Had a bad doctor’s visit on March 3, 2024. I started doing this video after every meal and worked in some intermittent fasting. Today, June 12, 2024, was my follow up doctor’s visit to see if I needed to start metformin. My doctor said he was very proud of me and that he’s no longer concerned about anything. He asked me how I lost 40 lbs and had my A1C go from 6.4 to 5.6. I couldn’t say enough great things about this video. Thank you for helping me to change my life! I am not stopping. This is now my new normal ❤

Just discovered this site - WOW! My new favorite. Fast paced, good music beat, and NO COMPLICATED MOVES! Yay! I hate losing momentum while I try to figure out what the heck the instructor is doing. Thanks for a good workout and 2,000 steps.

Not long ago started to get into fitness, most of my life I've been quite active, when I got into work I kept my fitness up by walking to work and walking home, but couple months ago I was laidoff from work I felt pretty defeated I just discovered this channel and started just joining along and found myself feeling better and happier and healthier again. Thank you!

Oct 2024..difficult year have no motivation then ifound this... easy moves, can do in the bedroom, just completed and have clocked 1900 steps on my pedometer.. its just the right length of time to fit in first thing in the morning... thank you for giving me hope 😊
Needs more atmosphere to be a party and that doesn’t mean louder music! A bit more warning for the next move, fewer people in the background and building in a cool down would improve things (for me at least). I did it but not one of my favourite workouts. Having said that, a new video is always something to look forward to.
Most definitely subscribing. As someone commented, no complicated routines and especially for people that are up in age, this is great-even though I have a treadmill, I will do this on days I don’t use my treadmill 👌👍

I recently came upon this and I adore it. I work out three times a week with zumba, and the majority of the walking videos I've seen are really dull. Not this one, though. This is something I'll be doing in between zumba classes. I'm grateful.
