This is exactly what I am looking for : non-jumping version of cardio kickboxing workout. No jumping definitely doesn't means lower intensity, as the kickboxing movements involve larger activities on both upper and lower body. Super sweaty and get my average heart rate to 165. Burned 420kCal in total. Particularly love your dance cardio and kickboxing HIIT, and this will be my second beloved Eleni's workout (The first is Latin Dance HIIT :D ) . That’s so true, no jumping doesn’t mean lower intensity. Sometimes I think it’s even harder because it requires intense muscle control. Especially the way our dear Eleni choreographs. 🙂

Whew! Low impact does not mean low calorie burn. I burned 420kCal in total and seriously sweating. I did up the ante a little bit and added 1lb wrist weights to my hands. More of these please!
How do you calculate how many calories you burn? That is what I would like the canal to add.
@@sophiedenoulet437it’s usually pretty inaccurate. Focus on TDEE, not “calorie burn” from a workout.

I usually forget to say, Eleni you are excellent in choosing the music. 😄I was almost exhausted in the last 10% (esp I have finished a pilates HIIT and a 5000-step beforehand😂) but the music helped me to keep up. No words are needed. No talking. Just followed the beat and I smashed it!
