I'm sure if my story is insignificant to most..... but when I started my weight lost journey last month I weighed 309. I started out doing water aerobics and some time in the gym...... but everytime innit the gym I felt like I was dying and not doing to much and wasnt losing weight. The first time I tried one of your videos I had to stop...... butbi took a small break then continued. Then the next day...... I made it though your multimuscle mile without stopping doing everything..... I cried...... beforehand I couldn't even walk down steps without losing breath much less just walking a mile...... a day or two later RUclips continued onto another of your videos (get ready by temptations) and I surprised myself powering through it....... before I knew it... now I'm doing 4-5 different videos a night and sometimes (when I cheat and eat unhealthy) one or two during the day...... it's been a month and I've lost 30lbs! I still do my water aerobic classes and hit the gym..... but I know it's your videos that has given me amazing strength to power through....... so thank you so much from bottom of my heart!
i tried this exercise almost everyday for the last two months with portion control diet I have lost 6 kilos in three months...I am not rushing to lose weight at the same time not craving for the foods I love.. Leslie is my go to. when ever i fall off the wagon and down the hill into the gutter i can always count on her to lift me back up to get me back on track. she motivates me to just get moving! it doesn't hv to be perfect. just MOVE! she is always my first building block. 👍🏾

Your best thing is you talk to your viewers, I love you. Am 25, fat, Indian girl, and had no inclination to do heavy exercises. It washed me out. Your workouts don't make me die out of exhaustion, yet I am sweating and reducing weight, I feel some cramps, yet refreshed. Thank you 🙂
@@asifbutt6592 All I do is avoid junk foods, anything fried, and sugary foods (but occasionally I "cheated" too, couldn't resist for some fried chicken lol). Only drink water and green tea. And doing this exercise everyday. That's it.

Ive lost 106.7lbs so far and have 24lbs to go. Ive just completed this workout with my 5yo son. Its healthy to get them into eating right and working out early.
I have about 15 videos saved to a list I called Walk. All 15 videos of different workouts and motivation videos. Mainly videos of Leslie. I think is amazing how for the first time in my life I'm so determined to make a change for a life time and make this a life choice not just for this year but all the years to come. She is a real inspiration, without her I would never make it this far.

The doctor was shocked to know that I weight 92 while only being 15, the horrid on her face while explaining the possible conditions I will be in if I dont start losing some kilos made me finalize my decision to start working out and stop relying in the future, of that word "Eventually" anymore. As someone asmathic, I'll be gentle with myself at first until the minutes gradually increased. I'm starting today and hopefully all will go well. Hi I am 69 years old and I’ve been doing the walking exercises for 20 years I’m still doing the three mile walk with the weighted balls and still keep up with it. Walk box I do also between all of the CDS I do them 5 times a week absolutely love them.
Patience is important, cause that weight we have stored on our body is not of 1 day or 1 month , started doing this exercise from december and surprisingly i weighted myself today and saw i lost 5 kgs big thing for a stubborn body fat like mine... Thank you for this amazing workout ✨

I’ve been walking with Leslie (videos) on and off for 20 years. Always loved them and found them beneficial. I used to have a pool and was swimming daily. Last year I moved to a cold climate, no pool and Covid hit. You can choose the video for whatever you feel up to. I like this 20 min video and then do it in the afternoon again. Back to Leslie. I’m 78 and doing well.
i did this and the 1 mile video for the first time today. im on a weightloss journey and doing the OMAD Keto diet. i havent found a workout that fits what i can do, makes me sweat, and makes me feel fantastic after. this sounds so tacky, but i cried while doing this because i FINALLY found what i have been looking for. i really felt like you were one on one with me. i can not wait to track my progress with these videos. 💕💕🙏🏻🙏🏻

@@sandooch6465 yes! its been about 10 weeks. i do the keto diet, and i fast 20 hours a day. i stay under 1500 calories a day with my meals, i do 60 minutes of walking everyday, and mostly stick to Leslies workouts. i drink 1 tablespoon of ACV with The Mother with my first bottle of water every morning, too :) just do not think beyond today. when you wake up dont say "oh my gosh its gonna take weeks/months to see results" just focus on today. if you think too far ahead, it gets really hard to stay motivated. most people say dont weigh yourself everyday, but i do. even watching those ounces get lower motivate me. you got this 💕💕

I've been taking it for 4 weeks, but it actually prevented me from losing in the first 3 1/2 weeks. Now, with that and keto, the pounds are starting to come off again finally. And you motivated me to start back with Leslie this morning. I only did a 15-minute walk, but it's a start, right?

I really love your walking at home workouts. There are so many routines of varying lengths that I can choose from. Thank you so much. Regarding breakfast, it is eaten as the first meal of the day, no matter when. So if my first meal is at 11 am, that is my breakfast. There is no such thing as skipping breakfast unless I am fasting that day and abstaining from food the entire day. I am on the ketogenic diet. The fewer times I eat during the day, the better. I eat twice a day, breakfast and dinner with no snacking in between except for 2 coffees. I lost 10% of my body weight and have kept it off for 3 years. Exercising is for fitness only. Diet is the only way to lose weight.

Found this vid yesterday and I immediately pulled myself up and began following. Today is my second day in doing this exercise. I must say that I have never felt so good after 20 minutes of walking. I'm currently pregnant and walking helps me feel better. On days when I can't take a walk in the park because it's raining or it's too hot outside, I used to walk on a treadmill. But ever since I discovered these walk at home workouts, they're just so much more enjoyable than walking on a treadmill for 30 minutes. These workouts are much more enjoyable too! Have added them to my daily resistance training ever since!

These workouts are quiet interesting especially 30 mins boosted walk. I have a smart watch which shows how many calories are burnt. In the 30 mins boosted walk it showed that 311 calories are burnt. For this video 153 caloies are burnt. It is really great. I am just 13 years old. I Love your workouts @Walk at Home

That's wonderful, Brenda! Keep it up and soon you will not have to take that momentary break in the middle...but take your time to get to that point...there's no rush...your moment to shine is within reach! Never quit because regardless of our age, God made our bodies resilient! I'll share a little something with you...from the age of 21-36, I worked out regularly and was in great shape. But I stopped for many years, exercising only periodically. By the time I hit 50, just quickly walking from one end of Wal Mart to the other had my heart pounding! This was NOT good! But it proved to be the motivation I needed to get back to exercising. At nearly 52, I started working out again regularly. I started slowly because it had been so many years. But within a few months, my body bounced back to being able to do intermediate to advanced workouts! Now, at 55 I am so healthy, am 27 pounds lighter and can do high impact workouts with relative ease....it's challenging but I get through it with NO problem! Even my blood pressure is 134/88, which is very good! If I can do it, YOU and EVERYONE ELSE can do it! The key is NEVER STOP! Don't quit! Remember, you are God's beautiful creation...He loves you and created you to be strong and healthy! God bless you, Brenda! :)

i was 93 kg when i first started leslie's workout in July 2022. In January 2023 reached 73kg- came down to size 14 from 24!

@@asifbutt6592 All I do is avoid junk foods, anything fried, and sugary foods (but occasionally I "cheated" too, couldn't resist for some fried chicken lol). Only drink water and green tea. And doing this exercise everyday. That's it.

I’ve been walking with Leslie (videos) on and off for 20 years. Always loved them and found them beneficial. I used to have a pool and was swimming daily. Last year I moved to a cold climate, no pool and Covid hit. You can choose the video for whatever you feel up to. I like this 20 min video and then do it in the afternoon again. Back to Leslie. I’m 78 and doing well.
i did this and the 1 mile video for the first time today. im on a weightloss journey and doing the OMAD Keto diet. i havent found a workout that fits what i can do, makes me sweat, and makes me feel fantastic after. this sounds so tacky, but i cried while doing this because i FINALLY found what i have been looking for. i really felt like you were one on one with me. i can not wait to track my progress with these videos. 💕💕🙏🏻🙏🏻

@@sandooch6465 yes! its been about 10 weeks. i do the keto diet, and i fast 20 hours a day. i stay under 1500 calories a day with my meals, i do 60 minutes of walking everyday, and mostly stick to Leslies workouts. i drink 1 tablespoon of ACV with The Mother with my first bottle of water every morning, too :) just do not think beyond today. when you wake up dont say "oh my gosh its gonna take weeks/months to see results" just focus on today. if you think too far ahead, it gets really hard to stay motivated. most people say dont weigh yourself everyday, but i do. even watching those ounces get lower motivate me. you got this 💕💕

I really love your walking at home workouts. There are so many routines of varying lengths that I can choose from. Thank you so much. Regarding breakfast, it is eaten as the first meal of the day, no matter when. So if my first meal is at 11 am, that is my breakfast. There is no such thing as skipping breakfast unless I am fasting that day and abstaining from food the entire day. I am on the ketogenic diet. The fewer times I eat during the day, the better. I eat twice a day, breakfast and dinner with no snacking in between except for 2 coffees. I lost 10% of my body weight and have kept it off for 3 years. Exercising is for fitness only. Diet is the only way to lose weight.

Found this vid yesterday and I immediately pulled myself up and began following. Today is my second day in doing this exercise. I must say that I have never felt so good after 20 minutes of walking. I'm currently pregnant and walking helps me feel better. On days when I can't take a walk in the park because it's raining or it's too hot outside, I used to walk on a treadmill. But ever since I discovered these walk at home workouts, they're just so much more enjoyable than walking on a treadmill for 30 minutes. These workouts are much more enjoyable too! Have added them to my daily resistance training ever since!

These workouts are quiet interesting especially 30 mins boosted walk. I have a smart watch which shows how many calories are burnt. In the 30 mins boosted walk it showed that 311 calories are burnt. For this video 153 caloies are burnt. It is really great. I am just 13 years old. I Love your workouts @Walk at Home

Never quit because regardless of our age, God made our bodies resilient! I'll share a little something with you...from the age of 21-36, I worked out regularly and was in great shape. But I stopped for many years, exercising only periodically. By the time I hit 50, just quickly walking from one end of Wal Mart to the other had my heart pounding! This was NOT good! But it proved to be the motivation I needed to get back to exercising. At nearly 52, I started working out again regularly. I started slowly because it had been so many years. But within a few months, my body bounced back to being able to do intermediate to advanced workouts! Now, at 55 I am so healthy, am 27 pounds lighter and can do high impact workouts with relative ease....it's challenging but I get through it with NO problem! Even my blood pressure is 134/88, which is very good! If I can do it, YOU and EVERYONE ELSE can do it! The key is NEVER STOP! Don't quit! Remember, you are God's beautiful creation...He loves you and created you to be strong and healthy! God bless you, Brenda! :)
