I would like to express a huge thank you to everyone on this video. 5 months ago today I suffered a massive heart attack, followed by a month in intensive care and a further month on a hospital ward. I found this video online, watched it and participated in it every day for 2 months. I did it again today for the first time in a few weeks and it made me smile to once again witness the enthusiasm and joy shown by all during the workout. It has been massive in my rehabilitation and has kept me motivated during a difficult period. I hope you all realise the huge impact that you have on people's lives and how your own smiling presentation makes those watching smile in return. Thanks guys and much love xx
Who is this guy! He has so much energy and is so inspirational. All of your workouts are good, but this, honestly, was one of the best I've done in a long time. In my house, outside on my deck, in a local park, out in my hotel room when we travel. No matter where it is, or what the source is, I love these workouts. They've reinforced my intent to stay healthy and live a long life.

Leslie is good to start with. Once the 2-mile boosted walk felt too easy, I searched for more challenging walking and jogging workouts. This one is just enough high impact for me to do consistently every day and feel like I am making progress. We also get to step on everything negative and push it out of our lives! I can always alternate with Leslie's 2-mile boosted fitness walk.
Normally I don’t like the newer videos with different leaders. I have been with Leslie for 21 years. I decided to give this one a try and I am glad I did. Loved Jordan as a leader. Great energy. I will look for more videos that he leads. 😁

I started with her 21 years ago after the birth of my first child. I just hope she is ok. I also wish she would make appearances or that they would just say she retired and no longer associated with company.

Three things to say: 1) Jordan’s positive attitude and genuine encouragement are the best! 2) I’ve been doing this workout since it debuted and I STILL love it. I kicked things up a notch by doing the workout while using 2 lb weights. It feels like a brand new workout and fat is really starting to disappear! 3) The brother in the back with fabulous locs has the world’s best smile. I love his energy too!

This workout earned me a badge for most calories burned during a walk on my fitness tracker! It’s so upbeat and the music is so “dancey” that you don’t even notice you’re working so hard! Love it!
Jordan Rose & Walk at Home team-Love this do-able walk & how we can "take a walk" anytime, anywhere!! Started these walks by Leslie back in 1999 consistently and now for almost 25 years. It feels great being able to keep up this pace at age 65 with these young people. Reaping the health benefits now in my 60's!!! Very grateful for Walk At Home and the walk leaders for the next Generation walkers!!
When I first started the video, I couldn’t finish because I was on the floor trying to breathe. Now 3 weeks of not giving up , I love this workout. I am 73 years old and can keep up with everything but the jumprope! I will get this down before I go out on my own . Pounds are falling off. I love this guy!!!!🙏

I want to suggest that when changing to a new move you stay consistent with the same starting foot. I would also encourage you to stay with changes at the beginning of a count of 8 (musical phrasing). Not only would this be less confusing, but it would be more fun! I know Leslie has always said we as walkers can start and be on any foot and not to worry, and that we are not learning choreography ….but as a participant, it would be easier to follow you, if you started each movement on the same foot (your left, our right) as Leslie has always done. Your enthusiasm is awesome and I think with some fine tuning and more experience you will be awesome. Thank you!! 💜
Yes!! Love his energy but there were definitely several times I had to start a second before or after him to transition along with the music or it really threw me off.

Since having heart failure after contracting Covid in May 2022, I've been careful to walk almost every single day since getting out of the hospital. I had to start off super slow and build myself up, but now wanted to keep up with the walking, even with the cold weather. I absolutely love these workouts! I can still walk no matter what it's like outside. I've also tried the one mile workout, and the one with the doctor, but this is by far my favorite! Thanks so much for making these - they are a blessing!

Thank you for making this video! I am 65 and needed a good cardio to help get me back in shape. I have scoliosis and so low impact or water exercise is my style. The instructor in this video is so enjoyable, encouraging and seems to have a good time with the crew behind him. This was my first exercise with this group and I am excited to have found it. I can do this mornings before swim class. Thank you!
I was so excited to see a new workout by Leslie...I don't typically do 2 miles, decided to give it a try...super glad I did...made it through the whole workout...Jordan was so inspiring and motivating, I couldn't, wouldn't give up...I loved this workout, plan on doing this workout at least 2x per week...great job Jordan, you rock as a leader!

Yet another wonderful example of a really great workout without the jumping around or crazy floor-to-standing moves. I'm a recently retired fitness instructor and I taught for over 15 years. For a person over 55 years old, if I haven't exercised properly for a few years, my physical fitness will drop immediately. I shared the same thing with another lady. I have been following Leslie's walking exercise for a while. I think I can't keep up with other teachers' exercise except her. Then I saw this teacher's video. He is so gentle and doesn't yell at me. 😂😂😂I thought I should follow him. As a result, I finished two miles and couldn't do some movements in the middle. He kept reminding me that you can do simple ones and it's okay. He is very cute and warm. Thank you teacher.❤❤❤❤

Jordan Rose & Walk at Home team-Love this do-able walk & how we can "take a walk" anytime, anywhere!! Started these walks by Leslie back in 1999 consistently and now for almost 25 years. It feels great being able to keep up this pace at age 65 with these young people. Reaping the health benefits now in my 60's!!! Very grateful for Walk At Home and the walk leaders for the next Generation walkers!!
This walk plan is best. I tired many but never lost weight. I lost 4 kg with this walk at home video in one month without any diet plan. Thank you♥️

When I first started the video, I couldn’t finish because I was on the floor trying to breathe. Now 3 weeks of not giving up , I love this workout. I am 73 years old and can keep up with everything but the jumprope! I will get this down before I go out on my own . Pounds are falling off. I love this guy!!!!🙏

I want to suggest that when changing to a new move you stay consistent with the same starting foot. I would also encourage you to stay with changes at the beginning of a count of 8 (musical phrasing). Not only would this be less confusing, but it would be more fun! I know Leslie has always said we as walkers can start and be on any foot and not to worry, and that we are not learning choreography ….but as a participant, it would be easier to follow you, if you started each movement on the same foot (your left, our right) as Leslie has always done. Your enthusiasm is awesome and I think with some fine tuning and more experience you will be awesome. Thank you!! 💜
Yes!! Love his energy but there were definitely several times I had to start a second before or after him to transition along with the music or it really threw me off.

Hello! My sister in law showed me this workout when we were visiting. I just turned 70 in August and I feel really good doing this video. I'm so happy with myself that I can keep up! It's a wonderful workout, thank you!
I haven't exercised in a week. I started feeling depressed, almost bought a pack of cigarettes after almost 1 year of quitting. I fought myself and did this workout instead. I feel better now. Thank you Jordan & Walk At Home 😅

Since having heart failure after contracting Covid in May 2022, I've been careful to walk almost every single day since getting out of the hospital. I had to start off super slow and build myself up, but now wanted to keep up with the walking, even with the cold weather. I absolutely love these workouts! I can still walk no matter what it's like outside. I've also tried the one mile workout, and the one with the doctor, but this is by far my favorite! Thanks so much for making these - they are a blessing!

Thank you for making this video! I am 65 and needed a good cardio to help get me back in shape. I have scoliosis and so low impact or water exercise is my style. The instructor in this video is so enjoyable, encouraging and seems to have a good time with the crew behind him. This was my first exercise with this group and I am excited to have found it. I can do this mornings before swim class. Thank you!
I was so excited to see a new workout by Leslie...I don't typically do 2 miles, decided to give it a try...super glad I did...made it through the whole workout...Jordan was so inspiring and motivating, I couldn't, wouldn't give up...I loved this workout, plan on doing this workout at least 2x per week...great job Jordan, you rock as a leader!

Yet another wonderful example of a really great workout without the jumping around or crazy floor-to-standing moves. I'm a recently retired fitness instructor and I taught for over 15 years. I've seen and worked with hundreds of instructors. This dude right here is so talented and clearly loves what he does. I'd love to see more of his workouts. Thank you Walk at Home Team!

translations: I want to thank this teacher. I don't know his name. It's my first time here. Most of the exercise videos are very fast and intense. For a person over 55 years old, if I haven't exercised properly for a few years, my physical fitness will drop immediately. I shared the same thing with another lady. I have been following Leslie's walking exercise for a while. I think I can't keep up with other teachers' exercise except her.
Then I saw this teacher's video. He is so gentle and doesn't yell at me. 😂😂😂I thought I should follow him. As a result, I finished two miles and couldn't do some movements in the middle. He kept reminding me that you can do simple ones and it's okay. He is very cute and warm. Thank you teacher.❤❤❤❤
