- This 15 minute beginner walk is great for lowering your blood sugars. Walk at home while taking control of your diabetes and getting healthier one day at a time. This walk is great for anyone wanting to get in more steps (whether you have diabetes or not). Total step count today is 1530 steps.
Making exercise a regular part of your life is one of the best things you can do to manage and live well with diabetes. Physical activity is the fastest way to lower blood sugars without medication. Exercise lowers insulin resistance and helps your body convert glucose into energy. Get started today to take control of your diabetes!

I want to thank you. I have been doing your workouts for about 2 months now. I started with the beginner fun music videos and have worked myself up to 15 sec intervals and now 30 second intervals. I went for a 45 min walk today with a friend and she was completely out of breath and having difficulty talking and walking at the same time and I realized I used to be like that. But today I wasn't short of breath at all. I was so amazed and proud of myself. I have thanks to your help added to the weight loss I started about four months ago and feel energetic and so much healthier. I never miss a day because it makes me feel so good. Who thought this was possible at 63. Thanks again.

I've heard it's good for blood sugar to walk after your meals, so I've been trying to do that. Since I'm visually impaired and we live on a country road with no shoulders, I don't feel safe walking outside. Videos like this are a perfect solution for me. Yes as an insulin dependent diabetic I test as have tested after these workouts and the sugar indeed drop!,

Third day April 23, thank you very much, praying to improved my health and get stronger and feels younger.
I have been tuning in to your channel for a couple weeks now and doing some of the workouts. I love the 60s and 70s music. Today is the first day I was able to complete the full workout! I'm 73 and coming back into health after a medical issue. Your workouts and music are assisting me to reach my goals! Hi Jules. I'm 51 years old and i found your channel about 2 weeks ago. Started this cardio workout this morning. I'm so happy i found you, as i am battling both Ankylosing Spondylitis and Sciatica, for 9 years. I'm in intense pain. I have the same medical conditions as you, plus I have scoliosis. I do these workouts twice a day, plus tai chi and pilates, and they all help me manage the pain. 💪🏽

This video is so great for a day like today when I started a new job (at age 65), and am feeling overloaded with the onboarding process. I don't have to choose to do a longer workout, but can add what I learned from the Tabata workout and do 20-second spurts in this video. So good for clearing the head. Thank you, Jules. Hi! I never have ads in my workouts unless they are ones using copyrighted music (the popular music). When copyrighted music is used, the music companies earn the income from the videos and they choose to put ads in those ones.

About a month ago I found out that I am Type 2 Diabetic. My A1C was 10.8. I have drastically changed my life-style. My wife introduced me to your videos. I do them (almost) everyday for the past 5 weeks. Had my blood checked this week. My A1C is 8.4. My GP (who can get hysterical scary) Called me to say that for a 61 year-old male who was 10.8 five weeks ago to drop to 8.4 was amazing. She said that she was very proud of me! I give a lot of credit to your videos. Thank-you.

Loved this easy going workout for today. I have you to thank for helping me to get off my diabetic medication. Your variety of programs help me with strength, flexibility, cardio, stretching, etc. I love your short videos because I am able to do a variety in one day. I have to do 2 workouts for my sciatica and degenerative arthritis on my back every morning to not feel like the Tin Man in The Wizard of Oz, but after that I'm all set for my 5 minute warm up, strength, core, and cardio workouts with you. Great 15 min workouts by you. I do these after meal to help with gestation diabetes and every single time it’s helped bring down numbers , of course I’m on low carb and portion controlled diet.
Rainy day in my neck of the woods. My post lunch blood sugar was 137. I did this routine, and then immediately rechecked my blood sugar. The reading was 89! I am very pleased with that result. I got this! Thank you!!!!!!!

I've been tested over the years as it runs in the women of my family and thankfully I'm not diabetic and intend keeping it that way by following your advice and life changing workouts. 💕💕💕
I'm sure with the exercising you do now, you likely won't ever be diabetic (unless of course you enjoy lots of sweets!). I'm so impressed with the change in your fitness over the past months. I'm sure you must notice a big change by now in your energy levels.

11, 02 2024 Hi Jules, I want to share with you my joys today. I woke up rigid and in pain with sciatica. I did a 15 minutes standing abs with Andrea a Rumanian RUclips trainer. Her easiest exercises are usually too tough for me, she moves fast, always, and some moves are not easy although most are, but she does 40 seconds for each and that is too much for me. But today, I could do it mostly, occasionally I stopped or walked instead or let my arms down or alternated, because she does one side 40 sec and then the other 40 sec and that's tough. But it went quite well. I had made a nice pasta with prawn, sweet corn and tartar sauce and it was yummy. I went for a walk beforehand for about 40 minutes and afterwards I saw this one with you and got back to it, after dinner and I have just finished. So, I feel accomplished today as for exercises. And I warmed my back with the electric blanket so my sciatica is gone for now. But can I ask you something? What do you mean checking our blood sugar levels before an after eating? You mean we should prick ourselves 6 times a day like poor diabetics?Have a nice evening!
It's only if you have diabetes that you need to check your blood sugar levels.

Another great short workout. I both love and loathe the count-down timer in the corner and the relative quiet is nice sometimes for doing exercise [not that you don't have a pleasant voice]. P.S. Today the timer was my friend even though my living room was hot today despite the rain. Of course, if one only exercises when one feels like it; then the dust would be thick on my running shoes and the flab would be even thicker on my aging waist! Thanks again for the variety of workouts you offer!
You’re so right. We often don’t want to exercise so it’s not about whether we feel like doing it. We just have to if we want to age well and keep ourselves upright as long as we can!

I am 70 years old with a part time job as a floral assistant. I was having pain in my upper back due to that job, so I started doing your chair stretchs for seniors about 2 months ago. Hi Jules. I used to be fit and active but developed heart failure several years ago. It’s been hard to find exercise that pushes my heart a bit but doesn’t exhaust me. 15, 01 2024 HI Jules, I hope you have completely recovered and your energy is back. After two days in the blues l am happy again. l did this one, l missed the leg exercises, there were very few. l like when it changes quickly 20 seconds is usually enough for me. Hey Jules! I've been maintaining my "pre-diabetic" status for more than 10 years now (adult onset diabetes is rampant in my paternal family, and my dad, and older brother), through diet and exercise. My A1C is holding at 5.5/5.6, and blood glucose below 100. It takes constant self-discipline, that's for sure---but its way better than medication!
The best thing I think I enjoy about the exercise programs you offer is that there are 10-, 15-, 20-, and 30+ minute workouts. This means that I can chose whatever it is that is going to fit into my day! I moderate some by increasing the cardio level with more "arms above my shoulders" movements, and sometimes I double-time the tempo. You provide such flexibility that there is never an excuse to skip a workout! THANK YOU!!!

After trying to pass kidney stones a week ago, this has been a NO exercise zone; surgery is early Tue. I did a very light walking workout of your today, and picked out those I think I can do with stent in next week. We'll see. THANKS for all the encouragement and help for us old gals!
