FAST WALKING WORKOUT in 20 minutes | 20 Second Walking Intervals to Lose Weight

- In 20 minutes, we'll get in a fast walking workout that will help you to get more fit, and lose weight. Walking intervals are great for burning lots of calories and shedding unwanted fat. To make the workout your own, find the right walking pace for you. If you've been active for a while, you can pick up the walking pace to a slow jog, or go full-on and run it out when I'm walking. You can change the pace so you get the best results for YOU. We'll change exercises every 20 seconds today, and our beats per minute is 140 which is the fastest pace in a workout on my channel. Change it up, according to what you need. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 2354 steps.

Woo-hoo!!! Almost 9,000 steps today in just exercise...and countless trips back and forth to the chair, to the bathroom, to the kitchen, to the chair, to the bathroom...
Nice! 9000 steps is great, especially with lots of movement throughout the day.
I especially liked how fast the 20 minutes went. The faster pace and quicker exercise changes made the 20 minutes feel more like 10. Thank you, Jules for offering so much variety!

I‘m autistic with chronic pain and several other issues and it’s hard for me to exercise at all. Most „beginner“ videos on RUclips are way too challenging for me and always discouraged me more than they helped me.

That was great! I'm 70 and it's been 8 1/2 months since my total knee replacement and I got thru your entire workout. I was actually able to speed up in spots. Now I'm full of energy and off to the gym to do my weights. Thank you. Bye the way, I love your smile, it's very encouraging!

Hey Jules! I really enjoy the "every other 20 seconds is just walking" format. The 20 minutes went by in a flash...and left me suitably sweated and cardio'd!

Great way to start working off the excesses of my trip to Barcelona! Walked miles but never really got my heart rate up….well except at the top of the tower of the Sagrada Familia but that was utter fear. Now got sugar flowers to make for a wedding cake which means lotsnof sitting. This will be a great quick workout I can do when I need a break. Thanks Jules.
