Magic the Noah once again proves the universal DM rule, if you have nothing prepared (Gyrados dlc joke), the players will try to go down that route, and if you have a lot of content prepared (the extra boards), the players will somehow find a way to extend the start of the campaign to the whole session
Great ending. Sophist really deserved that win. Good strategy and execution. He could have cheesed it by using endless HP-up-Potions on his cubone though^^ Nice relaxing video :)
I would like to see this done with the people more versed in Pokemon that he usually has on this show. Seeing them be absolutely baffled by the game would be hilarious as always 😂

I just had a thought: One of these games, Noah needs to add a punishment where the contestant has to sing a song of Noah's choice, and get SmallAnt in that video to sing any song. Or better yet, have singing be the combat system for a video, again with SmallAnt.
There was a pretty good pokemon system for dnd5e that existed a while back, but it sadly got killed by Wizards of the Coast because of an IGN article. The article is titled "This Unofficial Pokémon D&D Game Works Shockingly Well" if you're interested but you can't exactly find the system anymore without some work. There's also systems like pokemon tabletop adventures and pokemon tabletop unlimited which are a fair bit more complicated but focus more on being a "pokemon tabletop" over "a tabletop game with pokemon." Also y'know those two systems still get support since WOTC can't send them a C&D.

Man, Sophist was the real hero of this. He showed his superior Pokemon knowledge, & won despite all the bad luck & the other players being against him.
Anyway, okay run video! Thanks for uploading! Looking forward to more like this from you!
(Also, the move's name is VOLT TACKLE! It's literally Pikachu's signature move!)
if nick didn't retire his old piplup pfp and didn't hate the joke, this video would've been 10x funnier if noah decided to add in a piplup
Agreed
wait what was the joke?
@@auto_correct-3361 the Penguin = TCNick3 joke
Brent used to yell "Guys look, it's TCNick3" whenever he saw a Penguin, he'd call Nick a penguin, it was a huge Party Crashers joke
It got to the point where Brent would see a penguin, yell just "GUYS!" with no other context and everyone else would break down in laughter
It would prove that Nick can not escape the penguin allegations
@@iwuedfhbro, how can anyone hate being compared to a penguin
give us the sequel with the rest of the legendary birds. also sophist has to keep his cubone in the next video
If they keep up with what they're doing here, we'll probably get a whole miniseries before they complete what Noah only intended to take an episode.

Sophist should’ve been an electric type pokemon that could cast thunder spell
He literally says that in the video
More like electric/dark
@@hioman yeah but I posted this comment before reaching 10 minutes into the video
Nah, he should be electric ghost since he died early on
Electric/poison like common
I love how Zapdos just becomes stronger than Nick then makes him his employee
the fact they didn't use dragon rage in charizard's move set. A move that ALWAYS deals 40 damage (except for fairy types)
Only Sophist could turn Pokemon logic into Palworld logic

Sophist won with his starter showing that he truly was ash all along
I can't believe Sophist bothered to steal a fifth item slot from Vernias when the only method of getting items, the Pokmart, only gives them items when they have none and only up to four. Literally no way for him to use it.
To quote from The Fighting Game Glossary by Infil:
OD Is [New York slang that means "too much" or "very powerful". This is not a term that originated from fighting games, but you'll hear it used when someone loses to something really cool, strong, or ridiculous. Stuff like "that mixup was OD" is commonly heard from east coast personalities.]
Magic the Noah once again proves the universal DM rule, if you have nothing prepared (Gyrados dlc joke), the players will try to go down that route, and if you have a lot of content prepared (the extra boards), the players will somehow find a way to extend the start of the campaign to the whole session
0:48 Brent defies the laws of Noah videos by going the wrong way on an arrow

When Sophist gets lucky, he becomes unstoppable.
I’m recreating all of Kanto in google slides and making my friends play as one trainer, it’s going to be chaos
Good luck
@@amreel1055 thanks, I’ll need it
Great ending. Sophist really deserved that win. Good strategy and execution. He could have cheesed it by using endless HP-up-Potions on his cubone though^^ Nice relaxing video :)
I love how Noah already has a Vaporeon drawing but he decided to draw a new one for this show
Its just a png before
Articuno should be the first “boss”ish Pokémon instead of Zapdos because ArticUNO, ZapDOS, and MolTRES
"Since you're not really that strong and just sophist, you're going to die" what an insane line
I really want to see him. Cover the other stages maybe in a follow-up video but that's unlikely.
Sophist was trying to save to save the world and everyone else wanted to become a slave to Zaptos.
Hax. He missed High Jump Kick and didn't take damage.
Maybe he has Rock Head
@DarthMolgy
Rock Head is for recoil damage. This is crash damage.
@@pkmntrainermark8881 Magic Guard then
These Pokemon were Poked so much that they deformed
Except Ivysaur, he looked so good, but he was definitely not traced.

I would like to see this done with the people more versed in Pokemon that he usually has on this show. Seeing them be absolutely baffled by the game would be hilarious as always 😂
when they said thunder tackle i immediately thought of volt tackle, an actual move pikachu learns
Sophist: yo is there friendly fire
(Villain arc starts)
Sophist really does make these videos funnier
Be like Sophist, an optimist who never gave up, got more powerful due to stealing item slots, and saving the human race.
Don’t be like the Pessimists of everyone else, who fails at everything, and just excepted humans to be slaves by the Pokémon.
I love how more than half of the pokemons in the wheel weak against the typing of the the first boss. Peak game design 😂
It would have been funny if, rather than drawing Cubone, Noah just used a PNG of King from The Owl House
I was inspired by you to make my own google slides game. A western RPG called A Fistful of Peaches. Average playtime is around 4 hours lmao
28:26 "I'm sophist I feel remorse for my action"
..Are we talking about the same guy?
Definitely the most deserved sophist win ever. Vernias so salty.
Vernias is the biggest L of all the people that Noah has put on here
I’ve never liked vern
@BallinJesus sophist is definitely the goat. Has that chaotic neutral energy.
The board where they had to roll what direction they moved and he walled everybody off in the bad space zone was just so perfect.
@BallinJesus his banter with sophist and nick is part of the party crashers dynamic
@AndrewA60 yeah I don't dislike any of them. Honestly without vernias there sophist would be boring cause he wouldn't have anyone to antagonize so well.
fr, vernias doesnt know how to lose
"Pocket Nick doesn't exist,calm down"
Pocket Nick:
I just had a thought: One of these games, Noah needs to add a punishment where the contestant has to sing a song of Noah's choice, and get SmallAnt in that video to sing any song.
Or better yet, have singing be the combat system for a video, again with SmallAnt.
46:47 Betrayal... I think the thunder spell guy is the villain
Pokemon dnd would unironically be really good
The RUclipsr lostpause has a pokemon themed dnd,hes pretty popular
such game systems do exist. forget tis name atm. but they are pretty involved
