Recently widowed and at age 75, I just discovered this "updated" walking program with Leslie Sansone when visiting my daughter-in-law who has been struggling with depression and anxiety. Her little 4 year old daughter joined right in o n all the moves for the whole 30 minutes!!! So here I am back at home and while my autistic grandson(in his mid 20's) out for a sleep over, he joined right in with me and really enjoyed it, even if he couldn't quite get all the moves exactly right. He just kept on going!! Leslie knows how to make it doable, all the while generating such happiness and gratitude and keeping you motivated-----AND her dream team IS wonderful!! They all give off such positive energy and add their personal touch to the basic moves, making them jazzy and lots of fun!!! Such an AWESOME workout!! I have followed Lesley for the past couple of years now, I walk 6 days a week using quite a few of the walks, mostly the 2 mile ones and sometimes the 3 mile walk. I do it to stay fit, I am 83 years old and in excellent shape. Thanks Lesley for making these videos available

I've been a patient of anxiety and depression for the past almost 7 years. I am 26 right now. During my therapy in December 2021, I knew that therapy was not something I wanted to live with for the rest of my life. So I did a few therapy sessions in December- January and soon I was lucky to have been introduced to this workout that my sister found. Leslie's workout is one of those amazing things that restore your faith that good things still exist in the world and there's always a ray of hope in life to recover from depression and anxiety. Ever since February 2022, I have been regularly following Leslie's workout, and I am just so grateful to have found this! There's really no workout better than this especially for people who feel lazy and inactive. I have also been gaining some weight too so for me it is to stay fit and to relieve my stress and anxiety. I try doing it at least 3 times a week and every time I start my day with this workout, my whole day goes really well. My life is changing. I absolutely love the fact that unlike most workouts, this one doesn't cause any cramps to make the whole day difficult. Moreover, Leslie is so good at motivating and a few lines that she says during the workout they are so well put, they make complete sense in my life! Just finished working out for today and felt like expressing my gratitude here. A big thank you Leslie for being who you are and for doing what you do! I was talking blood pressure medicine for 7 years .. I heared once you go on BP medicine then you have to be on it for life but leslie made this wrong I have been doing exercises on Leslie's videos I lost 10kg with good diet too and im totally off from the BP medication now thank you so much leslie she changed my life I'm very greatfull to her

Congratulations. I’ve been exercising since December 43 lbs lost but still have to be on blood pressure meds. I do this workout every day or one of her other 30 min workouts. I’m hoping soon I will get of meds. Unfortunately high blood pressure runs in my family.

Hi dear I would love to tell u don't follow stict diet plans cause when u give up u increase again so go for calorie deficit plan n u shall reduce for long term but it will be slow process plus at age of 77keto is quite dangerous
I am 71 years and my wife is 67 years. We are in to this boosted fitness walk since last 3 months. I NEVER EVER get tired of her. She's so motivating because she's been doing walking workouts for decades. My 1st walking workout was with her back in the 90's and because of her personality, professionalism and classy dress code I'll be following her for life. This is absolutely a healthy walk. I begun this exercise 2 months ago, trying to maintain 3-4 times a week. I have since since stopped taking my hypertension medicine. I started my walking journey doing Leslie's walking workout in April and I can say I started to see a lot of results. I used to be obsessed with losing weight, doing cardio, battling my eating disorders but now that I'm at more at peace with my mental health I enjoy walking a lot more. I am only 24 and I used to think walking was something only old people would do but now I can confirm Leslie's workouts improved my body and my mental health in just so many ways. I don't overdo myself anymore. I just do her workouts 4 times a week and when I don't wanna workout I just go out for a walk around the city. Life is a lot more than just losing weight to fit it. Do this to work on yourself and better yourself as a human being and your overall physical health. Your body and mind will recover faster than you think. Eat ealthy, give yourself the chance to eat whatever you want without restraining yourself and enjoy moving around. ❤

I started this every other day consistently 7 weeks ago. When I first started I could barely do it. But I stuck with it and after 3 weeks I was able to keep up. Now I am down 2lbs with 4 more to go. I have had this video downloaded months ago but haven't been in the mood. But now I have 12k steps to submit daily, I tuned in and at the end of 1st round, I got 3,257 steps, 113.3 calories and 1.38miles done! I started doing Leslie's walking program last August 2022 and I was at 88kgs . I've also been diagnosed with fatty liver due to my gallstone. This October, my ALT is back to normal and I am out medication and have lost almost 14kgs and the walking system and diet is now my maintenance. The best part of Leslie's workout is I dnt feel tired at all I feel super energised . I’ve lost 21 lbs since July from these videos , I love this lady! I like how the videos have a little bit of everything such as cardio, muscle toning , also they aren’t extremely difficult. Also don’t forget her amazing personality 😁
Started in August, 4/5 times a week. No diet restrictions but eating less sugar, doing intermittent fasting and having a slight calorie deficit. Now October- I have lost so far 3.5 kg. The goal is 3kg more and then start working on muscles. So happy for this. I’m 160cm and was weighting 58kg due to a tough year. But this is a reminder you can start anywhere anytime and still make progress.

Thank you so much for this. Been following other workouts until I saw the video on fast walk. You are so engaging and truly motivating. For 1 week I already lost 4 lbs together with intermittent fasting, eating healthily, drinking 10 glasses of water for hydration and avoiding fast food/junk foods, soda and juices. I could feel the healthy sweating. I got 4 major surgeries in my tummy yet I found your exercises tolerable and effective. Not to mention that I have multiple breast/body mass found in my ultrasound and mammogram. This really helps me to be more active and mobile, I feel lighter and the breast mass seems shrinking. I thank God for letting me see your videos. You just don't focus on the physical fitness, you could even incorporate gratefulness for the healthy body and tremendous strength that God continuously bless us each and everyday. There's something in you that inspire me to keep on moving and sweating happily😊😊😊 During this pandemic, my life really turned into a roller coaster. Me, my husband, mom in law and aunt were inflicted with that deadly coronavirus last July, Thank God we were able to recover with home remedies and best nursing care plan, btw I'm a registered nurse but haven't been practicing for 20 yrs. This tragic moment made us realize so many things. For 23 years of my life I've been too busy with my career that it really affected my health condition and even my family life. Most of us would see this pandemic crisis as a tragic turmoil and devastation in their lives but if we would be able to listen to the message of God that He has been telling us all throughout our lives then we would realize the true meaning and value of this setback. It's not all about the career, the prestige, achievements, honors and awards tthat we are gaining from our jobs. God will truly make His way for us to totally comprehend what's really important in our so called earthy life. I'm starting and endding my day with a fervent prayer giving all the gratitude to Almight God while lifting all my cares to Him. This year 2021 marks my commitment to spiritual salvation, family and friend relationships, self love and self care. Quality time with my husband and kids is truly priceless and fruitful. So happy to share with you all that my diagnostic procedure results came out benign, no tracing of cancer that haunted me for 4 long years. As long as you eat in a caloric deficit as well. You don't need to go nuts with cardio, though. Add in weight training to increase or maintain muscle mass @@justmeyousee1020
I started doing Leslie's workout before Covid 19 and I have to say, after doing many many many home workouts hers are amongst my favourite as she is a good instructor, positive, upbeat, talks but not yells, not huffing and puffing how hard it is , nice normal music. She does waffle on about nothing, as they all do and need to fill the time but at least it is jolly, and she makes it go fast by joking with her team, which is an art. Truly. Also explaining posture which so many don't I hate to think how many people are injured doing eg burpees or planks with no instructions on posture or spine. Just a classic workout video. Well done.

This is correct, I am kind of single mom for 5 days in a week. I can not go to gym even if I really want to go. For 14 days I am walking with her while my baby is sleeping. And Its awesome 💕💕

I'm turning 56 this year and I started back with Leslie about 6 months ago after many years of doing sit work, and my body has changed quite a bit. I work out at least 3 times a week, but when I can I will do 4, 5, and sometimes even 6 times per week. Doing these workouts will also help make your eating habits better because it will help to change your food cravings. I sleep much better, I feel good, I am not depressed, and my feelings about myself and my life are much brighter. If your thinking about starting with Leslie I highly encourage you to give it a try, you won't regret it. Just remember that it takes time to make real changes, be patient with yourself, don't try and do too much right at first, allow yourself to get conditioned and just keep going. If you're just too tired on a walk day then just do a mile or take the day off and get energized for the next time.

I explored this workout when I was getting back to exercising after my breast biopsy. This is amazing. It made me smile. And when I got the results back today and it was benign, doing the workout while my wound is still healing felt like a celebration. Thank you, Leslie! I will keep WALKING!
Before going back to the gym after my hysterectomy, i started with these walking videos. Just modified it a wee bit. It was awesome! Winter is coming now and my little apartment does not have room for a bike or treadmill, so this is what i am going to be doing ❤

You are really a great instructor/teacher. You changed my life in 45 days...I had High cholesterol and Triglycerides, and doctor asked me to take the tablets, but he gave me 2 moths if I can control it, before starting the tablets. I followed this video on regular basis 5/6 times in a week, and within 45 days my cholesterol and Triglycerides came in their respective ranges without taking any tablets. I’m 25 and 88kgs. I finished my med school along with housejob this may and I’ve been home ever since because I needed a mental break. Now that I’ve found this workout, I feel like I can finally do some good for myself. I finished day 1 and I’m proud of myself. I’ll try doing this workout twice a day for as long as I can. Ofc I’ll take days off and try maintaining a fairly good diet as well so LETS GOOOO!! I’ll update daily for the first two weeks and then weekly :) Day 1: 88.1kg. Did the workout once. Day 2: 87.6kg. Did the workout two times Day 3: 87.4kg. Had Guests over so only did the workout once today. Day 4: 86.8kg woooow. Did a 22 min video and this one today. Weight going down pretty fast. I wonder when it’ll slow down.
This Fitness team helped me to battel my depression during My hard breakup and at the same time i droped 6 kg in 2 months. I got the Leslie DVD about 6 - 7 years ago and didn't do much with it.....fast forward to 2 months ago when my company started a Virgin Pulse step challenge and one of my colleagues mentioned Leslie's Walk at Home videos on RUclips. I have been doing them ever since, including my DVD!!! I love this boosted walk - along with the others, and they have been so beneficial as I have gotten fitter. Thanks Leslie and team!!! It is very easy to exercise in the home environment by walking without having to leave the house. Without having to make preparations to go out of the house and just do exercise indoors with whatever outfit we like. This video has actually been an inspiration for me to be more healthier. After doing this activity, I usually finish the exercise by doing dumbbell workout. Thanks to Leslie and her team for this nice video :)

Recently widowed and at age 75, I just discovered this "updated" walking program with Leslie Sansone when visiting my daughter-in-law who has been struggling with depression and anxiety. Her little 4 year old daughter joined right in o n all the moves for the whole 30 minutes!!! So here I am back at home and while my autistic grandson(in his mid 20's) out for a sleep over, he joined right in with me and really enjoyed it, even if he couldn't quite get all the moves exactly right. He just kept on going!! Leslie knows how to make it doable, all the while generating such happiness and gratitude and keeping you motivated-----AND her dream team IS wonderful!! They all give off such positive energy and add their personal touch to the basic moves, making them jazzy and lots of fun!!! Such an AWESOME workout!! I've been a patient of anxiety and depression for the past almost 7 years. I am 26 right now. During my therapy in December 2021, I knew that therapy was not something I wanted to live with for the rest of my life. So I did a few therapy sessions in December- January and soon I was lucky to have been introduced to this workout that my sister found. Leslie's workout is one of those amazing things that restore your faith that good things still exist in the world and there's always a ray of hope in life to recover from depression and anxiety.
Ever since February 2022, I have been regularly following Leslie's workout, and I am just so grateful to have found this! There's really no workout better than this especially for people who feel lazy and inactive. I have also been gaining some weight too so for me it is to stay fit and to relieve my stress and anxiety. I try doing it at least 3 times a week and every time I start my day with this workout, my whole day goes really well. My life is changing. I absolutely love the fact that unlike most workouts, this one doesn't cause any cramps to make the whole day difficult. Moreover, Leslie is so good at motivating and a few lines that she says during the workout they are so well put, they make complete sense in my life! Just finished working out for today and felt like expressing my gratitude here. A big thank you Leslie for being who you are and for doing what you do! I was talking blood pressure medicine for 7 years .. I heared once you go on BP medicine then you have to be on it for life but leslie made this wrong I have been doing exercises on Leslie's videos I lost 10kg with good diet too and im totally off from the BP medication now thank you so much leslie she changed my life I'm very greatfull to her

This is absolutely a healthy walk. I begun this exercise 2 months ago, trying to maintain 3-4 times a week. I have since since stopped taking my hypertension medicine. My BP was going even below the recommended, and I immediately knew the boosted walk is working for my health! It is now stable and I am so thankful Leslie...

I started my walking journey doing Leslie's walking workout in April and I can say I started to see a lot of results. I used to be obsessed with losing weight, doing cardio, battling my eating disorders but now that I'm at more at peace with my mental health I enjoy walking a lot more. I am only 24 and I used to think walking was something only old people would do but now I can confirm Leslie's workouts improved my body and my mental health in just so many ways. I don't overdo myself anymore. I just do her workouts 4 times a week and when I don't wanna workout I just go out for a walk around the city. Life is a lot more than just losing weight to fit it. Do this to work on yourself and better yourself as a human being and your overall physical health. Your body and mind will recover faster than you think. Eat ealthy, give yourself the chance to eat whatever you want without restraining yourself and enjoy moving around. ❤

I started doing Leslie's walking program last August 2022 and I was at 88kgs . I've also been diagnosed with fatty liver due to my gallstone. This October, my ALT is back to normal and I am out medication and have lost almost 14kgs and the walking system and diet is now my maintenance. Started in August, 4/5 times a week. No diet restrictions but eating less sugar, doing intermittent fasting and having a slight calorie deficit.
Now October- I have lost so far 3.5 kg.
The goal is 3kg more and then start working on muscles.

I came across Leslie’s videos by chance 6 weeks ago,and I’m so glad I did…I try and do this at least 4 times a week and have lost 3.5kg so far..I have tried many other workout videos on RUclips but either lost motivation or got bored..this however keeps me coming back and I genuinely look forward to them every time..I find myself smiling a lot during the workouts as well ☺️ thank you Leslie 🙏🏽❤️ finally a workout I actually love sticking with..Well done everyone who like me,keeps coming back for more 💪🏽

Thank you so much for this. Been following other workouts until I saw the video on fast walk. You are so engaging and truly motivating. For 1 week I already lost 4 lbs together with intermittent fasting, eating healthily, drinking 10 glasses of water for hydration and avoiding fast food/junk foods, soda and juices.
I could feel the healthy sweating. I got 4 major surgeries in my tummy yet I found your exercises tolerable and effective. Not to mention that I have multiple breast/body mass found in my ultrasound and mammogram. This really helps me to be more active and mobile, I feel lighter and the breast mass seems shrinking.
I thank God for letting me see your videos. You just don't focus on the physical fitness, you could even incorporate gratefulness for the healthy body and tremendous strength that God continuously bless us each and everyday. There's something in you that inspire me to keep on moving and sweating happily😊😊😊
During this pandemic, my life really turned into a roller coaster. Me, my husband, mom in law and aunt were inflicted with that deadly coronavirus last July, Thank God we were able to recover with home remedies and best nursing care plan, btw I'm a registered nurse but haven't been practicing for 20 yrs. This tragic moment made us realize so many things. For 23 years of my life I've been too busy with my career that it really affected my health condition and even my family life. Most of us would see this pandemic crisis as a tragic turmoil and devastation in their lives but if we would be able to listen to the message of God that He has been telling us all throughout our lives then we would realize the true meaning and value of this setback. It's not all about the career, the prestige, achievements, honors and awards tthat we are gaining from our jobs. God will truly make His way for us to totally comprehend what's really important in our so called earthy life.
I'm starting and endding my day with a fervent prayer giving all the gratitude to Almight God while lifting all my cares to Him. This year 2021 marks my commitment to spiritual salvation, family and friend relationships, self love and self care. Quality time with my husband and kids is truly priceless and fruitful.
So happy to share with you all that my diagnostic procedure results came out benign, no tracing of cancer that haunted me for 4 long years. Thank You so much Lord God for this gift of life. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I started doing Leslie's workout before Covid 19 and I have to say, after doing many many many home workouts hers are amongst my favourite as she is a good instructor, positive, upbeat, talks but not yells, not huffing and puffing how hard it is , nice normal music. She does waffle on about nothing, as they all do and need to fill the time but at least it is jolly, and she makes it go fast by joking with her team, which is an art. Truly. Also explaining posture which so many don't I hate to think how many people are injured doing eg burpees or planks with no instructions on posture or spine. Just a classic workout video. Well done.
With 2 kids, it's really hard for me to take out time for the gym and want to lose weight after baby no. 2. This workout is perfect for young mom's with kids .Thanks Leslie God bless you 🙏
This is correct, I am kind of single mom for 5 days in a week. I can not go to gym even if I really want to go. For 14 days I am walking with her while my baby is sleeping. And Its awesome 💕💕

I'm doing the boosted walking with my husband 3 times a week and my husband with me 30 mins walking in other days. These help us maintain our strength, lower cholesterol and adds our happiness each day. So thankful to your videos and to the whole team!

Leslie, you are a life saver. I found your video during lockdown. I have some disabilities due to big C (cancer) and was an athlete before my diagnosis, yet I was able to easily follow you. I'm turning 56 this year and I started back with Leslie about 6 months ago after many years of doing sit work, and my body has changed quite a bit. I work out at least 3 times a week, but when I can I will do 4, 5, and sometimes even 6 times per week. Doing these workouts will also help make your eating habits better because it will help to change your food cravings. I sleep much better, I feel good, I am not depressed, and my feelings about myself and my life are much brighter. If your thinking about starting with Leslie I highly encourage you to give it a try, you won't regret it. Just remember that it takes time to make real changes, be patient with yourself, don't try and do too much right at first, allow yourself to get conditioned and just keep going. If you're just too tired on a walk day then just do a mile or take the day off and get energized for the next time.

I explored this workout when I was getting back to exercising after my breast biopsy. This is amazing. It made me smile. And when I got the results back today and it was benign, doing the workout while my wound is still healing felt like a celebration. Thank you, Leslie! I will keep WALKING!

You are really a great instructor/teacher. You changed my life in 45 days...I had High cholesterol and Triglycerides, and doctor asked me to take the tablets, but he gave me 2 moths if I can control it, before starting the tablets. I followed this video on regular basis 5/6 times in a week, and within 45 days my cholesterol and Triglycerides came in their respective ranges without taking any tablets. I’m 25 and 88kgs. I finished my med school along with housejob this may and I’ve been home ever since because I needed a mental break. Now that I’ve found this workout, I feel like I can finally do some good for myself. I finished day 1 and I’m proud of myself. I’ll try doing this workout twice a day for as long as I can. Ofc I’ll take days off and try maintaining a fairly good diet as well so LETS GOOOO!!

Day 1: 88.1kg. Did the workout once.
Day 2: 87.6kg. Did the workout two times
Day 3: 87.4kg. Had Guests over so only did the workout once today.
Day 4: 86.8kg woooow. Did a 22 min video and this one today. Weight going down pretty fast. I wonder when it’ll slow down.

I got the Leslie DVD about 6 - 7 years ago and didn't do much with it.....fast forward to 2 months ago when my company started a Virgin Pulse step challenge and one of my colleagues mentioned Leslie's Walk at Home videos on RUclips. I have been doing them ever since, including my DVD!!! I love this boosted walk - along with the others, and they have been so beneficial as I have gotten fitter. Thanks Leslie and team!!! It is very easy to exercise in the home environment by walking without having to leave the house. Without having to make preparations to go out of the house and just do exercise indoors with whatever outfit we like. This video has actually been an inspiration for me to be more healthier. After doing this activity, I usually finish the exercise by doing dumbbell workout. Thanks to Leslie and her team for this nice video :)
