So we tried this new one for our evening workout! It’s always fun to do a new routine with new moves. We really liked this one, Jules! I know it’s extra work for you, but it’s helpful to have a visual preview of the next move; very smooth transition from one move to the next. Great job!!!!❤

I do this every night. It helps with my neuropathy and sciatica and helps me sleep better thanks. I love the just music and no talking and the short 30 second exercises so I don’t get bored. The level is just right for me too.

I just want to say that I'm 35 and love your workouts. I usually do over 10k steps per day to manage my pcos. I do this workout or your other gentle options hours after eating before bed. I've noticed a difference in my digestion and I thank you so much! My Mom who turns 60 this year enjoys your workouts as well!!!

During the stay home time of Covid, I found a free YT Tai Chi channel. I learned a few moves (e.g., Crane, horse's mane, moving clouds). It was cool, I would glance at your moves then just invent tai-chi"ish" moves, maybe going slower, moving as a bird across water, etc... Anyway, it was wonderful to do my thing along with you❣️🌻
I forgot the good feeling of doing this one. Tonight I did it and when I saw, and remember the exercices on the chair I was so happy 😊 ( this afternoon again I did the new 4000 steps) 😅 know I can relax on my sofas! 👍🧘♀️

I just didn't have a "get sweaty" intense workout in me this afternoon. I know better than to push it when I know there's no oomph. One thing I say to myself every morning, aloud, is "I plan to make today be a GOOD day." Today's been a GOOD day so far...

I'm not an evening exerciser but I figured I'd try it since I usually go to bed with a back sore from sitting watching tv. Perhaps it was a coincidence, but I slept much longer without waking up several times. I found the workout was relaxing and the time passed quickly. My husband is interested in adding movement to his day and I had him start with this one this morning. It's a gentle introduction to these awesome workouts!

Hello! I’ve been doing your work outs since June , 5 days a week , beginner mostly , I do on RUclips on my tv so idk how to comment , did this evening one on iPad in addition to the one I did earlier. I am 60 and need to lose about 20 lbs. I try to walk outside too as much as possible. I have osteoarthritis in multiple joints ( hips, knees, ankles , hands and feet) , DDD in my c5 and c6 which has given me a lot of trouble and I have left my job . I also have Keinbocks disease which has worsened so I can’t use more than my 3 lb weights ..so I gotta take it easy , thank you for being here for me

I haven't lost any weight, but I have gained a lot of strength. I do a 30-minute workout in the morning after breakfast, one for 10-15 minutes after work(when the weather doesn't allow walking), and this one at night. What a difference I am feeling overall! Thank you so much for making this available to us.

Wow, this is an amazing workout! I exercise vigorously every day, but on days where my body is sore or tired, I want to do gentle movement, and this is PERFECT! I’m also going to add this workout at the end of my vigorous workouts to really give my body a good active and static stretch to help prevent soreness. If I’m too tired or sore, I can do this workout alone so I can at least get some movement in for the day. Thank you!

I like this peaceful music. I enjoyed exercising with a more relaxed mindset and I haven’t even had breakfast yet. As I am a visual learner, I really like your Up Next videos during the workout. When you roll your shoulders during warm up or cool down, you usually only roll backward a few times. Are we not supposed to roll forward? It feels good to stretch my upper back, but I don’t want to break anything. Thank you for another creative, effective workout.

I'm glad I've finally figured out how to do it:) As for rolling the shoulders forward, I find most of us sit a little hunched forward or we're on our computers with forward shoulders which is why I focus on rolling back during the workouts.
I love ur exercise n its fun. Those with musics in 69s, 70s etc r great. Even this daily or different exercise r fun. I m not an exercise person n finds it very difficult to do more then 10 minutes but i hv psyched myself n pushed to do it slowly n gradually. I hv been doing ur exercise the last 1 month n feels good. Being diabetic n I told myself I need to be disciplined. Winter is too cold to go for walks, I m glad I can do this in my lounge. If u can put in most of ur videos the time as its good to know how long n watch the time. Steps u can put at the end. Just my suggestion. Thanks again for encouraging n putting the different exercise n time too.❤❤❤❤
I'm glad to read that you're making a plan to fit in exercise. As for the time of each workout, if you look at the bottom right corner of each video (on the thumbnail/the main picture), you'll see the time. Good evening . Beautiful Spring day started off with a long walk around the lake . It ended with this peaceful afternoon supper time exercise. I needed a little extra after fried brown potatoes in an iron skillet. I didn’t eat a ton like my hubby did🫣😂. He loves me for many things but fried potatoes are way up the list.😅
Lol, yes, fried potatoes are definitely quite delicious. Thank goodness you also enjoy lots of exercise:) I often cut up potatoes in slices and use the air fryer. They're awesome that way, too (just as good as restaurant fries sometimes!).
Good end of day walk. The music is so soothing, it nearly put me to sleep while I was walking, ha! I like the large inset demo of the upcoming moves, helpful and easier to see/process than the print description in the corner. Thank you!

I purposely used music in this one to make it good for an evening workout which is why it is somewhat relaxing as well as a 'feel good' workout. Exercise definitely helps us to sleep better, too.

I love these gentle yet thorough workouts. I really appreciate the smooth transitions that are helped along by the "previews" and also your written helpful side comments which add explanation, reasons or special directions. I did a strength video this morning and decided I needed a bit of moving around before supper. I have no air conditioning in my cabin and it was 94 degrees when I did this one. Followed by a nice shower and light supper, I feel great! Thanks.

I'm not an evening exerciser but I figured I'd try it since I usually go to bed with a back sore from sitting watching tv. Perhaps it was a coincidence, but I slept much longer without waking up several times. I found the workout was relaxing and the time passed quickly.
My husband is interested in adding movement to his day and I had him start with this one this morning. It's a gentle introduction to these awesome workouts!

Hello! I’ve been doing your work outs since June , 5 days a week , beginner mostly , I do on RUclips on my tv so idk how to comment , did this evening one on iPad in addition to the one I did earlier. I am 60 and need to lose about 20 lbs. I try to walk outside too as much as possible. I have osteoarthritis in multiple joints ( hips, knees, ankles , hands and feet) , DDD in my c5 and c6 which has given me a lot of trouble and I have left my job . I also have Keinbocks disease which has worsened so I can’t use more than my 3 lb weights ..so I gotta take it easy , thank you for being here for me

Thank you, Jules! I like the previews of the next exercise to make the transition from one to the other easier. I have been doing your workouts twice a day since December 29th. I haven't lost any weight, but I have gained a lot of strength. I do a 30-minute workout in the morning after breakfast, one for 10-15 minutes after work(when the weather doesn't allow walking), and this one at night. What a difference I am feeling overall! Thank you so much for making this available to us.
I LOVE the routine you have with the 3 workouts...that's fantastic! The weight will start to shift and come off eventually. Just be patient.😉Just a question, are you doing any of the strength workouts?
@@ImprovedHealth For Some of your workouts, I add 2lb or 3lb weights depending on how I'm feeling. Those are at least 5 of my workouts a week.

Wow, this is an amazing workout! I exercise vigorously every day, but on days where my body is sore or tired, I want to do gentle movement, and this is PERFECT! I’m also going to add this workout at the end of my vigorous workouts to really give my body a good active and static stretch to help prevent soreness. If I’m too tired or sore, I can do this workout alone so I can at least get some movement in for the day. Thank you!

As I am a visual learner, I really like your Up Next videos during the workout.
When you roll your shoulders during warm up or cool down, you usually only roll backward a few times. Are we not supposed to roll forward? It feels good to stretch my upper back, but I don’t want to break anything.

I'm glad I've finally figured out how to do it:) As for rolling the shoulders forward, I find most of us sit a little hunched forward or we're on our computers with forward shoulders which is why I focus on rolling back during the workouts.

I love ur exercise n its fun. Those with musics in 69s, 70s etc r great. Even this daily or different exercise r fun.
I m not an exercise person n finds it very difficult to do more then 10 minutes but i hv psyched myself n pushed to do it slowly n gradually. I hv been doing ur exercise the last 1 month n feels good. Being diabetic n I told myself I need to be disciplined. Winter is too cold to go for walks, I m glad I can do this in my lounge.
If u can put in most of ur videos the time as its good to know how long n watch the time. Steps u can put at the end. Just my suggestion.

As for the time of each workout, if you look at the bottom right corner of each video (on the thumbnail/the main picture), you'll see the time. Wanted a gentle workout today after doing some dune climbing yesterday. Worked well, added side and full planks, and glute exercises to round it out.

Good evening . Beautiful Spring day started off with a long walk around the lake . It ended with this peaceful afternoon supper time exercise. I needed a little extra after fried brown potatoes in an iron skillet. I didn’t eat a ton like my hubby did🫣😂. He loves me for many things but fried potatoes are way up the list.😅
Lol, yes, fried potatoes are definitely quite delicious. Thank goodness you also enjoy lots of exercise:) I often cut up potatoes in slices and use the air fryer. They're awesome that way, too (just as good as restaurant fries sometimes!).
