- Join me for a workout to the Mamma Mia Soundtrack of Abba's fun music! This workout is just over 3000 steps with relatively easy moves geared to target your legs, arms and abs. Remember to cater the workout to your abilities and modify as needed. I grew up listening to my mom's records of Abba and had a fun time creating this one. I hope you enjoy it.

I found you by accident, Jules, 3 weeks ago and I can honestly say you are changing my life! I was in a car accident a year ago and haven’t been back at the gym or exercising. I’ve gained weight and have been struggling to find something that I love to do. I found it!!! 🎉 I am bounding out of bed each day, putting on my gym clothes and working out with you in my lounge room. It is so easy to follow along. I’m working up a sweat and using muscles again that have been dormant for years! I’m feeling so much better mentally as I am doing something for myself and my health. I’m 64 and run a busy real estate business - work really long hours 6-7 days a week. I am now looking after myself and have found something that I can actually do every day that fits into my crazy life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are changing lives around the world! The global lockdown has encouraged many presentations for walking at home. This is the best I have tried with perfect music, a wall clock for 30 seconds a movement, and a bar to show total time. No talking. Low impact; a pulse-raising sweaty workout with a wide variety of movements (especially arms and shoulders) for an 82-year-old man. Thank you. I found you by chance today that led to a wonderful experience. And I survived the total time and number of steps (matched by my health ap)!

Hello @Bryan! I also found Jules and her channel during lockdown. I was already doing good but sadly, had a short bout with depression. Hence I skipped a lot of the exercising,and put on weight again. However, I'm back just last week. It may take me a lot of effort but I'm positive I can go through this! So that's why I'd like to thank you for this comment. I'm continually motivated by it. At 61, I know, it won't be long, I'll soon be 82. I hope to reach your age! Jules, I am approaching my 71st birthday at the end of May. I love all your workout/dance tapes. So far, 7 days in a row! I really enjoyed this! I’m 55 years old and the moves weren’t too strenuous and they were easy to follow. I thought that I wouldn’t like it because there’s no talking but it was great and dancing to the ABBA songs made it even better! Thank you so much for this wonderful workout!🤗💕

❤ You got me off the recliner. ABBA is my favorite all time music (and so is the ‘Mamma Mia’ movie 🎥) and your moves are easy for this 66 year old moderately active (due to weather). I made it 17 minutes and a commercial popped up, ugh. This is the work out I’ve been waiting for with this music. 🎶 I’ll be at 27 minutes by the end of this week. Love it 🥰. PS Couldn’t just sit, got up at 21 and finished with you. 😊. What a great exercise. 😊

Hi Jules, I had a monstrous day, BUT I did my exercises and I did them a bit earlier. It is only 9 pm! WoW ! This is one of the most positive things of my day. I am looking for a job and it does not go well, having lost a perfect job. And I am abroad so my rent is 4 times higher than it was in my country! I loved this set of exercises sometimes I had to let my arms down because it was too tiring for me but all in all it went well. I really have enjoyed it. I miss the little quote at the end of the video, I suppose you make so many workouts that you ran out of those lovely encouraging quotes or saying or thoughts of yours. Anyway, thank you so much for this one too. I am working on doing my exercises possibly every day.

This is still my favourite workout, music is so good. I like the two sets with the fasts walk intervals, i like the one with the thirty second slow spell in between, better than the sixty second rest, but both great workouts. You are amazing, and I am so grateful to you. Since I started, I have exercised with you 98percent of days, only occasional lazy days. :)) Thank you so much, don't ever leave us. :))

Day 6, only got to 742, BUT I didnt rest inbetween like yesterday….I’m so amazed you not only read my comment but even reply,,,how sweet and thoughtful and encouraging it is. I post mainly as a way of buddying myself since I live alone now its like a real buddy, thanks a lot, I’d post even if you didnt comment as a way of tracking myself and hopefully some other 80 yr old who’s nearly given up exercise like me will feel encouraged. Hard to believe how uncoordinated I have become.

Took a rest on day 4….day 5 1141 steps, some moves are getting more dance like now and then yay! I tried one of the links you sent but find without Abba I’m not engaged. Even weirder I wake up with Abba ear worm which reminds me to exercise so I dont space it out. So I guess I will just stick with this one and struggle through some parts until I can do it all. I know its doing me a world of good to move this much

First time for me with you. I loved the music and the format is suitable for beginners with infrequent changes of moves. Just one song ( In the 2000s) was too slow and you were working faster than the beat. You could put that song at the end and use it as a cool down. Also better to have arm movements that are in 4, rather than 3.

I tried using Abba's music, but the songs got blocked on YT. I was only able to use the other music from the movie. I would love to create more if I could since I love Abba as well.

I just want to celebrate. I have been using your vids for a couple months. 1-2 of them a day. I’m a teacher. Today was 1st of school. I was so tired when I got home but I made myself do the ABBA workout. And I finished it. I’m so proud of myself. I’m down 14 lbs and still showing up.
