Yay! I finally got to your video on the first day of release!!:) I was hesitant about it saying plyometrics, but knowing that your content is always fabulous, decided I would try this one. It did not disappoint! Loved, loved, loved the 3 options for the plyos, and for anyone else reading this, it IS okay to do them at different levels each time or even change levels within the 30 seconds. I've used Improved Health videos to work my way back from covid last fall. They have been great to be able to pace myself, and progress at MY rate. As always, thanks for another great workout option!
Excellent workout. Love the variety of levels. As someone who has exercised for years but am over 60 I shouldn't be doing those traditional exercises for 20 somethings. But senior exercises are WAY to easy! I found I could do Level 3 of each of these, still feel good, but definitely a challenge. Please produce more of this style.
I recognize this one can be more challenging for those with knee issues. I tried my best to make level 1 manageable but I realize it won't suit everyone. I'm glad you enjoy my other workouts, though.😉
A bit more challenging but great! Nice effective workout with the choices during the Plyometrics phases. Thanks for this fantastic Monday morning workout!!
Thank you so much for all of these wonderful videos. I need low impact and these are perfect. Also thank you for dressing modestly! As a conservative Christian, I'm so grateful for your clothing choice! Thank you!
Just got to this as we were away again in Bristol. Great workout. really got my heart rate up. Quite challenging but managed level 3 overall. Thanks Jules.
Wooow! I feel so good! 😅 new terme for me "plyometric" and I hunderstand how it's as important as all the others exercices. Just perfect for this morning at 7h . See you at 3h this afternoon for a other so fun vidéo. Thank youuuuu! Have a good day! Bonne journée haha!😉
True confession: had to look up PLYOMETRICS. Pleased I did so after doing the workout as I'm on a low impact admonition and might not have tried this. Of course, you being you (best coach everrrr!) offered modifications so I didn't have to break any rules! This was fun and I already shared with friends working to improve bone density. Thank you as always.
We decided to do this one again tonight. I certainly did the level 1 on the ones where we had the option to “hop”! It was a good workout. Thanks, Jules!!
Another great one! I have mild osteopenia so have been doing some jumping and stomping already. This was good to get more cardio with the weight bearing. I was able to do level 3 without much difficulty thanks to following you for greater than a year🙌🏻👍🏻👏🏻
Well that was new! Plyometrics! I'm not sure if I was doing a combination of #1#2 or #3 but it was fun and kept me focused! Thanks so much, you ever inventive Superwoman! 🦸🏼♀️ Annette x 🎈
Loved this plyometric exercises, first time doing them and I felt comfortable doing them. Thank you so much my doctor recommended me to increase de mass of my bones and muscles. I appreciate a lot your support.❤❤❤
I’m enjoying this work out & it makes me feel good that I’m doing something for the osteopenia! Thank you! Also doing the strength training. I think it’s called the 24 days of training? Really liking it as well!! Thank you! Love your channel that’s geared for us in our wiser years😂❤️
Good Morning Jules: I absolutely love the background, another amazing workout. I never get tired of your workout videos. You always challenge us and I love that. Thank you for all the hard work you do in making these workouts. Have a great day and a great week. 😅😅😅
I am here to admit that I use to follow your exercise channel faithfully but got very discouraged and stopped. I have now restarted not only your channel but I also walk outside. (I am lucky to live in an area that is not only safe to do so but lots of hilss so very challenging!) I alternate between the two. I liked this one because at 66 it's challenging without making me fall down on the floor gasping for breath Thank you!
Welcome back! It's great to read that you're doing a combo of these workouts and outdoor walks (nature therapy and sunshine is important, too!). Thanks for letting me know that you decided to come back again.
@@chrys7174 I've had several people ask me the same question. I just feel like it'll cost too much to get good quality shirts that people will want to pay for (plus shipping).

Thank you so much for your videos. I am recovering from an extreme Ankylosing Spondylitis flare that lasted a year. So happy to be able to move with less pain and the videos have helped me gain strength and balance! 😉🙃🙂😊
Whew! This one really made me sweat but I really liked the plyometrics! I had to modify a lot of the arm movements due to a sore shoulder, but even so this was a great workout! Thank you Jules!
Jules, amazing! Your workouts are very interesting! This morning (I'm in Europe) I ran for 1.5 minutes in the all-in-one complex, and now I jumped. And now I know what plyometrics is. God, I'm so glad I found your channel! Thank you so much, Jules!
I have completed this playlists exercises 1 through 6 but couldn't comment not realizing that I wasn't able to access the comment list because my settings were enlarged. NOW I figured it out. To let you know that I'll be chipping away at commenting on those I've already done and that this series is terrific. It offers so many new and challenging moves in interesting order. This particular one (#7) was brilliant by offering 3 difficulty levels. Thank you, Jules. My stamina and bolder moves have improved simply by doing the first 7 of the under 20 minute series...Anastasia
Whew! That was tough for me. I never heard of plyometric exercises before. Thanks for teaching me something new and for another excellent workout. Level 3s were really tough. I did a mix because the cardio routine wiped me out today. Now on to upper body strength training 💪. This was my little break before picking up the weights! ✌️❤️
This was new and fun, and I liked the choices on the three levels. Since this video is only 17 minutes, it's a great warm up for strength training. Afterwards, I'll follow it with the 70's disco video for a full workout. Thanks!
Jules, this was really good. I think I did level 2 on all of the plyometrics so enough challenge to use my muscles differently without going too crazy! Thanks for introducing this!
Loved this workout! Used to do plyo stuff before I was injured and they are sooo effective. Having done you workouts for a while now, it was lovely to do this one and find that I am fit enough to do the plyo moves again! Woohoo! Another favourite workout to add to my growing list of saved videos from you Jules! Thank you!
Good morning Jules. Thank you for your time to make this video for us. I most of these moves at Level 1 because I am easing back into exercising after some unexpected extensive oral surgery. It was a nice way to get the HR up but not too high.
Glad to read that you're able to exercise again and recovering from the surgery. Dental surgery is never fun to go through, but at least it's over now:)
I had stopped exercising, the time escaped me and the excuses go real. I so started to just feel stiff and uncomforatable and my back was hurting. I need to commit to 5 days a week and I am starting to feel better after just a week and a half. You inspire me to make myself to feel better!!!
Life can definitely get busy but I am so glad that you’re prioritizing exercise again. It’s amazing how quickly we can feel better when we stay consistent with healthy movement. Just think of how good you’ll feel as the weeks and months go on with regular exercise!❤️
Oh no! I must have forgotten to turn the countdown clock on. When I edit the videos, there is a ton of data so I have to shut things off in the program and then turn them back on before the final render process. Anyway, all that to say, is that I guess I forgot. I believe the step count is at the end.
Hi, I don't have a playlist for that specifically, but all of my workouts are created to be low impact (unless you choose to jog or run during intervals). The gentle and beginner level workouts go at a slower pace with less twisting. I would definitely recommend to add strength workouts into your weekly routine to strengthen the bones and keep them strong.
