I can't tell you how very much I enjoyed this whole routine. Very carefully thought out sequence that warmed me up (I was so cold here) and it hardly felt like they were getting harder but they sure were! I am 72 and have been doing 10 minutes worth of exercise around 4-5 days per week of various routines, but this is the first one ever that I finished the entire sequence! Kept waiting to hear a bell ring or something. Thanks for wonderful video, and by the way I loved the class aspect as well. Unusual and it kept my interest going. Those guys were great!
