    I am 83 years old and have been doing these workouts for about two years. I recently suffered a mild stroke and have just started doing workouts again and am gradually increasing the time and strength of the workouts and am feeling great.

    I've been doing this workout roughly twice a day for a month, I reduced my calorie intake but eat whatever I want as long as I stay under my daily calories which is 1,800, and I've lost 10 pounds in 30 days. I only do roughly 30mins a day of exercise which is mostly always this video two times a day

      10 pounds is a bit too much for a month because a lot of that would be muscle loss. Try eating a little bit more about 100 calories

      @ Sabrina Mamtaz, Consistency is the key. You will start to feel better and stronger. You won't see results on the scale right away but you will be losing inches. Stay consistent and be persistent. You can do because I am.💪🏾💪🏾

    I do 20 mins of this walk in the morning and 20 in the evening. I'm already at a healthy weight. My goal is to remain active during the lockdown and not gain weight.
    This is the best workout for me! I'm so grateful to Leslie 💚🙏

    I’m 54 and I had a huge stomach, I started walking, I increased my miles from 2 to 4 to 7 and now I walk 8 miles a day! Some days I’m exhausted so I’ll do 5 or 6. I’ve lost over 14lbs so far! Walking works

    To anyone who needs a little motivation, I have lost 3 kgs since I started walking with Leslie last month, and 6 kgs overall since I became more active in winters (down to 60.5 kgs from 66.5 around October) - but more than that, what I really love is the energy and enthusiasm that I feel throughout the day - her walks are by far the best remedy that I have found to beating the Winter Blues :)

      I included Meditation and positive affirmations towards the body in the journey. Didn't cut down on too many things. Just got more in tune with what the body needs and added more fruits and vegetables. This workout played a key role though - especially in terms of movement and mood@@leahblau3333

    I started 14 days ago. I lost 4 kg in the meantime in combination with intermediate fasting. I would like to thank you Leslie, for all the motivation and fun. I enjoy your workouts rally and I'm looking forward to them every new day. Stay healthy and have a nice time. 😉
    Here is a little update: After 4 weeks I lost 8kg. Thanks a lot my private walking coach, you are the best!!!💪
    Update after five weeks: I lost 10 kg. I can't believe it! Feels like..as I would watch myself melting. You changed my life Leslie.
    Update After 6 weeks:
    weightloss 11 1/2 kg. My legs, upper body and my core are working hard, but it's great fun too and this system really works guys! I'm the best proof. Thank you Leslie!!!!!!
    Update after 7 weeks: I lost 12 kg. Yes, I see that it is slowing down now. But I am still loosing weight and that is all that matters. That's why I will go on walking with Leslie! Thank you for everything!👍👏
    Hi everyone. Here is another update after nearly 3 months now: Unfortunately I'm going through a really challanging time in my life at the moment. This is why I nearly lost my motivation. The last 4 weeks I didn't do any walks and I also didn't have a look on what and how much I was eating. But now I decided to think positiv and help myself out of this little depression. Yesterday I started my daily routine again. And I recognized that I didn't gain any weight in the meantime. The only reason for that is you Leslie! You showed me how to activate muscels and how to get a fast metabolism. I'm so grateful that I get to know you. I'm highly motivated again. Do my walks and my pilates. Thanks for being there Leslie!!!!

      Hi! In the morning I do pilates matwork first and then a 20 or 30 minute walking workout like this one.Then I have a cup of black coffee. I don't eat breakfast because I practice interval fasting. The first meal is at 12:00 a.m.I make sure to eat mainly vegetables, fruit, poultry, fish and meat in rotation throughout the week to keep a balanced diet. I avoid milk and drink Kefir instead. I don't eat white bread any more. Also I reduced rice, sugar and noodles. In the evening at 6 p.m. I have the second meal. After 8 p.m. I don't eat any more. Before I go to bed, I do pilates matwork again and afterwards a 3 mile walk with weights or a 5 k Walk. Every day at 6.30 p.m. I take a walk outside with my dog for half an hour. I drink 2 liters of water every day. That's my routine.

      Your story is beyond inspirational. Can I ask you about your Daily routine alongside intermittent fasting. When do you fast and do you practice this walk within the fasting or eating window. Any advice for losing weight would be more than welcome. And I hope you are back on track.

    I am 60 years old- started leslie's workout in July 2022 (weight 93kg). By February 2023 came down 73kg!!Came down to size 14 from size 24!!

      I have been doing her walks as well and I have exercise induced asthma. I do need my inhalers after about 10 mins or so, then I pause for a minute and start again. She's so energetic and motivating and her routines are different from traditional workout routines which are often not good for your health. I have been following her for a week now and I'm loving it already. Hope to make my lungs stronger!

      @Black Loner94 no diet, just decreased eating, only ate sugar on my cheat days, still ate 100 carbs a day, lots of water, about 16 cups a day, well a little over because I drank a total of 8 water bottles a day

      @Black Loner94 I could've easily lost over 80 pounds if I lowered my carb intake and knocked out the cheat days, I'd probably even say i would have lost over 100 lbs

    My first day with leslie, on intermittent fasting with Paleo diet. I started with 80.7 Kgs. Now, I'm on 78 kgs. Will post weekly updates.
    Week3 edit: @ 77.4 kgs.
    Week4 edit: @ 76.9 kgs
    Week6 edit: @ 75.6 kgs
    On a break. Will get back to diet in couple of weeks and keep you all posted.

      @@DragonQueen78 I didn’t change nothing. I still ate normal with my family... it’s taking longer because I’m sure if I cut out certain things I would have lost more, but I’m not about to cut out my favorites. So smaller portions that’s all I did..

    Hello everyone... I want to tell this to all of you... That in this lockdown I put more weight and my mother scold me to do exercise and she told me to do some exercises but it was so hard... The results also came after a long period of time and I reducednot that much weight then I hate to do exercises..then my sister's friend mom introduced walk at home workout series. Then I done this daily and it was easy and jolly to do these exercises. I got results in a short period of time and I reduced more weight... Thank you walk at home members.

      Aesha I've been working out to her walk for a VERY long time now, since 2010 and I love it! It's been a minute so I started back to the 20 min video but there is a session that's 45 min, 3 mile walk and it is bomb! Hopefully one day we will see each other on that one soon!       Yes! It’s all about being consistent. I did other videos in this series in addition to eating low carb and getting away from sugars and instead using swerve. I wear a waist trainer belt during the workout as well.

      Leslie's workouts are great, low impact, Cardio - fat burning routines. I've been walking w/her almost 3 yrs & typically when I see a Dr. the person taking my vitals will ask me "are you a runner?" Because my Pulse/RHR is so low❣😂

      Shahzad Musharraf I would say within a month I was seeing results. I use Leslie videos for my cardio and I also do weight training as well. I only started seeing results when I started her videos for my cardio, I was using other videos before that l.

    I’m down 10 pounds since I’ve started walking with you! Haven’t measured yet but I’m getting into clothes I couldn’t get over my hips! I love walking with you guys!! I can even walk at work because I can watch it on RUclips on my phone! Going through menopause, I’ve tried everything but the walking seems to be helping me lose the weight!

    I love Leslie’s videos. So glad they were recommended to my by my life coach. I’m 73 years old and I’ve lost 26 pounds and 40 inches (overall) Since the January 25. I switch up and do different videos at least 5 times a week for at least 45 minutes. So so glad to have the videos. Our community doesn’t have a gym, but I don’t need one. I have one right on my iPad. Thanks so much

    I just tested it and I walked 2000 Steps my heart rate went up to 125 burned 135 calories and it earned me 5 weight watchers for points 💪❤️ great job , I’ll
    Do this again for sure .

    I'm doing the 20min fat burn for a year now.5 days a week I started during our first lockdown. My blood pressure cholesterol and weight dropped. My doctor was very pleased with my results. 🙏🙏🌹

    When pandemic started, me and my mom started to follow all your workout and it has been a beautiful journey. I got from 63 kilos to 55 kls. then I got pregnant with my second child now. She's now 3 months old! I'm back at it again with my MOM @ 61 - 83 kilos. Me @ 26 - 63 kilos. Now at our 2nd week and we feel so good! We will update you every month 😍

      Hey I lose track of this comment! I had to stop working out because of lack of sleep after giving birth and we moved far away so me and my mom wasn't able to continue with the workout. So sorry about the long overdue update. We can attest this one is very effective and will always be our go to workout when we will decide to do workout again in the near future. 💛

    I started five weeks ago with the beginners 15 minute walk and now I do that as my warm-up video along with the fat burning and abdominal workout. I enjoy the work out so much that I can’t wait to do it every day! I’ve lost 10 pounds and I feel the best I have in a long time! Leslie makes it so much fun and her encouragement keeps me going!!!

    My doctor put me onto Leslie’s videos because I had brain surgery and was extremely fatigued. I started off just doing ten mins a day and can now do 30 mins. These videos have been SUPER helpful in my recovery.

    I started these 2 days ago. I know ...I'm a newbie. But let me tell you.. I love this woman's attitude and the class is amazing. All smiling, happy, cheering. It's what I need. I was walking at the park in my city and only my calf was burning... For an hour a day. Seriously. But these videos got me burning everywhere I should be burning. I know it's working. I'll update weekly here. Fridays. I've watched alot of these vids by other people but Leslie is infectious 😁. I can only walk with her. 🤩

    I love Leslie’s videos. So glad they were recommended and motivating to me by my life coach. I’m 64 years old and I’ve lost 8 pounds September of 2021, I’m proud of what I’ve lost, so glad you have the videos I went to my doctor and he was amazed what I’ve lost. But I’ve been through breast cancer I really do think that chemo and radiation I look places apart my slow weight lost because I’ve been faithfully doing my workouts every morning non stop. Never going to give up got stay healthy my stomach is the main thing I can’t loose I don’t understand, I can’t get on my knees because I’ve had 4 surgery on my right knee I’m not giving up going to keep doing my workouts thanks Leslie..👍😍

    Me and my 78 year old mum just completed this and it was wonderful! A shared activity, indoors as the wintry weather is upon us! It contributes greatly to her overall physical health( joint fluidity, suppleness, heart health, muscular toning) and mental well being. Thanks Leslie!

    Leslie’s low impact 2 mile walk saved me last winter. I did it 6 days a week and it improved my balance and I saw improved muscle fitness and general all around fitness. Getting back into it again after a summer of outdoor walking. She is terrific. I’m a senior and it has been very beneficial!

    I've been doing this workout for 5 days now and I feel Amazing ❤️ going to continue for the whole month of July and the rest of this month. ( One like wish me luck). Also I've been drinking apple cider vinegar and water before the workout
    Edit to January 25,2020 : it went good but then I started skipping days and when I started back school I started eating junk food again and now I’m back at the starting line.
    The workout is a success I felt stronger and I had lots of energy.i felt a drastic change in my body thx to Leslie.
    Tips: don’t let anything distract you from your goals pray and meditate either before the workout out or after it really helps.

    I love these Walk At home routines. I’ve kept my weight down lowered my blood sugar 1 point+ and blood pressure lower than it has been in 2 years. I’ve worked my way from a 20 minute to 3k in just 2 months. Can’t say I absolutely love doing then but love the results. Thank you Leslie. Walk walk walk!

    I have lost 115 pounds, now i am 400 pounds. I do this walk 2-3 times a week, and the 15 min 1 mile walk 3 times a week. It helps alot, i feal sooo mutch better in body and soul 👍😄❤️

I am starting a weight loss journey and I'm a bit afraid of struggling/giving up/feeling defeated etc but this has really encouraged me.     This is my favourite of all the Walk videos. I discovered them during lockdown in the UK and they allowed me to stay fit, actually get fitter than before! I love the fact that all shapes and ages can do them. These videos really changed my attitude to exercise. I’m fitter and half a stone lighter now. Thanks Leslie!

    I’m 17 years old girl who weights 76kgs because bad eating habits and PCOS! I always look for a nice workout that would actually help me in losing weight even when I try to eat good but all there workouts were soo hard that I would leave it in the middle and never look back at it again but leslie walk was soo easy! I feel fresh after doing it like not tired! I’m doing the 20 minutes walk for a week and than I’ll definitely go for 30 once I get used to it! Thank you sooo much !

      I’m 17 and have PCOS as well! I was 65kg two months ago and since I decided to change my diet into low carb and added exercise I lose 7kg and I’m down to 58kg. Walking after meals really helps!

    I started my journey with you back in 2006. I lost a total of 40lbs doing your walks everyday. Back then they were on DVDs, so I worked out with a different DVD each week. And now that I need to lose a total of 25lbs that I have gained since becoming my dad’s full-time caregiver after he endured an unexpected disability......     You were recommended to me by a patient. I told her i had gained an extreme amount of weight at 5 months pregnant and was getting worried. Just started this video today. (I was dancing and exercising everyday before getting pregnant)Glad i finally found something that doesnt hurt my stomach. And i was able to push through and not get tired 2 minutes in. Loved it!!

    I am 71 years old, and early June I could hardly walk as a result of a recovering injury. This exercise program has me walking again. I have been a volunteer PGA marshal, and will be ready for the tournament in August. Lots of walking and standing for long periods. Thank you.

    I've been doing this excercise twice a day for 6 weeks now. And I'm telling you my endurance has completely improved. Also, my body has toned down and I lost 4kg already (while also eating my daily limit of 1400 calories). I want to lose 10kg total. So 6more to go!
    This workout is so enjoyable. I would like to keep working out to this video for the rest of my life. Please don't ever take this video down.

    I love this 20 minutes exercises! I did twice a day, everyday this week. I also did a 3 times a 3 miles walk too! I am so proud of myself!! Thanks Leslie! Love all your walking work out!!🌷🌹🌸💐❤️

    Actually found this on Roku and moved over to RUclips so I could participate in all workouts with better video quality. 57 years old, Type 1 diabetic, that gained back a little bit of a dad, or grandpa, bod over the last few years after being pretty fit through my 40s. Need to drop about 35 pounds again. Ouch... These works outs have become my favorite. Very upbeat, fun, and gets my heart rate up to fat burning levels without causing a coronary meltdown. Lost 3 lbs in first couple of weeks, so positive results. Whoop!! Thank you Leslie and team.

    Been doing this for one week, every day. Stamina has increased and it helps me feel better and get warm. Thank you so much. Exercise is so important to reduce inflammation and increase cognitive brain health. 71 years old. Breast cancer and a mastectomy in 2023. Doing great and 2024 will be even better.

    You are all awesome!! A new mom and an 80 year old? You are my inspiration! I am nearly 70, keep active by walking and snow shoeing 1--2 hrs/day and by cranking up the old rock and roll (50's/60's ) and dancing like there's no tomorrow. I hope I am still doing it all when I am 80! We've been having a terrible winter with storm after storm. I've worked out to your videos in the past but not in about a year. I have just finished this session and plan to do another one before this day is over. Thank you!!

    Leslie thank you so much for being who you are because I am new at this exercise but I come home with such excitement to walk with you. I do definitely see results but more than anything I feel great knowing you. It’s amazing that you have been at this for more than 20 years! I am 50 and obese I am a Ugandan.

    Yes, I always wonder at the dislikes - must be from power workout people. I’m 75 and doing Leslie’s workouts for about two years and they have been a blessing. Lots of variety but always the smile and encouragement!

    Hello world, I got it in and I'm happy. Recently the air quality hasn't been good, so I have to stay inside as much as possible, so no outside walking for me. With that being said, thanks to @ Walk at Home by Leslie Sansone I'm able to maintain my fitness.

    I am 8 months pregnant and this workout is great for me. The workouts are easy to follow and the pace is great too. It doesn't even feel like 20min.

    My main exercise is weight training but I’m wanting to get at least 10k steps a day and this was awesome to help me get to that goal. I got my heart rate up to 140 and burned 125 calories according my fitness watch. Thank you!! 🙏🙏
