This was great. I have only just started to exercise after leading a very sedentary life following cancer. I have put on a lot of weight and decided to try and lose some. This is the only exercise routine I have managed to complete to the end. Thank you so much you so much for sharing ❤
I was injured after I lost my balance and hit my head on the asphalt.I was going to the gym and doing weights before but I had to stop because my head was spinning. I'm trying to do these exercises more gently.
