Thanks for your useful information and Resources pertaining to Simple chair Excerise.I have enjoy watching the video another collection to my other routine of daily exercise,I am over 60 and do 50:135 Deep Squats once a week, Pushing upper body on my back taking my two legs putting over my shoulder blade on the outside of the floor.And these are some of the Excerise I am sharing,Dr.visit a Healthy body and good reflex No meds at my stage.

Good chair workout. We could incorporate focusing on breathing while doing the exercises. I give mindfulness and easy workout sessions to my colleagues. I will share your video with my friends.
Thankyou for this video, I work at a nursing/rehab home and I work as an activity aide and exercise is great for our elders. Before we start activities, in the morning we like to have them awaken their body and stretch but in my section most of them are in wheel chairs so this video is great, makes them still be able to stretch and get their health and body in motion without risking them hurting themselves. Thank u for the ideas!! 💯🙏🏼
