Hi from Ireland. I just had to msg you to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being the main reason why I can now walk 30,000 steps every single day having been told by a doctor that I would need to start steroids in order to help with the pain and inflammation of arthritis. I decided I was not going to go down that route and I found YOU. You have changed my life with your lovely gentle manner and encouraging comments from the very basic 10 mins to now doing at least 3 of your videos every single day. I have lost 40 lbs since 1st January, I can walk for miles and I have little or no pain in my body. I am now addicted to the adrenalin and endorphines that your exercises produce in me and I cannot wake up early enough to start again. Thank you, thank you, thank you xxxxx
Oh WOW!!! I can't thank you enough for taking the time to let me know about the changes you are seeing in your fitness, strength and weight-loss, Pat! 30,000 steps!?!?!? That is a lot of steps in a day and I love that you can now walk that much due to building up strength over time. Phenomenal! I understand what you are saying about the endorphins...exercise definitely provides just as many mental health benefits as it does with physical benefits. Thank you for messaging me, Pat. I'm sitting here with a massive smile on my face and I feel honoured that I get to be part of your fitness journey.🫂
Thank you so much for replying to me. It feels like you're real lol. I made an error I only walk 20,000 steps. It's 7sm here now and I'm off on my first walk, around 7000 steps. Thanks again my new friend ❤🎉❤🎉
I especially liked how fast the 20 minutes went. The faster pace and quicker exercise changes made the 20 minutes feel more like 10. Thank you, Jules for offering so much variety!
Welcome to my channel, James and thank you for letting me know that you're new here. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'intermediate level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.
Morning Jules i just had to do this amazing work out again love the fast walking in-between the work out it would be great if you do a 10,000 challenge with the fast walking in-between thanks Jules 🌟😅
I‘m autistic with chronic pain and several other issues and it’s hard for me to exercise at all. Most „beginner“ videos on RUclips are way too challenging for me and always discouraged me more than they helped me. When I found your channel I was delighted. Finally some workouts I‘m able to follow and they’re sensory friendly, thank you! =)
This is by far, the best workout channel I have found in RUclips. I have been trying to do a workout routine fir the last 2 years, but never found a workout channel that would make me stay. Yours did! ❤ I am thankful to see a woman in my age range motivating us in such a friendly and reserved manner! Love your smile and the fact that you just start the video with the movement and not with 5 minutes or more of talking and trying to sell us apps or plans. So much appreciated! ❤ Wish I had found your Channel earlier❤. Please, dont change anything in your channel.🎉
I truly appreciate your comment this evening, Adriana. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for writing such a meaningful message. THANK YOU!!! I'm guessing you already figured it out, but I create 3 levels of workouts. If you enjoyed this one, you can find more like it under the 'intermediate level' playlists.
Woo-hoo!!! Almost 9,000 steps today in just exercise...and countless trips back and forth to the chair, to the bathroom, to the kitchen, to the chair, to the bathroom...
Even before the video began, the energy of the music HIT! Starting off this lost-an-hour (due to daylight savings time) week with get up and go! go! go!
Great energy on this one! Waiting for enough sunlight to walk the dog so great way to get a mile in to start the day. I’m on day 70 of 10,000+ steps🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Liking this one. I do the 80s music one everyday, and today this was my follow on. I often have Jules doing Mama Mia. Fabulous music, and this lady is great. I love the quote about music from Edward Elgar. He lived in the same town I live in and wrote much of his work while walking on the Malvern Hills.
Thanks for letting me know that you enjoyed this one. I love your positive attitude and that you understand the importance of staying active.
I took my traditional “walk” after breakfast and decided that a 20-minute walk would add more health than a 10-minute walk. Thank you so much, Jules! Have a great weekend!
Loved it with the exercises changing every 20 seconds ❤ I’ve gone from your seated exercises 11months ago after knee replacement to this! Thank you for sharing you are amazing 🤩
I am starting to take care of myself after having 4 children in 6 years and not exercising for a long time! Your workouts are really enjoyable and I love how the videos are sensory friendly too. Ive been doing one every day for the past couple of weeks and I'm so glad found your channel! love from England ☺
Wow, you've been busy with 4 kids! I'm so glad to read that you're now able to make time for yourself so you can continue to take care of your kids:) Thank you for letting me know that you're enjoying the workouts that I create.
What a great start to the week! So full of energy, and it went really quickly. I did manage to keep up with you Jules in your fast walk which is better for the osteoarthritis in my feet - so thank you 🙏💕
Thank you for the great videos! The best! Sympathetic, effective and natural. I am a big fan of yours and am happy that you are my guest twice a day. Warm greetings from Germany ❤
I love the way that you regularly smile into the camera, it reminds me to enjoy the workout. Your videos also feel more human, even without speaking, than the countless walking workout videos led by well meaning people with 'talkitis, 'and a group of fixed - smilers. You make it feel like I'm actually in your studio. Thank you so much, Jules
I just wanted to say thanks again! I broke my ankle last fall and your low impact videos are exactly what this 36 year old needs. And thank you for so few ads. Your generosity to share so many videos with such little interruption is unheard of. Thank you for working so hard and sharing these!
Thanks so much for letting me know that you're enjoying the workouts. As RUclips creators, we have the choice to put ads in the videos. I only choose to have them before or after, but never in the video itself. I can imagine it would be super annoying to be working out and then an ad stops the workout. The only videos where I don't have control over ads is in the popular music videos. Since the music is owned by music companies, they can put ads in.
Hey Jules! I really enjoy the "every other 20 seconds is just walking" format. The 20 minutes went by in a flash...and left me suitably sweated and cardio'd!
Thanks for your feedback, Jan. I like the walking every second move as well since it allows viewers to find their own pace during the walk. I think some other people might find it more boring, but I'm with you!
Who would have thought that the day would come that I'd actually LOOK FORWARD to Monday mornings! 😄 Just did this new arrival as my after breakfast workout. Thanks for jump-starting my day! 🥰
That was great! I'm 70 and it's been 8 1/2 months since my total knee replacement and I got thru your entire workout. I was actually able to speed up in spots. Now I'm full of energy and off to the gym to do my weights. Thank you. Bye the way, I love your smile, it's very encouraging!
What an awesome way to to get the first just over a mile to start the day...did and done ✅ Thank you so much for your energy Jules ❤ What a fantastic start to the day and the week ahead!! 🌈✨🌈✨🌈✨
Great way to start working off the excesses of my trip to Barcelona! Walked miles but never really got my heart rate up….well except at the top of the tower of the Sagrada Familia but that was utter fear. Now got sugar flowers to make for a wedding cake which means lotsnof sitting. This will be a great quick workout I can do when I need a break. Thanks Jules.
😅this morming when I looked at this one,😮 I was not sûre. So I did 2 x 10 min vidéos. (Slow and the fast one) And this afternoon I just did it, ❤ I love it! The music 🎶 the beat every thing 🎉😅 wow!! Thank you Julie have a good week! I will see you again all week haha!
Yeeeee haaaaaa fabbbbbulous ..for anyone who thinks 20 minutes is easy that was a cracker. I ran for the intervals and really sweated so much my glasses fell off again 😂😂😂😂 that's a go to one most definitely....thank you sooo much xxx❤❤❤
Thanks so much for all of these workouts! I like this one a lot! I drink ketones, do intermittent fasting, and one of your workouts almost every day. I have gotten off almost all medications and lost 90 pounds in 17 months!
Thank you, dear Jules! The workout is amazing. I love walking at a fast pace on the street, as if I’m late for somewhere, it’s so invigorating. That's why I really enjoyed running with you. Have a nice week and great success!
I've been doing the 10 minute exercises to work up to the longer ones. I tried this one this morning and I survived! Yay for me! Thank you so much for posting such great walks - I need them as I do not walk around my neighbor and am . . . well, rather a hermit/recluse (ask my son ) and these walks help me out a lot! Thank you and many hugs to you!
Good Morning Jules: Another great workout. I love the music, it really keeps me going. You always have great music. Have a great day and a great week. I never get tired of your workout. 😅😅😅
Welcome to my channel, Kris and thank you for letting me know that you enjoyed this one. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'intermediate level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out!
I spent Labor Day Weekend at my cousin's place, doing laps in the pool in place of my afternoon aerobic workout. This routine was a good "getting back on the stick" workout! I was able to job every other walking segment, in the 10 minutes from the warm up to the cool down, felt good, felt strong, sweating like all git-out!
I really like 20 or 15 minute intervals. Why? (Going to tell you either way 😂😂) Because I have so many physical aches and pains. Shorter intervals cause less stress and make the workouts WAY more manageable. Another great workout creation by you, Jules. This was also not too much for me to move right on into one of 5 day strength workouts. Thanks again ✌️❤️
Just tried this one today. Love the 20 second intervals. I am also glad that you included 2 of my favorite features: 1. the total time countdown (along with the exercise countdown) and the upcoming exercise preview. The walking in-between each exercise worked well for me. I am doing the most recent videos without the audio (my husband is learning guitar in the next room), but I can follow along without the music. Thank you for the written encouragement (although your smile is definitely one of my greatest motivators). I'm trying to lose weight, build bone and improve my balance. I think this video will help with all of them. Thanks for another great workout!
I love this workout. It makes me feel so fit - even though I am not particularly. Found you last March and have missed very few days since. Started with Beginner and now do Intermediate all the time.😅
Jules! I am a 59 and 3/4 year old male living in Winnipeg who has type 2 diabetes. As a result, I an entering (or more likely, already entered) the “danger zone” (not to be confused with the hit single by Kenny Loggins from the ‘80’s). I started doing your workouts about a month ago after taking a tour through RUclips. I liked yours the best. These are not only a “life changer” for me but quite literally a “life saver”. Thanks for all you do fellow Canadian (the accent gave it away)! 👍
Thank you so much for letting me know that you’re enjoying my workouts. I am guessing your blood sugar levels will improve a lot over the next few months with adding on these workouts. Kudos to you for choosing to exercise. I’ll look forward to reading about your progress down the road! And yes, I am Canadian (Ottawa) .
I really like this workout. The time is great, the intervals hold my interest. The pace is perfect for me. I hope you keep making more workouts like this one.
Once again, this fast walk energized me after a long, hard day at work. I'd like to make a request: a walk + tone video where you alternate between walking + dumbbell move...similar to this workout but with weights. Thanks!
I've thought about doing something like that, but I feel that people will get annoyed by having to pick up the weights after each walk. I'll keep thinking about how I can put something like that together.
Loved this one! I really like it when the intervals are 20 instead of 30 seconds. I also liked the flexibility of making it an interval workout or just keeping the same pace throughout. I liked the music, too. Thanks so much!
This is a great follow up to my fave 80s music workout. It gives me nearly an hour and I love it, I have been spreading the word about you Jules, because you are fabulous, and a girl that likes her music. I can now feel my hip bones and ribs, wow. I’m pushing 76, so it’s nice to have this.
I have done almost all your exercise. All non talking one. You are amazing. Exactly that’s what I need. Please keep doing more of that kind. Preferably 30 to 45 minutes. Love it all. Thank you.
5/15/24 Love your videos. I felt like crap all day and forced myself later in the afternoon and You made me feel so much better and with energy. Love your music. Thank you for helping all of us who are in need of talking better of ourselves. See you tommorrow. Thank you for making me smile !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great workout, thank you. Personally, I find the 20 seconds easier to manage than the 30 second intervals (maybe it’s just because I am lazy 😉). Great music. ❤️
19, 03 2024 Hi Jules, I slept well and was not tired for a change this morning and that made the day for me. I thought I tried this one too. I was listening to Cliff Richard and got into it with much ado, dancing with the moves, after 10 minutes my energy level dropped to zero. 😆😅So, I just went to extremely soft mode. I finished it though. And this is my second one today, I did one of Sharona Hill's dancy ones too during the day to the music of Chicago musical. That was fun too, 10 minutes, so I am rather accomplished today. Good night, my dear online trainer.
@@ImprovedHealth20-21, 03 2024 Hi Jules, I am happy that you encourage me and congratulate me even when I desert you and do someone else's workouts, which I did in a straight row twice and I am enticed again by Sharona's new video. I did my exercises yesterday and the day before yesterday, too. I am going to do one now.
Hi Jules! I found your videos in December and I''m hooked on them. Best part of my day! As an added bonus it was nice to find another Julie who goes by Jules!
I decided to challenge myself with this 140 BPM workout. I found it to be very doable. It helped that the music was great. This was added to my JULES FAVES playlist.
Thank you very much. I like your „Not Talking“ Videos most of all, because I‘m hard of hearing and besides no native speaker. I enjoy all your exercises.♥️♥️♥️🌺🌺🌷🌷🌹🌷🌷
I consider it a big accompliment that i managed finally to get through this entire workout without stopping for a couple mins at some point. Usually im very "done" when i hit the 17 min mark. Today i was able to get to 20 before i felt that way. Some would say whoopy 2 mins more of energy/stamina. But we all know 2 mins of improvment is improvment. Also the scale isnt moving much but my measurements are changing for the better so something is happening. Thank you for your videos...truly. it makes me feel like im truly improving myself.
Oh yay! I love your comment. You're right, any improvement is still improvement and two minutes can definitely be a big deal. I'm so glad that you're focusing on more than just the scale. There are so many positive things happening in our bodies when we exercise and it's important to focus on all the little changes (better skin, stronger bones, lower BP, controlled blood sugars, the ease of going up stairs....I could go on and on!).
@@ImprovedHealth thank you so much. Ive deff felt the effects ..my joints dont ache as much. My asthma is better. My bp is better. I have more energy and my mood is even better. Its amazing what happens when we assist our body. ❤️
Loved this! It was great to keep coming back to the walking home base and “rehang” my scapulas and shoulders, particularly toward the end when a bit of fatigue starts setting in. Good increase in heart rate. Great workout. Thanks!! 🙏🏻
Hi from Ireland. I just had to msg you to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being the main reason why I can now walk 30,000 steps every single day having been told by a doctor that I would need to start steroids in order to help with the pain and inflammation of arthritis. Back at ya! 🫂
My sister send this program for me a few months ago and I am enjoying it very much thank you
Please thank your sister for me! If you liked this one, you can find more at this level under the 'intermediate level' playlists.
LOVED this fast workout. so much fun and uplifting.. hugs from London Michele
Thanks Michele!
I’ve just done this exercise again, I love the pace of it, I’ll be returning here frequently I think :)
Aw, thank you!!!
Thanks so much, I’m 70 and it’s 10:00 on Saturday and I’m so grateful for your fun workouts!
I'm so glad to know that you find my workouts fun. Thank you so much for sharing that with me, Mary!
Thank you for your joyful comment...a wonderful comment to read first thing this morning:)
Tnx for another perfect workout video
Buen día Jules. Gracias hermosa rutina.Empezar el lunes con toda la energía ❤🇦🇷👏👏👏
Thank you so much! Fantastic ❤❤
I love this workout. It makes me feel so fit - even though I am not particularly. Found you last March and have missed very few days since. Started with Beginner and now do Intermediate all the time.😅
Woohoo, progress!!! LOVE it!
I am PROUD...today especially, since I really did NOT want to work out. But I new your smile would be infectious...and so it was! Now I'm smiling!
Aww, thank you! And, a massive congrats to you for choosing to hit the 'play' button!
Same comment as last time..thank-you for what you do!🥰
Just back from a week at the beach where I didn’t do much because it was so hot and muggy. Did this one today to get the blood flowing again. ❤️
It's definitely hard to find the energy when the humidity takes over. Glad you're back to it!
Thank you for continuing to add new workouts for us. I love the new ones and all the old ones too!
Thank you, Donna:)
I just started a week ago and I haven’t missed a day. I love this. Thank you so very much
Oh, excellent! Thank you SO much for letting me know that you're enjoying the workouts that you've tried so far.
Great workout! Really like all the different arm exercises. Thanks Jules! Great music too!
Thanks for your feedback, Nancy.
I love this one! Faster and gets my heart rate up but still doable for me! Thank you so much!
So glad that you enjoyed it. Thanks for your feedback:)
These workouts are amazing. Get steps in and boost mood at the same time.
Thanks so much for your great comment.❤️
I really like this workout. The time is great, the intervals hold my interest. The pace is perfect for me. I hope you keep making more workouts like this one.
Thanks so much for your great feedback. I have several like this one now...last one was the 30 min Power Walk a few weeks ago.
LOVE the pace of this one! I did this back-to-back with the Disco Cardio Workout. Feels so good! 💕💕
Thanks for your feedback:)
I love this one. The pace and the music are perfect. Thank you.
Thanks for your feedback, Felicity.❤️
Thank you for helping me meet my goals.
I am more than happy to do that!
Thank you for a great workout! Like others said, the workout goes by so fast when everything changes so regularly.
Thanks for your feedback:)
Loved this one! I really like it when the intervals are 20 instead of 30 seconds. I also liked the flexibility of making it an interval workout or just keeping the same pace throughout. I liked the music, too. Thanks so much!
Thanks for your great feedback, Laurie.
Aw, thank you so much for sharing my channel and for letting me know that you're enjoying my workouts.🥰
Out of all of your exercise groups I like this one best. They are all good but this fast music stimulates me and gives more energy to me. Thank you❤❤
Thanks for letting me know that. If you like this one, you can find similar ones at a faster pace (just look for 'intervals') in the title.
Another great walk low impact video that I tried today. Thank you
Thanks Debby!
This is a good one. A lot of great moves packed intro 20 minutes. Thanks, Jules
I have done almost all your exercise. All non talking one. You are amazing. Exactly that’s what I need. Please keep doing more of that kind. Preferably 30 to 45 minutes.
Love it all. Thank you.
Thank you! I'm wanting to create a longer one like this...I hope to get to it soon.
Happy Monday
Great workout
Love the song & exercise choreography
5/15/24 Love your videos. I felt like crap all day and forced myself later in the afternoon and You made me feel so much better and with energy. Love your music. Thank you for helping all of us who are in need of talking better of ourselves. See you tommorrow. Thank you for making me smile !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks so much for your great comment, Gail! It is amazing how exercise definitely makes us feel better physically and emotionally.
Another great start to the day. Your great workouts have encouraged me to workout everyday and loving the effect on my body and my mind 😘
Wonderful feedback...thanks Gillian!
Did this again for an after meal walk. It's a great walk!
Great way to start my Monday and my week. Have a great week Jules. x
Thanks for such a great fast paced workout. the 20 second workouts work for me 👋
Awesome Jules - I love this one! It's great! I'm adding this to my daily "Jules" videos. Thank you so much!! 💖
So glad that you enjoyed it!
How exhilarating! I am feeling, and seeing, the progress. Thank you, as always.
So glad to read about your progress!
Great workout, thank you. Personally, I find the 20 seconds easier to manage than the 30 second intervals (maybe it’s just because I am lazy 😉). Great music. ❤️
I've had a lot of feedback from others that they like the 20 sec as well.
I like this one! I ended my workout session with it today. It's fun and I feel fantastic when finished lol
So glad that you enjoyed it! I definitely find intervals are satisfying and feel so good when finished:)
This was lots of fun and energy. It was tiring but fun tiring and finished it. Thanks heaps ❤🙏
Congrats for the workouts you did today!
So glad to read that you're enjoying the workouts! Thanks so much for letting me know, Jules!😉
I decided to challenge myself with this 140 BPM workout. I found it to be very doable. It helped that the music was great. This was added to my JULES FAVES playlist.
Oh yay!!!
Recently subscribed. Really like the way you vary the movements and it goes so quickly.Thank you!
Thanks Jennifer!
Thank you very much. I like your „Not Talking“ Videos most of all, because I‘m hard of hearing and besides no native speaker. I enjoy all your exercises.♥️♥️♥️🌺🌺🌷🌷🌹🌷🌷
Thank you!
@@moonpiesnoreosd3267 Oh, wonderful!!! Thanks so much for sharing your progress and results!
Loved this! It was great to keep coming back to the walking home base and “rehang” my scapulas and shoulders, particularly toward the end when a bit of fatigue starts setting in. Good increase in heart rate. Great workout. Thanks!! 🙏🏻
So glad that you enjoyed it, Doris!
