So I haven't left a comment yet but have been doing these the past 2.5 months. Your channel is phenomenal. I've never kept to a workout routine or a diet for more than 2 weeks. It's almost been 3 months. I was overweight and felt so terrible about my image. I already feel so much more confident and have dropped 15lbs since I started. I'm starting to grow too!

I’ve been doing these workouts for like two weeks now. I had a really bad night, majorly stressed/overwhelmed and I had a meltdown then crawled into bed. I decided to get up and do this because I was looking for “bed workouts”. So, I stood up out of bed and did half of this video in my underwear and sobbed the whole time. Progress isn’t pretty and it hurts some days. But I’m proud that I even got up because two weeks ago I can tell you, I wouldn’t have.
THAT was perfect!! I am 50 and basically starting over….. I actually did the jumping jacks without peeing my pants! lol!!! I’ve had 4 children…. It’s a Christmas miracle!! I have to say I’ve been exercising for four months and it wasn’t until tonight that I really am seeing progress and strength! YAHOO!!!!
😢Jo, you are awesome. I’m a nurse working 12 hours days and night shift and I go 3days 12 hour straight. I was having so much trouble getting my daily exercise done cuz when I get off work. I spent more than an hour traveling back home. When I’m home I barely have time to rest BUT then I found this video!! I’m definitely going do this before I sleep !!

I’ve started doing this every night, I’m 116kg and I’ve started my weight loss journey. Even if I feel sluggish I still really enjoy doing this workout and i always feel better after doing it
quick update! i habent been able to do this workout in a couple of months but i have been going to the gym daily and im now sitting at 107kg! i finally got around to doing this again and im defo adding it back into my nightly routine!
Seeing and feeling all the sweat on my face and how slimy I look after these 12-minute workouts make me feel amazing and motivated to keep going. I've gained 20 pounds this year due to depression and covid and I tried other channels but they were really challenging and I couldn't keep up or find the motivation. I tried the 12-minute morning one and it got me hooked. I've been trying to do these 12-minute ones 3-4 times a week and it honestly makes me feel amazing and motivated to continue. I’ve worked out many… few times. And I’ve never in my life completed a video without pausing and taking breaks. I’ve never truly had fun doing a workout unless it was jump roping. love this so much. I'm 40 about to turn 41 with 4 kids ages 9 to twin 2 year olds! I have made a personal goal to do 30 growwithjo workouts in 30 days (even if it is just the stretch or 12 minute ones). Going into 41 strong! We just finished covid too!
Such a great idea, i have trouble staying consistent even with fun work outs but setting this goal of any work out even a 12 minute one every day seems very doable. I will try your strategy because going back to working out after the weekend its always hard.

Try to remember that working out is not only about the outward appearance, but also a lifestyle commitment that has a range of "unseen" benefits when done in a healthy and manageable way: improved metabolism and sleep, increased energy that is sustained throughout the day, more elasticated, supple and stronger muscles, spinal support and better posture, greater range of motion and much more! It even allows us to learn time management, scheduling, setting and sticking to goals and a host of other important skills. Perhaps you are not seeing the results you desire because you've hit a bit of a plateau for now (you can Google search "reasons for weight loss plateau" and research a bit on this if you want), or maybe because you don't actually have any excess weight to lose. We tend to see ourselves in a skewed light and negatively judge things about our bodies that others don't even take notice of (for me that includes my lower belly, as it does for many people) ; and we all have parts of ourselves that we deem to be "problem areas" that cannot necessarily be changed even with intensive exercise and toning. We really need to learn to accept and be comfortable with this, as that is how we were made and built. 🌷 Be kind to yourself and your body, and know that exercising is a commendable and healthier life choice with many long-term benefits that can only serve you well!

Jo! I’ve been loving incorporating the app 3 times a week along with my 3 times a week strength training! In my first week I lost 5.4 pounds! So happy 🤩🎉
I Love Jo and her amazing work out videos! I have been working out since Mid-February of this year, and I am down 22.2 pounds, all I've been doing is using the free version of MyFitnessPal to track calories in and out (making sure that I stay in deficit) and walking 5 miles a day 5-6 times a week, when I dont have 90 minutes to walk 5 miles I do grow with Jo's 15-30-minute videos instead. Love doing her videos they are a blast to do and boost my mood for the day. Her work outs are much more challenging for me then a brisk 5 mile walk so whenever I've been doing more walking and haven't done her videos in a while, I have to start back out with her beginner videos lol but that's ok because if I do them every day they become too easy for me and then I dont really feel like I'm even getting a workout in.

Honestly y'all, I'm at my heaviest weight this far in life. And I think I'm actually going to be in this for the long haul. Even when I was moving, I felt slow and wasn't keeping up with the pace. But I told myself, u know what, I can just go at my own pace. I'll get to her pace eventually. And even so, it's a bit before bed but I'm glad I still got this in. Love reading everyone's stories! I love this workout! I didn't have time for a full workout. So I did 10 minutes of arms while cooking dinner, than I did this workout after dinner. I feel so good. I love these 10 and 12 minute workouts. Sometimes you just need something quick.
First time trying this. Wow! Sweaty and I train 5/6 times a week. I usually train before my final evening meal and have lost some weight but I wonder if this will be more effective 🤔 I really enjoyed it, will be coming back soon. Thanks Jo ❤️ EDIT: I've been consistently doing this workout nightly and Omg, I see the changes in my body, particularly my abdominal area, I have ab lines that look so sexy that I can't stop admiring them. This is a game changer ‼️ I've also noticed that I am more disciplined with no snacking and have 2 balanced meals between 11am -7pm no meals after 8pm 👏👏👏

Thank God for your workouts. I am obese although I don’t look to fat but I recently had a miscarriage and it broke my heart I gained 10 lbs in a couple weeks. I been doing a couple of your workouts with my husband daily and I don’t have a scale but I feel healthier and I swear my belly looks smaller. I am so happy to have found you. Im also overweight and had multiple c sections l. My last one was a year and a half ago. And i got into a bad depression. Just about over a month ago when i seen myself and how much i let myself go and forgot about me. I started by taking simple walks up until now i can walk a 14k walk straight on. Starting feeling good more healthy feeling and less drain. Seeing results. Belly started to go down. Just being a mother can take must of your time from yourself. So im like how can i fit in a walking exercise being at home and can be worth doing for 15 minutes on the days i can't get out right away. Than you pop up. Your workouts are just so helpful with being a parent. I even now do A quick workout while doing house hold chores and taking care of my little one. You have definitely helped me more to not give up to just keep going.
Im doing your “beginner” videos 3-5 times a week. Sometimes i do another one thats 1 houre Long. I Can slowly see my body chanching. Not much in weight but I can diffently see a difference. I’m just starting from you RUclips videos and I’m having so much fun with it 🥰

After the summer holiday season ended i struggled to get back into my routine and diet. Today after my shift i took a nap and gamed in my pajamas all evening... Until i had a spike of motivation. Yet that step to restart was difficult so i decided to do this in my pajamas... And now im so excited and happy that im going to do another workout before i sleep 😂 these pajamas were laundry ready anyway 😅

@@Aly9315 I honestly went all in and started doing different workouts 6 days a week. I started with the 10 min HIIT at first because I hadn’t worked out in a while. The next week I moved on to the 20 minute workouts and even did a couple 30 min ones as well. I have been trying to get at least 10,000 steps a day too. I also downloaded her app and feel like the meal plans helped me learn how to eat a bit healthier. Overall I really do feel better not sure how much weight I’ve lost just feel different in my clothes. 🤗
I love these 12 minutes fat burn exercises.I cannot believe how much I sweat at the end of it (my fat cries). The 12 minutes exercises are perfect! They are effective, efficient, and more over I look forward to doing them becouse they are not daunting. Can we please have more short minute exercises.
I was feeling a bit down today from things going on in my life. This bedtime routine floated across my feed and I said, “No, I’m not in the mood to do it.” Started getting ready for bed, changed my mind and just pushed myself (reluctantly) to do the routine. I feel so much better - not just because I worked out, but it seemed to release some of the pressure and stress I was hanging onto in my body. I feel calmer and happier. Thank you! ❤️🙏

I doing your workouts for a month now and I'm slowly regaining strength in my right leg! (I had an injury) At the beginning I struggled with all exercises, that required me to stand on one leg. But now I can even do the stretch! I am so happy 😁😁😁

Fourth workout of my second week! Feeling so good! I need to start watching what I'm eating and up protein and lower sugar... next week is a new week! I feel my hips getting smaller and it is so much easier to climb the stairs!
I'm in college right now for engineering and very busy with different applications, internships, and just school work in general. I just don't have time to workout like I used to, so this is perfect for me to still get some activity in. While the calorie burn is nice, the main reason I do this is because it improves my mental health so much. Keep being awesome Jo!

Me and my 3yr old just did this workout, well he did his remix of it lol and it was amazing!! The reviews I’ve been reading are definitely true, it did not feel like a workout! You get lost in the beat and the positive energy you forget you’re working out until that sweat starts dripping off your face or back! Thank you for creating these videos and I can’t wait to do more

So I haven't left a comment yet but have been doing these the past 2.5 months. Your channel is phenomenal. I've never kept to a workout routine or a diet for more than 2 weeks. It's almost been 3 months. I was overweight and felt so terrible about my image. I already feel so much more confident and have dropped 15lbs since I started. I'm starting to grow too!

I’ve been doing these workouts for like two weeks now. I had a really bad night, majorly stressed/overwhelmed and I had a meltdown then crawled into bed. I decided to get up and do this because I was looking for “bed workouts”. So, I stood up out of bed and did half of this video in my underwear and sobbed the whole time. Progress isn’t pretty and it hurts some days. But I’m proud that I even got up because two weeks ago I can tell you, I wouldn’t have.

😢Jo, you are awesome. I’m a nurse working 12 hours days and night shift and I go 3days 12 hour straight. I was having so much trouble getting my daily exercise done cuz when I get off work. I spent more than an hour traveling back home. When I’m home I barely have time to rest BUT then I found this video!! I’m definitely going do this before I sleep !!

Hey Jo! Been recovering from COVID the past week and been stuck in isolation. I wanted something short yet effective because I can’t do long workouts yet, and this was IT for me! I felt so much better physically, mentally and emotionally after those 12 minutes! Love you!

Im a mom to two toddlers (1½ and almost 3). I've gotten so overweight, and I've officially stopped breastfeeding my 1 year old a couple weeks ago. I just finished this workout and I'm proud of myself! It felt good, and I'm motivated to keep going! Thanks Jo!

Seeing and feeling all the sweat on my face and how slimy I look after these 12-minute workouts make me feel amazing and motivated to keep going. I've gained 20 pounds this year due to depression and covid and I tried other channels but they were really challenging and I couldn't keep up or find the motivation. I tried the 12-minute morning one and it got me hooked. I've been trying to do these 12-minute ones 3-4 times a week and it honestly makes me feel amazing and motivated to continue. I’ve worked out many… few times. And I’ve never in my life completed a video without pausing and taking breaks. I’ve never truly had fun doing a workout unless it was jump roping. Such a great idea, i have trouble staying consistent even with fun work outs but setting this goal of any work out even a 12 minute one every day seems very doable. I will try your strategy because going back to working out after the weekend its always hard.

Try to remember that working out is not only about the outward appearance, but also a lifestyle commitment that has a range of "unseen" benefits when done in a healthy and manageable way: improved metabolism and sleep, increased energy that is sustained throughout the day, more elasticated, supple and stronger muscles, spinal support and better posture, greater range of motion and much more! It even allows us to learn time management, scheduling, setting and sticking to goals and a host of other important skills.
Perhaps you are not seeing the results you desire because you've hit a bit of a plateau for now (you can Google search "reasons for weight loss plateau" and research a bit on this if you want), or maybe because you don't actually have any excess weight to lose. We tend to see ourselves in a skewed light and negatively judge things about our bodies that others don't even take notice of (for me that includes my lower belly, as it does for many people) ; and we all have parts of ourselves that we deem to be "problem areas" that cannot necessarily be changed even with intensive exercise and toning. We really need to learn to accept and be comfortable with this, as that is how we were made and built. 🌷 Be kind to yourself and your body, and know that exercising is a commendable and healthier life choice with many long-term benefits that can only serve you well!

I Love Jo and her amazing work out videos! I have been working out since Mid-February of this year, and I am down 22.2 pounds, all I've been doing is using the free version of MyFitnessPal to track calories in and out (making sure that I stay in deficit) and walking 5 miles a day 5-6 times a week, when I dont have 90 minutes to walk 5 miles I do grow with Jo's 15-30-minute videos instead. Love doing her videos they are a blast to do and boost my mood for the day. Her work outs are much more challenging for me then a brisk 5 mile walk so whenever I've been doing more walking and haven't done her videos in a while, I have to start back out with her beginner videos lol but that's ok because if I do them every day they become too easy for me and then I dont really feel like I'm even getting a workout in.

I love this workout! I didn't have time for a full workout. So I did 10 minutes of arms while cooking dinner, than I did this workout after dinner. I feel so good. I love these 10 and 12 minute workouts. Sometimes you just need something quick.
First time trying this. Wow! Sweaty and I train 5/6 times a week. I usually train before my final evening meal and have lost some weight but I wonder if this will be more effective 🤔 I really enjoyed it, will be coming back soon. Thanks Jo ❤️
EDIT: I've been consistently doing this workout nightly and Omg, I see the changes in my body, particularly my abdominal area, I have ab lines that look so sexy that I can't stop admiring them. This is a game changer ‼️ I've also noticed that I am more disciplined with no snacking and have 2 balanced meals between 11am -7pm no meals after 8pm 👏👏👏

Today I “didn’t have time “ to make the gym but I said let me look up something to do before bed so at least I can move my body. Thank God for your workouts. I am obese although I don’t look to fat but I recently had a miscarriage and it broke my heart I gained 10 lbs in a couple weeks. I been doing a couple of your workouts with my husband daily and I don’t have a scale but I feel healthier and I swear my belly looks smaller. I am so happy to have found you. Im also overweight and had multiple c sections l. My last one was a year and a half ago. And i got into a bad depression. Just about over a month ago when i seen myself and how much i let myself go and forgot about me. I started by taking simple walks up until now i can walk a 14k walk straight on. Starting feeling good more healthy feeling and less drain. Seeing results. Belly started to go down. Just being a mother can take must of your time from yourself. So im like how can i fit in a walking exercise being at home and can be worth doing for 15 minutes on the days i can't get out right away. Than you pop up. Your workouts are just so helpful with being a parent. I even now do A quick workout while doing house hold chores and taking care of my little one. You have definitely helped me more to not give up to just keep going.

@@Becky-xu3eq im doing the one she calls for “beginners”. Its about 30 min Long and its lots of fun. I find myself smiling with her while doing the workout. And if i have a bit more energy i do this after now. It all deppens on my Day and how tired i am but i’ll ussely have more energy after working out 🤗 hope this helps you

Had a busy day running around with the kids…ate junk…missed my workout…so i decided to do this workout before turning in for the night (12:15am) and I’m so glad i did. It’s good to end the night on a high note 😊

After the summer holiday season ended i struggled to get back into my routine and diet. Today after my shift i took a nap and gamed in my pajamas all evening... Until i had a spike of motivation. Yet that step to restart was difficult so i decided to do this in my pajamas... And now im so excited and happy that im going to do another workout before i sleep 😂 these pajamas were laundry ready anyway 😅
This is the secret formula, short 10-12 minutes, HIT, simple straight to the point, great music and a huge smile. i can literary do this anytime of the day. That was amazing

This is amazing, i decided to start working out after being called fat when i am just 56kg height 158cm. So i decided to lost weight. I realize how hard my body moving, so i will try to do this everyday. Wish me luck yall
Day 5 - I wasn’t able to take a walk tonight so I decided to do this instead, I think I’ll add this workout on going forward! I felt so relaxed and mellow
Day 9 - i couldn’t bring myself to get up today and ended up doing two bedtime routines. I’m proud that I didn’t let myself go to bed without something.

That's great news, since I'm about to finally start these too, since I need to work on getting my waist line back down so that I fit my shorts and pants more comfortably again. How many days per week do you do her workouts?
@@Aly9315 I honestly went all in and started doing different workouts 6 days a week. I started with the 10 min HIIT at first because I hadn’t worked out in a while. The next week I moved on to the 20 minute workouts and even did a couple 30 min ones as well. I have been trying to get at least 10,000 steps a day too. I also downloaded her app and feel like the meal plans helped me learn how to eat a bit healthier. Overall I really do feel better not sure how much weight I’ve lost just feel different in my clothes. 🤗

I love these 12 minutes fat burn exercises.I cannot believe how much I sweat at the end of it (my fat cries). The 12 minutes exercises are perfect! They are effective, efficient, and more over I look forward to doing them becouse they are not daunting. Can we please have more short minute exercises.
I was feeling a bit down today from things going on in my life. This bedtime routine floated across my feed and I said, “No, I’m not in the mood to do it.” Started getting ready for bed, changed my mind and just pushed myself (reluctantly) to do the routine. I feel so much better - not just because I worked out, but it seemed to release some of the pressure and stress I was hanging onto in my body. I feel calmer and happier. Thank you! ❤️🙏

I doing your workouts for a month now and I'm slowly regaining strength in my right leg! (I had an injury) At the beginning I struggled with all exercises, that required me to stand on one leg. But now I can even do the stretch! I am so happy 😁😁😁

Fourth workout of my second week! Feeling so good! I need to start watching what I'm eating and up protein and lower sugar... next week is a new week! I feel my hips getting smaller and it is so much easier to climb the stairs!
I'm in college right now for engineering and very busy with different applications, internships, and just school work in general. I just don't have time to workout like I used to, so this is perfect for me to still get some activity in. While the calorie burn is nice, the main reason I do this is because it improves my mental health so much. Keep being awesome Jo!
Good morning Jo! It's been such a blessing the last few weeks that I happened to discover your videos. I'm a working mom of four and a wife. My life can get chaotic at time, so squeezing a workout in is nearly impossible. Your videos have been a sweet delight! They are easy to follow and yet get a good sweat on. Your energy is amazing! My kids sit around and watch while I working out. Your adorable dog definitely cought the kids attention and has allowed me to get a good workout in. Thank you for being positive and motivating. Me and my 3yr old just did this workout, well he did his remix of it lol and it was amazing!! The reviews I’ve been reading are definitely true, it did not feel like a workout! You get lost in the beat and the positive energy you forget you’re working out until that sweat starts dripping off your face or back! Thank you for creating these videos and I can’t wait to do more
I'm so glad I found you! Your 10-12 minute workouts are amazing, just hard and long enough to make me sweat and keep me motivated. When I'm feeling lazy and don't want to work out, I remind myself that I just need 10-12 minutes and get it done!
