Great, fun new format for getting back to it after a week at the beach (I did get some squats in: getting up and down to my sand chair!) I LOVE the 15 second intervals - especially during the harder arm intervals! The music was a great pace for this workout - instrumental only was perfect for the concentration needed to switch movements more often.... but gotta love singing along sometimes, too, during the "dance" workouts! Morning Jules. I love this new cardio workout. Fun and I liked the 15 second round. Thank you 😊. I find that I do exercises every day even if only a 10 minute workout. Otherwise my knees and legs will ache like withdrawal symptoms even though I have walked the dog. These workouts have been a life line since Covid Lockdown here and if its raining 🌧. I liked this music too but love your hit music too. Better than the man's voice that sound spooky and Or breathless! 🥰🙏☺🎵

Yes, Virginia-Jules! There is a Santa Claus...NO SQUATS TODAY!!! Music is just the ticket, I like the rock-steady down beat. Sometimes my feet get tangled up with yours, and I'm not always on the same foot. That down beat kept me focused on one foot down, one foot up...regardless of right and left. Good stuff!

Love the bell indicating a change in the stretch; it means I don't have to look up and strain my neck to see when to switch.
I always try to include the bell now during the stretching portion of the video. I think a lot of other people find it helpful as well.

Been doing your workouts for almost two years now. You have videos that are appropriate for when I'm at full strength and videos that have helped me come back from medical issues and injuries. Thanks for that! This is my favorite video yet, and not just because there's not a lot of squats! The 15 second intervals are perfect! The music is motivating. Great stuff! I have recently found your videos as I was looking for some inside walking workouts to do. Recently finished a cardiac rehabilitation program and on my own to continue my new life style. I’m 78 and this is so perfect for me to keep going. Today I did 3 different videos! I love that there is no talking! I focus on your cues and movements and I’m getting better each day. Love the fast pace. The 15sec intervals really keeps me on my toes mentally. Music was great and up beat. The upper arm opening stuff was really needed after sitting at a computer so much.
