Depending on your own level of activity I would start with the seated videos and slowly move onto the standing exercises. If you look at the playlists we have intermediate to advanced videos. And a seated video playlist too. I may put a playlist together in the next day or so with a specific sequence 👍
Tom, I and my 88-year-old client were doing this routine i almost fell off my chair when you said someone said you look like Michael Flatley 😂you def look like him, ive never seen you dance, but something is always better than nothing lol we love yr videos and work them daily!

I’ve never seen people so out of sync doing exercises, it’s doing my head in, haha. Thank you, I can see how these exercises would work for seniors.
