Doug, I just wanted to report that this class has greatly improved my balance and sense of stability on my daily morning walks on the various uneven sidewalks and streets I encounter here in my Mexican village. Muchas gracias

I am so thankful that I turn on my phone and I saw your video this is so inspiring this is one of the best things that have ever happened to me. I have had four major surgeries all in the name of one day I will be able to walk better. I have had budging discs so I have had two surgeries for that. I've had complete left knee surgery. And the left hip replacement. And then I see you with exercises that I can't even think about doing but I am trying them now my balance is so bad. But they said that it is tinnitus in my right ear that causing my balance to be so bad.I am so happy to have seen your first video now I am on the second video and I'm going to stay in Carriage because this is really making me happy to know that there is still help for me so thank you so very much I am going to try my best to keep up with you thank you again so very much and happy New Year's to you in a few days.❤.

I joined your channel today! I am recovering from a fall in my home. I’m doing pretty well; but, I really need to work a lot on my balance. The fear of falling again is very much at the front of my brain! I really like your approach and guidance through these exercises…thank you so much for making this video.

Thank you! I'm going to work with my 87 yr old father. He can walk with a walker but not for too long before he needs to sit down. His neck and back bother him a lot from arthritis. Also he fell and hit his head almost a year ago and that greatly changed everything for him. He never needed a walker before. He shuffle, he loses balance and needs verbal cues and someone walking with him in case he loses balance. I hope working with him with this routine will help him.

Your videos have given me hope at 91, having lost my balance several weeks ago. The brain MRI showed no stroke and several different doctor visits have no idea why this persistent vertigo has happened to me. But Ive begun your daily 30 minute balance program and will include this shorter program for the afternoons. I’m hoping that after a few weeks my brain will adapt to this balance loss and improve my life. I will continue this and won’t give up!

Thank you Doug! All your balance and walking videos are great. I really like this format. Please keep making this type. It’s good to have an exercise routine to follow and to review my progress. My stroke/ brain bleed happened about 14 months ago. I lost sensation on my left side so balance is a big issue for me. I know I will continue to improve if I do these workouts. They’re very challenging which is the best thing for me I think! Thank you so so much!!
