You guys are a great team!! So far I enjoy Episode 1 the best with the stand up Abs at the end. It’s hard for me to do Ep 4 Abs bc of my balance. Please give us more like Episode 1 with standing abs at the end. Thank you so much!! ❤️💪🏼❤️
