I love the idea of dwarfs turning slowly into a metal over time. That's a great piece of world building and way to make dwarves more special. Well done Mark
I found this channel through the baulders gate one shot video. This is pretty much my first exposure to dnd besides playing bg3 if you count that. I am loving it, i wish i had a group to play with
I must say, the lore you've made about dwarves, how they are afflicted and will slowly turn into stone/metal as they age is amazing. It is sad, so fitting for the race and I honestly can't stop thinking about it. I will definitly be stealing that for myself, haha.

Caught this in the middle of the campaign and decided to come back to episode 1 to catch all the character's stories. Watching Tom squirm and already making saving throws before the campaign starts is fantastic. Makes all the Tom and Mark interactions entertaining, almost like Mark enjoys his job just a little too much. 😁
I caught this live and it was AMAZING. The character introduction scenes felt straight out of a movie. Big props to Mark and everyone else for absolutely nailing this first episode! I already can't wait for next Sunday

On my second watch so far.... Been starting Aerois but I'd like to comment on how quality Altheya truly is. Production and chemistry skyrocketed, excited to continue watching this as it comes out.
I tried watching campaign 1 a couple of years ago, but with English not being my first language I had a rough time following everything that was said (bad audio probably didn't help a lot either). Very glad I decided to watch this campaign, I was drawn in from the get go!
I'm getting the vibe that Mark really likes the idea of worlds really being shaken up, its people rebuilding and the knock on effects decades or centuries later and i'm here for it cause it keeps working.

I came here from the BG3 Cast Plays DnD-- I flew through all the currently available episodes of this campaign in like a week and I'm back to watch them again from the beginning while I wait for the next one lol
I stumbled across this after watching some Baldurs Gate 3 content. The intro to this is so well done and really paints a beautiful picture of the world they are in. Superb story telling and the background music just ties it altogether.
Never before has a group of six strangers felt more like family. You are all gifted and amazing people and players. Mark, thank you for weaving tales that captivate the heart and minds of us all.
Starting the new campaign so sad Aerois is over and being like "ah well I guess it'll take a while to build an emotional connection with these characters" and about half an hour in Chris Trott has me weeping about fucking pebbles.

Anyways, I just wanted to say that I love ya'll and am hyped to have another campaign. This time, I'm not starting well over 100 episodes behind lol. But anyways, I listened to 5 episodes of Eveningstar the day I first had my covid vax, as well as with my mom a lot in the car 2 years ago and it helped me get through life where I had been placed in a" special ed" school I didn't belong at for a year. And you guys have really helped with my depression and made me happier in general. I hope ya'll keep playing even when you're all old and grey, because I'll still watch and I'm sure many others will. Aight classes speculations, go! My guesses? Gruffudd is Druid or paladin. Ophelia is a cleric or blood hunter (vampire too), Xantheus is warlock or fighter or rogue. Daisy is either rogue or warlock or a hybrid of both (known powerful combo iirc). Rowan is 100% a cool custom bard (fav character so far!). What do you guys think?
I pretty much agree, but I think creation bard would also work really well for Rowan. I also could see paladin or sorcerer for Xantheus, we know at the least he has good charisma.
This looks like so much fun to do and be a part of a campaign with a nice group of people in general. Sorry im completly new to D&D personally just recently stumbled on it because of bg3 really.
I have fallen in love with all of these characters already! Rowan is an absolute gem!!! And Kim Da Iawn on the Welsh accent ❤️ super psyched for this whole campaign 🤩
I've been planning to have a society that sounds like Ophelia's, after people die their spirits move on but their bodies are used as workers and soldiers so everyone can live easy lives. To be Risen is a privilege and honour. I'm not really making it gothic though I want it to seem vibrant and happy, the main holiday is based on day of the dead in Mexico. A big celebration of those who have come before and the work they have done after death. Anyone who does necromancy without consent or uses it for evil is an affront to their society.
Lucius voice (I cant remember his real name!) in this episode is amazing. I haven't decided if I will stick with High rollers this 3rd campaign, but THE VOICE OF GOD sure is a good argument for staying.
I didn’t even make it through the opening credits without crying. So happy you are all back. I wish I could join live every week but being Australian means I've only ever been able to do that a handful of times, so I'm just grateful to be able to join you all here on RUclips ❤ I love all the characters so much already and I can't wait to see how they all develop.
I just went on Twitch to look for this episode because during the pandemic, I started downloading the episodes off Twitch instead of from RUclips because they started cutting the in-between break shinanagans and donos so I could continue to listen to them at work offline. Now the Twitch channel needs you to be subbed to view it there so I did that but I can't download uncut episode anymore T---T I hope the High Rollers Crew doesn't cut the donations and funny stuff away again. The Aerois campaign was literally what got me into D&D two years ago, and being here from the beginning for this new campaign is so incredible and exciting! I'm absolutely OBSESSED with Ophelia, she's everything I love and I'm so damn hyped!

I was listening to this at work this morning and was FLOORED at how quickly I could visualize this world and the characters. First episodes are often difficult for me to get into, but not this one. Incredible job!
Back in high school and middle school, I watched campaign 1 and it got me into DND because I love yogscast I missed campaign 2 because I joined a dnd group the dm was toxic but i found the right group weve been playing together for 2 year but i want to thank you for one of my favorite hobbies.

Lucius voice (I cant remember his real name!) in this episode is amazing. I haven't decided if I will stick with High rollers this 3rd campaign, but THE VOICE OF GOD sure is a good argument for staying.

I just went on Twitch to look for this episode because during the pandemic, I started downloading the episodes off Twitch instead of from RUclips because they started cutting the in-between break shinanagans and donos so I could continue to listen to them at work offline. Now the Twitch channel needs you to be subbed to view it there so I did that but I can't download uncut episode anymore T---T I hope the High Rollers Crew doesn't cut the donations and funny stuff away again. I can't wait to see where this series goes and explore the world and your characters alongside you guys!!! So glad you guys are back, I missed you!!! :)

The Aerois campaign was literally what got me into D&D two years ago, and being here from the beginning for this new campaign is so incredible and exciting! I'm absolutely OBSESSED with Ophelia, she's everything I love and I'm so damn hyped!

I was listening to this at work this morning and was FLOORED at how quickly I could visualize this world and the characters. First episodes are often difficult for me to get into, but not this one. Incredible job!
Back in high school and middle school, I watched campaign 1 and it got me into DND because I love yogscast I missed campaign 2 because I joined a dnd group the dm was toxic but i found the right group weve been playing together for 2 year but i want to thank you for one of my favorite hobbies.
I just need more of this right now! So excited to see the first combat to see how they all fight!
