move so Im prepped and ready to do it! Also, the big clock with the loud beep.
Things I didnt realize work well and I now see do: Im not used to 50/10 I have always had 40-45/20-15 second work vs break. I thought the 50/10 was not going to work well but since you show a FULL and GREAt preview, I was able to handle it no issus.
Things that didnt work this time: Bc of my broken toe I couldnt do the 'toe on chair -to - knee tuck. So I did them as a regular plank and knee tuck :)
I agree with all your comments. I have an arthritic big toe so lunges on that side are a joke for me, I don't know what exercise to replace it with either. I found I was still doing 45-15 because of fatigue!!
