I try to get up earlier most days and do one of these workouts. They set me up for a calm day. Gets rid of all the extra energy I have and I’m much less likely to become irritable. Im 66 and still like to work at my job so with the every day stresses in the world these workouts change the whole day for me. Also a word to the wise, Turn off the news. It will help your stress level immensely.
Would it be possible for you to add a link to a cool down workout when yo don’t do it at the end, love all the ones I have done just need a quick cool down ❤

I do your 10 min workouts each day before work and my doctor says she's so happy it's part of my routine! I LOVE the no talking ones, especially, as I work with small children all day who are talking to me all at once. I truly live for these. Thank you!
I’ve done this video several times before as well as some of your other short workouts, and it is truly amazing which you can get done in 10 minutes. That’s why people should not get discouraged. You can’t get out into your life, physical activity, think how many 10 minute segments you spend each day sitting in front of the television when you could be doing something to improve your health and make you feel good.
A "No Squat" dance workout??? That punched my ticket for the day! I tacked this onto the 17-minute Plyometrics workout, so there's not a muscle group that hasn't gotten a good stretch today!
Love that you reminded us that short intervals add up -- a fact often overlooked by this "all-or-nothing-overachiever"! When your countdown clock was at the 4:30 mark and the move is the out/out backwards and forwards, I caught myself doing out/out in/in. Switched it and felt the difference between the two movements. Thanks for the switch up and for later having the alternate variation. You think of everything!

Indian? Seems to be super popular in the UK. I always enjoyed the Indian takeaway food in England, especially Peshwari Naan. I can't seem to find the same quality of naan bread in Canada.
These 10min sessions are great for after I've done a yoga class. I tend to build up a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck during yoga and if I don't loosen it after class it triggers migraines but these workouts stop that so thank you! :)

I just love your workouts. Depending on the amount of time and energy I have I can always find one that works for the occasion. Really appreciate the effort you put in to produce the different levels and times. And for having so many without words, sometimes after a long day I just want some fun music to workout to without someone trying to verbally push me on. My one suggestion would be to avoid mouthing words. Unfortunately I cannot read lips and I'm paying close attention to your legs and arms trying to follow along. Sometimes having you mouth words is very distracting and I feel like I have to stop and rewind the video to figure out what you were trying to say. But either way I will continue to watch your videos and look forward to new ones as they come out. Cheers!
I tend to mouth the words automatically and I often do write the words in at the same time, but I realize I don't always. I will make more of an effort to stop doing that:) I appreciate that you let me know it's distracting since feedback like yours is what helps me to improve the videos.
