That was an amazing low impact workout. I’m 53 years old and had so much fun. I usually go on my treadmill for 30 minutes every day after my abs, arms and leg workout. Lately I’ve been getting bored on my treadmill and when I saw your workout. I said now that looks like fun. This was my first time working out with you and I will be changing my cardio workout to yours. You made me sweat!!!!! Lol

Did this little beauty again today.... I really Really love it. Full body workout definitely.....i did arms yesterday and up my weight yesterday so this was even more challenging with sore arms but i go there. More like this would be great but im happy repeating this few times a week. The music really gets you in the mood xxx

This was my first day, my first workout. I'm 80 years old and have not had a consistent work out in a long time - since my YMCA class closed during the big shut down.. Amazing @ 80! I am 66 years old and discovered these workouts about 6 months ago. With this heat, they have been a godsend. For just the cardio workouts (no weights), I up the playback speed to 1.25. So grateful for these free workouts.

That was so good. Managed it without my knee complaining so that's a win. Loved the view out the "window" better than mine today. Another wet and cloudy day in Scotland. Loved your post on your web site today. I totally understand NSV. Been at it now for 4 weeks. 5 lbs off. It's slow but I am getting there. However I feel better in myself and I see small differences. Thank you so so much for all of these! Such a great help! I have a prior shattered ankle (30yrs ago). I am 55yrs old and also have an injured knee. I started at 320lbs and was unable to walk even around the block. Do to diet, and your exercises, I am down to 264lbs since July 2023. I've tried so many other videos but can stick to yours! They are fun and upbeat! They have helped to save me!

This is one of my favorite workouts. When I first started doing it, it was hard, but now I just don't want it to end. I especially like the workouts you have that have a strong clear beat in them like this one. I don't know what it is about the beat, but it just makes me forget I'm exercising and instead I'm just having fun.

What a fab routine! Lots of new stuff (my coordination went for a burton at 15.50 mins) and my arms are in shock, but this was such a satisfying video. About the top of my pay grade, but I look to improve. Thanks, Jules - another winner.

We did this one to start our day. Wow, what a great one! By the way, I like your quote at the end about reset, refocus, restart, etc, as many times as we need to. It seems we’re always doing that. The quote gives me encouragement and confidence that it’s okay if we get off track for a bit, as long as we pick it right back up again at the first opportunity and just start again. This is my go-to workout, great music, and great motivator. I tweak it a little by doing jump rope every other 30 seconds, then walk. Enjoy it. Keep up excellent work. 😊

This is one of my favorite workouts. When I first started doing it, it was hard, but now I just don't want it to end. I especially like the workouts you have that have a strong clear beat in them like this one. I don't know what it is about the beat, but it just makes me forget I'm exercising and instead I'm just having fun.

I recently found your channel, I'm 51 and fighting the menopausal middle & the frustration/discouragement that goes with it. I started 3 weeks ago with your ABBA work out. I'm hooked! I work out to you 2x a day minimum. I enjoy them in the morning and after dinner. This is my go-to workout, great music, and great motivator. I tweak it a little by doing jump rope every other 30 seconds, then walk. Enjoy it. Keep up excellent work. 😊
