These guys are dreamboats to look at and I love the two walk leader format. They are off the beat here and there on video, and they transition quickly. But this is a great, lower intensity all around mile! ❤

Love this workout, and the additional abs workout is great. A few things to improve on are; allowing a few seconds to transition between each move or do the "Leslie" count down "in 3..2...1" Some parts were offbeat, and even I got confused. Overall, I love to see new additions to the walking family!
I’ve been doing WALK workouts for years. This one did not resonate with me. The second leader was distracting and it would be nice to have someone to work out without the band for those of us who do not have them at home. Other than that, the rest of the group was great and was glad to get 1000 steps in this morning.

OMG I love this, even at 84 and not being as coordinated, but love that I can do this inside my motorhome, where I live.
