I found you by accident, Jules, 3 weeks ago and I can honestly say you are changing my life! I was in a car accident a year ago and haven’t been back at the gym or exercising. I’ve gained weight and have been struggling to find something that I love to do. I found it!!! 🎉 I am bounding out of bed each day, putting on my gym clothes and working out with you in my lounge room. It is so easy to follow along. I’m working up a sweat and using muscles again that have been dormant for years! I’m feeling so much better mentally as I am doing something for myself and my health. I’m 64 and run a busy real estate business - work really long hours 6-7 days a week. I am now looking after myself and have found something that I can actually do every day that fits into my crazy life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are changing lives around the world! I just want to celebrate. I have been using your vids for a couple months. 1-2 of them a day. I’m a teacher. Today was 1st of school. I was so tired when I got home but I made myself do the ABBA workout. And I finished it. I’m so proud of myself. I’m down 14 lbs and still showing up.
The global lockdown has encouraged many presentations for walking at home. This is the best I have tried with perfect music, a wall clock for 30 seconds a movement, and a bar to show total time. No talking. Low impact; a pulse-raising sweaty workout with a wide variety of movements (especially arms and shoulders) for an 82-year-old man. Thank you. I found you by chance today that led to a wonderful experience. And I survived the total time and number of steps (matched by my health ap)!

Hello @Bryan! I also found Jules and her channel during lockdown. I was already doing good but sadly, had a short bout with depression. Hence I skipped a lot of the exercising,and put on weight again. However, I'm back just last week. It may take me a lot of effort but I'm positive I can go through this! So that's why I'd like to thank you for this comment. I'm continually motivated by it. At 61, I know, it won't be long, I'll soon be 82. I hope to reach your age! Loved this workout! My daughter did this with my mom then came home and told me we needed to do it. My daughter is 31 and has Down Syndrome. It’s hard to get her to be excited about any physical activity. So of course I had to say yes. She does like to dance and Loves the Mamma Mia movies. This is perfect for her to get her moving! Thank you! This is a workout we will be doing on a regular basis.

Jules, I am approaching my 71st birthday at the end of May. I love all your workout/dance tapes. So far, 7 days in a row! Hi Jules …. I am 69 years but I like to do this exercise. It is not easy for a woman in my age to loose weight, so I do it everyday. After 3 months I already lost my weight almost 9 lbs. I love to do your exercise with music, that really makes me feeling younger and motivates me to do everyday. Till now I did 3 kinds of your exercises to reach at least 6000 steps. Wow Jules I did this 3 yrs ago COVID time. I was a RN and was the 1st nurse to get COVID in the hospital I worked at. I was so sick for such a long time. I had to retire in 2022 because my Epidemiologist told me that she did not want me to step 1 foot in that hospital or I would get the Pneumonia the COVID patients were dying from. It took me months before I could exercise because I even had a hard time even walking outside. When I did this 3yrs ago I was so proud and you helped me feel SO MUCH BETTER mind, heart and soul. Today was a great memory from the past. I am forever grateful for you getting me back to who I truly am. I was in the Air Force and passed all that rigorous exercising and running in your combat boots in a Thunder and Lighting storm. Thank you for your time helping us in our time of need to be obtaining health. You know the song YOU MAKE ME FEEL SO GOOD that is who you are. BLESS you and your family.

I was having so much fun with the music I was making up my own steps dancing away! I figured as long I was moving, my mission was accomplished! What a great way to get moving! I am only 59 but am beginning to feel arthritis in my knees. Can’t do Zumba anymore. This was perfect! And LOVE, LOVE Abba! Thank you!
You're so right...as long as you keep moving, it doesn't matter what dance steps you throw into the mix. It just makes it more fun since you're doing what feels fun for you:)

Jules, I am very pleased to train with you. When I first saw your channel, I noticed that you show all the exercises easily, relaxed. I realized that this is exactly what suits me. Thank you for the pleasant, light atmosphere during the trainings. You make all videos enjoyable. I like the music you choose. I have read that a 15-minute walk brings more relief from anxiety and tension than a mild tranquilizer! Walking triggers the release of endorphins, brain chemicals that relieve pain and stimulate relaxation. Now I understand why I feel happier and have a great mood after your trainings. You are absolutely right that walking brings more relief from anxiety and tension over medication! It's unfortunate so many people underestimate the power of exercise for good mental health (including decreasing the chance of dementia!). I am happy to read you have discovered the mental health benefits:) Exercise is great for our physical health but just as important for our mental health.

Great music, I love all the ab moves added in. I don’t use DVDs anymore because instructors talk through the whole workout. Nowadays on RUclips the workouts do instruction in the beginning but once the workout starts, it’s just music. I love that doesn’t seem like so much work when you’re enjoying the music, I found Songs to put on my playlist from workouts on RUclips & use them for my power walks outside.❤

Hi Jules, I had a monstrous day, BUT I did my exercises and I did them a bit earlier. It is only 9 pm! WoW ! This is one of the most positive things of my day. I am looking for a job and it does not go well, having lost a perfect job. And I am abroad so my rent is 4 times higher than it was in my country! I loved this set of exercises sometimes I had to let my arms down because it was too tiring for me but all in all it went well. I really have enjoyed it. I miss the little quote at the end of the video, I suppose you make so many workouts that you ran out of those lovely encouraging quotes or saying or thoughts of yours. Anyway, thank you so much for this one too. I am working on doing my exercises possibly every day.

Hi Jules Wow this was wow. First i have to apologize for my bad english. Im from Sweden and i am 54 years old man. In januari this year i had to start loose weight. I started 21 januari and my weight was 268lbs I am 6ft 7,53in tall. Now after three months i am down on 212lbs so i have lost more then half of weight of what i need to loose. Now i want to try and do some exercise and found this. I tried and made this workout to my favorit music ABBA. It was wow. I have done my first workout and i can hardly wait to do it again. Even if my leggs and shoulders are in a little pain. This was just what i wanted to do to lift up a level so i can continue whit loosing weight. The best is that i can do this att home. Loved this workout! My daughter did this with my mom then came home and told me we needed to do it. My daughter is 31 and has Down Syndrome. It’s hard to get her to be excited about any physical activity. So of course I had to say yes. She does like to dance and Loves the Mamma Mia movies. This is perfect for her to get her moving! Thank you! This is a workout we will be doing on a regular basis.

Hi Jules …. I am 69 years but I like to do this exercise. It is not easy for a woman in my age to loose weight, so I do it everyday. After 3 months I already lost my weight almost 9 lbs. I love to do your exercise with music, that really makes me feeling younger and motivates me to do everyday. Till now I did 3 kinds of your exercises to reach at least 6000 steps. Wow Jules I did this 3 yrs ago COVID time. I was a RN and was the 1st nurse to get COVID in the hospital I worked at. I was so sick for such a long time. I had to retire in 2022 because my Epidemiologist told me that she did not want me to step 1 foot in that hospital or I would get the Pneumonia the COVID patients were dying from. It took me months before I could exercise because I even had a hard time even walking outside. When I did this 3yrs ago I was so proud and you helped me feel SO MUCH BETTER mind, heart and soul. Today was a great memory from the past. I am forever grateful for you getting me back to who I truly am. I was in the Air Force and passed all that rigorous exercising and running in your combat boots in a Thunder and Lighting storm. Thank you for your time helping us in our time of need to be obtaining health. You know the song YOU MAKE ME FEEL SO GOOD that is who you are. BLESS you and your family.

I was having so much fun with the music I was making up my own steps dancing away! I figured as long I was moving, my mission was accomplished! What a great way to get moving! I am only 59 but am beginning to feel arthritis in my knees. Can’t do Zumba anymore. This was perfect! And LOVE, LOVE Abba! Thank you!

I have read that a 15-minute walk brings more relief from anxiety and tension than a mild tranquilizer! Walking triggers the release of endorphins, brain chemicals that relieve pain and stimulate relaxation. Now I understand why I feel happier and have a great mood after your trainings.

You are absolutely right that walking brings more relief from anxiety and tension over medication! It's unfortunate so many people underestimate the power of exercise for good mental health (including decreasing the chance of dementia!). I am happy to read you have discovered the mental health benefits:) Exercise is great for our physical health but just as important for our mental health.

Great music, I love all the ab moves added in. I don’t use DVDs anymore because instructors talk through the whole workout. Nowadays on RUclips the workouts do instruction in the beginning but once the workout starts, it’s just music. I love that doesn’t seem like so much work when you’re enjoying the music, I found Songs to put on my playlist from workouts on RUclips & use them for my power walks outside.❤

Hi Jules, I had a monstrous day, BUT I did my exercises and I did them a bit earlier. It is only 9 pm! WoW ! This is one of the most positive things of my day. I am looking for a job and it does not go well, having lost a perfect job. And I am abroad so my rent is 4 times higher than it was in my country! I loved this set of exercises sometimes I had to let my arms down because it was too tiring for me but all in all it went well. I really have enjoyed it. I miss the little quote at the end of the video, I suppose you make so many workouts that you ran out of those lovely encouraging quotes or saying or thoughts of yours. Anyway, thank you so much for this one too. I am working on doing my exercises possibly every day.

First i have to apologize for my bad english.
Im from Sweden and i am 54 years old man. In januari this year i had to start loose weight. I started 21 januari and my weight was 268lbs
I am 6ft 7,53in tall. Now after three months i am down on 212lbs so i have lost more then half of weight of what i need to loose. Now i want to try and do some exercise and found this. I tried and made this workout to my favorit music ABBA. It was wow. I have done my first workout and i can hardly wait to do it again. Even if my leggs and shoulders are in a little pain. This was just what i wanted to do to lift up a level so i can continue whit loosing weight. The best is that i can do this att home.

found this by chance when trying to get some exercise videos, so glad i did i love doing it and because its to great tracks it feels like your at a club dancing and the exercises are becoming easier with each day ive done the full thing without stopping and now adding another of your great videos after to increase the time i do
