Just tried this walk for the first time. The speed is perfect for me. I am 76 years old and still looking to push myself. Tanner's voice is very engaging.
Tanner is an amazing instructor. I'm 55 and on high blood pressure meds. I don't like to overdo it but these walk-at-home videos help me tremendously. Thank you for making these and helping people get fit. If I lose more weight I may get off the meds.

Enjoyed this. Did it on a walk outside and do NOT underestimate the speed at which you’re walking. After the warm up it’s nearly an on going jog or super fast walk. Whew 😅 ❤😂 🚶🏾♀️
This is my go to walking routine. Tanner walks to the beat and his cues are great. The other trainers don’t listen to the beat or give proper cues. Wish Tanner would do another of these videos 🎉🎉🎉🎉

I’m 62 with a BMI of 24.2, I follow Tanner’s video for the second time and I can do every move this time! I will surely practise this regularly and my goal is a BMI of 22! This is both effective and interesting!❤❤❤

i am 62 years old lad. Was 93kg in July 2022 Started leslie's workouts and in January 2024 came down to 65kg. Currently size 12 down from 24
