Thank you for finally doing some workouts with people older than 50! Since Leslie left, I haven't been paying that much attention. To that end, I have been unable to work out due to injuries and finally will have surgery in November that they tell me will give me lungs to allow me to workout AGAIN!!!!! cannot wait.
I just love these 15 minute mile workouts and this is coming from a 72 yr old…… I always make sure use this workout at least once a day……. Happy walking everybody❣️
Thank you for the videos! We are on week 2 of working out at work during our breaks and before lunch. So 15 min at 10AM, 15 min noon and 15 min 3PM. Getting moving has been motivational.... we sit all day in the office. Keep them videos coming.

Thank you for making tbese videos. I have osteoporosis arthritis in my hip am bone on bone with bone spurs in hip and pelvic area . This exercise is helping me so much its low impact which is nice . ❤
I used to do the vhs of Leslie with the sound off. As long as you’re looking at the screen, you should be able to follow. Sometimes I don’t want the talking or music either.
I have a question related to the Walk Talk session at the end of this workout. I know that I can get D3 in plant-based form but what about the other supplements recommended? Are there any plant-based alternates?
