These interval workouts are great for weight loss, too which is a bonus with a short workout. Ideally, try to add in an interval workout 2-3 times a week for optimal fitness.

Love it, love it, love it!! I love to do HIIT workout the most! It's easy for me to pick up where I left. The most helpful part for me is your prompt to breathe (!!) and slow down. Watching the countdown of each cycle is satisfying. Thanks to you, mate, I maintain my weight for the past year and the weight I lost was lost for good.
Thanks Jules for helping me go from pre diabetic to normal blood sugar in three months. My husband and I were both surprised to be told we were pre diabetic after already losing weight. After being threatened with medication by our doctor, I began exercising to your videos once or twice a day, and my husband sporadically. I lost 10 pounds in three months and found that I was no longer pre diabetic and lost another four lbs in the fourth month. My husband, whose blood sugar was not as abnormal as mine, is also no longer pre diabetic. To show my gratitude, I made a video of me working out to your videos. I may not always look the way you do when you exercise, but I am moving and that's important. The music was changed to avoid any copyright issues. This is a daily struggle for both of us as we are not athletic people. Starting out with your easier videos and working up to the intervals has been an achievement. I am in the midst of planning a new strength workout on my other channel where we use the chair for support. Give me a couple of weeks and I'll have that out for you:)

Jules, I’m back! I’ve been dealing with vertigo and traveling every few weeks to CA since my mom is now in Hospice at home. My dad turned 98 and is showing signs of memory loss. I have gained weight as I am stress eating. Also not exercising is contributing. It’s time to take care of myself again. It felt so good to exercise with you again. I’ve missed it. You have so many new programs and I can’t wait to try them all!😊💛

Forgot that there were 3 rounds of intervals, and was happy when I reached the end of the first. Yikes! But stayed with it, and managed to mostly keep up with your pace. These are great time-saving workouts. Thanks, Jules!

Decided to try this after i didn't wake up in time to do an hour long cardio workout. WOW! This was way better. Really enjoyed the intervals.

Jules, I’m back! I’ve been dealing with vertigo and traveling every few weeks to CA since my mom is now in Hospice at home. My dad turned 98 and is showing signs of memory loss. I have gained weight as I am stress eating. Also not exercising is contributing. It’s time to take care of myself again. It felt so good to exercise with you again. I’ve missed it. You have so many new programs and I can’t wait to try them all!😊💛
Welcome back! I'm so glad to read that you're finding the time to take care of your own health now, too. I'm sorry to hear about your parents but it's wonderful that you're getting lots of time with them. You've got great genetics for a long life ahead!
Missygarcia682, I just went through home hospice with my 101 year old mom. My heartfelt prayers and biggest hugs to you. I went through it alone, so I know what you're going through.

I appreciate your kind words that only we who have or are going through this can truly understand what it takes to be in our shoes. It’s our devoted love to our mom’s that keeps us going. Forgot that there were 3 rounds of intervals, and was happy when I reached the end of the first. Yikes! But stayed with it, and managed to mostly keep up with your pace. These are great time-saving workouts. Thanks, Jules!

Somehow, I missed this one until today. It's now joined my list of favourites. Love this type of music with the strong beat and the short, bursts of energy followed by time to get your breath back before it's time to go again. Thank you for this and all your efforts to keep me interested in keeping myself as fit as I can be for an oldie. I actually look forward to doing your workouts and this one seems to be over in no time at all! Love it! ❤
