I’m 38 weeks pregnant and was diagnosed with gestational diabetes in my second trimester. Along with a healthy diet, I do this workout after every meal and it has helped manage my GD tremendously. Thank you, thank you!

@@madyy__xmxx every body metabolism is different..it depends on your diet , age,etc..maybe do it twice a day for 4-5 times a week. Eat clean diet you should see result ..diet is #1 reason why ppl don’t loose

I haven’t really weighted myself BUT I can visible see the changes even in my back and my 🍑🥺I’m so happy. I’ve been doing this specific video during this week, but I started with the 10/12 video routines and I see the changes! If you have a busy life for me this workout video will be the best for you. Just do it once a day with no rest day and you will be alright, then you can start doing longer routines as I’m planning to do next week. Good luck with your fitness journey✨❤️
I did this for the first time today I’m 592 lbs and it’s such a good work out I was able to do most of the workout and some I had to slow down for myself but really proud I was able to complete a whole workout
it's crazy how I started doing her workouts 5 times a week for 2 weeks now and I've already felt that I'm able to do more without taking a break! These workouts are so easy but I always end up screaming for water half way through 😂 I'm glad something so easy can make me sweat and pant.
@@urmom3825 Yes! So far I got slight results. I might see more if I change up my diet a little bit, at least cutting down my sugar intake and drink more water. I will also add a hula hoop to my workout routine. So far the largest changes so far is mental and I feel physically stronger plus my posture has gotten better.
Always try to keep your mouth closed while exercising, that way the throat doesn't get dry and you won't feel the dire need to drink water. Helps me everytime!

Ive gained 35 pounds from depression over the past year and a half, I feel like jo’s workouts are the first workouts I’ve wanted to stay consistent with in a very long time. The low impact workouts also help to not put stress on my joints and I really appreciate that. We are in this together!
I'm a 46 year old "morbidly obese" woman, 306lbs, whom hasn't worked out in years due to arthritis in the knees and torn miniscus(because of an elliptical, when I was going to the gym), did this work out not to it's full potential, I had to do modify moves for my level of fitness, but I did it.....all I kept saying to myself, is my body is my temple......my hips, knees and arms were burning, those last 2 moves will come to me eventually....I am beautiful, I am worthy and my body is my temple!!! Inwill work up to your 20 minute work outs and to that 40 minute, but I'm taking baby steps....thank you Jo for getting me back into loving myself!!!
I used to work out daily but i slacked off and it’s been impossible to get consistent in the gym again. I thought I would try grow with jo to help get back into the swing of things and improve my health, and let me tell you, THESE VIDEOS WORK. I’ve been doing this workout for 2 months with an extra 15 minute arms/legs/full body video by GWJ (depends on the day) 5x a week and I’ve lost 8 kgs and I’ve toned up so much. Cut out sugar and kept my calories in check. Thanks Jo! ❤️❤️

I've struggled to lose weight with different workouts from different different fitness trainers but I don't see big change in my body. the three major things that have been keeping me motivated to continue ur workouts are: 1. my collarbone has become more noticeable which i find a good sign 2. i notice my double chin is going away 3. i love ur energy and smile jo! i am a 16 year old girl. i am very insecure about my weight and i wanted to lose weight this summer for cheer next year so i can be more comfortable and feel a lot better. i started doing jo’s workouts last month but it’s been kinda on and off because i’ve been busy with school and i also went to camp for a week. but now that school is out i finally have more time to work on myself! i havent noticed any change in my weight but i’m confident that i’ll see results if i stay determined and consistent. one major issue i have is that i have a problem with not eating healthy. i stopped drinking soda a long time ago and like every month i’ll take a small sip of it. and i eat sugar like once a week or so. but i love tortillas and bagels and all those kinda of carbs so i feel like it may have an effect but i’m trying to eat s little bit better. overall, i really love ur workouts jo and i will be sticking with them for as long as it takes😊

THIS ONE GOT ME!!! It was so much fun but boyyyy was it sweaty!!! I am down 6 lbs in a month using your videos!!!!! I work out 6 days a week and have a rest day (sundays for meal prep and reset!!!) I am 63 and your workouts are a blessing! I am signed up for sooo many workout channels but most have been difficult to do. Your low-impact workout is intense and gives me a sense of accomplishment. I can only do a max of about 25 minutes but my goal is to do one of your longer workouts. And I agree that your friendly energy is amazing! Love it!
So I started doing this for Nov because I saw another commenter say they had lost 47 lbs, I am one month down and I have lost a total of 16.6lbs making my total 26.6lbs so far. I did the workout every single day just once, only this (+a calorie deficit/Mediterranean diet) I even bought dumbells to do along with this. Will be back at the end of December and January to update with how much more I've lost.

This workout proved me wrong. After I finished, I was a little damp. So I said okay, but then as I was getting ready, i.e. shower, dressing, etc.; I literally start feeling the sweat dripping down. It's like a slow burning off of fat & calories. This really works & it's effective. BRAVO TO YOU! I'm definitely coming back. 🥰💖

Hello, I'm here because I want to share my progress for weight loss. Well I did this workout for about 4 weeks and it's around Ramadhan so yeah I was fasting that week, and I lost 5 Kg. My mom told me that I look different at the end of Ramadhan. Thank you joo, for this spectacular workout, and I look stunning in Lebaran. Because I looked healthier and fresh I guess. And then I'm here for work out again 😅.
I have pcos and have been struggling with weight loss. But this time the results are different from before, I have lost 3kgs in a month and that's an achievement for me. And it's all been possible because of your workouts. I have been doing these daily switching to a different video everyday. Your workouts are the only workouts which don't make me feel as if I am punishing myself. I workout according to my mood and energy, someday 15 min, the other 30 min and some other 50 min and it feels great 😄

@@syedasania4544 I follow a few of hers. I try to focus on different parts of the body, but love the short videos when I don’t have time to do an hour workout. I mostly always add 3lb weights to all workouts to make it more difficult ☺️

Today, I try this workout on my Ramadhan fasting day. Of course not as fast as I did before Ramadhan. But it is challenging yet make me happy and sweaty (of course!). This workout will be my "ngabuburit" activities. Thankyou, Jo!!!!
I'm going to try this workout for a while, and I'll try to track my progress here, along with observations and tips for you guys (sorry if I go too long without any updates! If I make it far enough, I'll add the before and after weights as well): Day 1 (April 9): only made it halfway through, light sweat Day 2: made it to the end of the workout! sweating a lot and felt great afterward :) Day 3: skipped it, too tired Day 4: did the whole workout, sweating, super hyped throughout the workout :D Day 5: didn't have time to workout :( Day 6: didn't workout but had dance class for 2 hours Day 7: celebrating friend's bday, didn't have time Day 8: * I highly recommend Jo's videos if you want to break a sweat while also enjoying yourself and the workout. Her enthusiasm is contagious! No matter how my mood is before I start, I always find myself in a great mood throughout the workout, especially at the end :) The exercises in this video are also really easily adjustable for beginners or people with more physical limitations. * The first couple of days, around days 1-6, I didn't make many changes to my diet, besides eating in slightly smaller portions (eating until I'm satisfied, but not to the point where it could be damaging to my goals). * For context, I am a female around 5'1" - 5'2" and in my early teens.

Jo, today is one of those days in which I was not "feeling it" It is currently 11:24pm and I just finished this workout, I motivated and pushed myself to at least do 15 min today, which I think it is better than nothing. After a long day of work, along my mommy duties and wify duties I was just feeling drained and discouraged. However, I am glad I completed this! Thank you Jo!
I know this is a year old, but you've really helped with my hip flexor pain!!! My hips used to burn and hurt when if do any ab workouts. I found your 20 minute workouts and they barely hurt anymore when I do your workouts!!! Thank you so much omg! I'm ALWAYS sweating and burning with your videos and I love it! I've lost 2 inches and 2 pounds in just a week! I'll be back to pre birth control weight in no time!

Usually I can not motivate myself to work out. But I just start watching your videos and I can feel how I get motivated and then I start the work out. Never have I ever worked out with to much fun and commitment. Thank you jo.. I can really feel how I feel better in my body.
I have tried so many work outs in the past, but it has been so difficult to be consistent since the workout were mainly high intensity and advanced. When I found this I knew this was something I can manage. I still struggle a bit on my first go but I still pushed through. Today I've did it 7 times over the course of 5 days and my mind and body feels great!! Thank you!
I did the 45 mins walk workout 2 days ago and couldn’t walk yesterday 🤣 back today for this one...love the pace and cardio moves....and all in 15 mins...love it
I’ve been doing this exercise for two and a half weeks, and I’ve already lost 2.5 inches off my waist. I haven’t weighed myself yet, but I’ll update in two weeks. Before I started, I weighed 84 kg. Edited: So far, I’m currently 79. I am so happy!
@@Nash_AuroraNo, I didn’t limit myself with food- not even cutting sweets though I eat less than usual because before did my workout, I had so much rice on my plate but now that I want to improve myself, I’m eating about one cup of white rice per meal (I can’t cut it off because my mom prepares our food).

Last year I got myself into a set routine, supplementing my daily activity with one Grow with Jo video each evening, and I was feeling great! Until life got in the way and I really let myself go. I am getting back on track now and counting on Jo to help me get back where I need to be. These videos are fun and vibrant, and they work!

Took me 5 months to loose that weight with healthy eating and exercise and I did at least 2 of her videos usually one long one and a short one plus walked my dogs and went on my exercise bike and swimming

I lost some weight prior to starting your workouts steadily 4x a week in January 2023 but I got stuck-I did go from 178 to 156 but thanks to your amazing content I’m now down to 137! I love that I’m not working out for hours or even an hour! That a 20min video could pack such a punch is just what I need! Thank you so much! Your energy is amazing!

i have started food rebalancing almost two weeks ago and i started also walking around 6-10k steps every day and so far i have been doing great ! however right now i have my period and today i let myself eat whatever i wanted as long as i stayed in a calorie deficit + i didn’t want to go walk outside as my body is hurting so i decided to do this workout instead and i LOVE it, the 15 minutes went by so fast and i can’t believe how much i am sweating right now haha !

I've not been working out the past few days because my baby has croup and has been struggling with it. Today I really needed to move my body for my mental health,so I got him in my arms and did this one as best as I could holding my 17lb baba! Wasn't perfect but I feel better for moving xxx

I did this workout for 9 days. my waist was 28.2 inches and after 8 days it was 27.4 inches. Without any changes in diet. And no other workout

I’ve been doing this specific video during this week, but I started with the 10/12 video routines and I see the changes! If you have a busy life for me this workout video will be the best for you. Just do it once a day with no rest day and you will be alright, then you can start doing longer routines as I’m planning to do next week.

it's crazy how I started doing her workouts 5 times a week for 2 weeks now and I've already felt that I'm able to do more without taking a break! These workouts are so easy but I always end up screaming for water half way through 😂 I'm glad something so easy can make me sweat and pant.

@@urmom3825 Yes! So far I got slight results. I might see more if I change up my diet a little bit, at least cutting down my sugar intake and drink more water. I will also add a hula hoop to my workout routine. So far the largest changes so far is mental and I feel physically stronger plus my posture has gotten better.

Always try to keep your mouth closed while exercising, that way the throat doesn't get dry and you won't feel the dire need to drink water. Helps me everytime!

Ive gained 35 pounds from depression over the past year and a half, I feel like jo’s workouts are the first workouts I’ve wanted to stay consistent with in a very long time. The low impact workouts also help to not put stress on my joints and I really appreciate that. We are in this together!

I'm a 46 year old "morbidly obese" woman, 306lbs, whom hasn't worked out in years due to arthritis in the knees and torn miniscus(because of an elliptical, when I was going to the gym), did this work out not to it's full potential, I had to do modify moves for my level of fitness, but I did it.....all I kept saying to myself, is my body is my temple......my hips, knees and arms were burning, those last 2 moves will come to me eventually....I am beautiful, I am worthy and my body is my temple!!! Inwill work up to your 20 minute work outs and to that 40 minute, but I'm taking baby steps....thank you Jo for getting me back into loving myself!!!
I used to work out daily but i slacked off and it’s been impossible to get consistent in the gym again. I thought I would try grow with jo to help get back into the swing of things and improve my health, and let me tell you, THESE VIDEOS WORK. I’ve been doing this workout for 2 months with an extra 15 minute arms/legs/full body video by GWJ (depends on the day) 5x a week and I’ve lost 8 kgs and I’ve toned up so much. Cut out sugar and kept my calories in check. Thanks Jo! ❤️❤️

I've struggled to lose weight with different workouts from different different fitness trainers but I don't see big change in my body. the three major things that have been keeping me motivated to continue ur workouts are: 1. my collarbone has become more noticeable which i find a good sign 2. i notice my double chin is going away 3. i love ur energy and smile jo! i am a 16 year old girl. i am very insecure about my weight and i wanted to lose weight this summer for cheer next year so i can be more comfortable and feel a lot better. i started doing jo’s workouts last month but it’s been kinda on and off because i’ve been busy with school and i also went to camp for a week. but now that school is out i finally have more time to work on myself! i havent noticed any change in my weight but i’m confident that i’ll see results if i stay determined and consistent. one major issue i have is that i have a problem with not eating healthy. i stopped drinking soda a long time ago and like every month i’ll take a small sip of it. and i eat sugar like once a week or so. but i love tortillas and bagels and all those kinda of carbs so i feel like it may have an effect but i’m trying to eat s little bit better. overall, i really love ur workouts jo and i will be sticking with them for as long as it takes😊

I am 63 and your workouts are a blessing! I am signed up for sooo many workout channels but most have been difficult to do. Your low-impact workout is intense and gives me a sense of accomplishment. So I started doing this for Nov because I saw another commenter say they had lost 47 lbs, I am one month down and I have lost a total of 16.6lbs making my total 26.6lbs so far. I did the workout every single day just once, only this (+a calorie deficit/Mediterranean diet) I even bought dumbells to do along with this. Will be back at the end of December and January to update with how much more I've lost.

This workout proved me wrong. After I finished, I was a little damp. So I said okay, but then as I was getting ready, i.e. shower, dressing, etc.; I literally start feeling the sweat dripping down. It's like a slow burning off of fat & calories. This really works & it's effective. BRAVO TO YOU! I'm definitely coming back. 🥰💖

Hello, I'm here because I want to share my progress for weight loss. Well I did this workout for about 4 weeks and it's around Ramadhan so yeah I was fasting that week, and I lost 5 Kg. My mom told me that I look different at the end of Ramadhan. Thank you joo, for this spectacular workout, and I look stunning in Lebaran. Because I looked healthier and fresh I guess. And then I'm here for work out again 😅.
I have pcos and have been struggling with weight loss. But this time the results are different from before, I have lost 3kgs in a month and that's an achievement for me. And it's all been possible because of your workouts. I have been doing these daily switching to a different video everyday. Your workouts are the only workouts which don't make me feel as if I am punishing myself. I workout according to my mood and energy, someday 15 min, the other 30 min and some other 50 min and it feels great 😄

Today, I try this workout on my Ramadhan fasting day. Of course not as fast as I did before Ramadhan. But it is challenging yet make me happy and sweaty (of course!). This workout will be my "ngabuburit" activities. Thankyou, Jo!!!!
I'm going to try this workout for a while, and I'll try to track my progress here, along with observations and tips for you guys (sorry if I go too long without any updates! If I make it far enough, I'll add the before and after weights as well):
Day 1 (April 9): only made it halfway through, light sweat
Day 2: made it to the end of the workout! sweating a lot and felt great afterward :)
Day 3: skipped it, too tired
Day 4: did the whole workout, sweating, super hyped throughout the workout :D
Day 5: didn't have time to workout :(
Day 6: didn't workout but had dance class for 2 hours
Day 7: celebrating friend's bday, didn't have time
Day 8:
* I highly recommend Jo's videos if you want to break a sweat while also enjoying yourself and the workout. Her enthusiasm is contagious! No matter how my mood is before I start, I always find myself in a great mood throughout the workout, especially at the end :) The exercises in this video are also really easily adjustable for beginners or people with more physical limitations.
* The first couple of days, around days 1-6, I didn't make many changes to my diet, besides eating in slightly smaller portions (eating until I'm satisfied, but not to the point where it could be damaging to my goals).
* For context, I am a female around 5'1" - 5'2" and in my early teens.
First time exercising since October 2022, injured my back at work, thank you for this fantastic workout. I managed it all, now I don’t feel like a useless human being. Really enjoy your passion and commitment, it rubs off on your subscribers. Thank you x

Usually I can not motivate myself to work out. But I just start watching your videos and I can feel how I get motivated and then I start the work out. Never have I ever worked out with to much fun and commitment. Thank you jo.. I can really feel how I feel better in my body.
I have tried so many work outs in the past, but it has been so difficult to be consistent since the workout were mainly high intensity and advanced. When I found this I knew this was something I can manage. I still struggle a bit on my first go but I still pushed through. Today I've did it 7 times over the course of 5 days and my mind and body feels great!! Thank you!

@@Nash_AuroraNo, I didn’t limit myself with food- not even cutting sweets though I eat less than usual because before did my workout, I had so much rice on my plate but now that I want to improve myself, I’m eating about one cup of white rice per meal (I can’t cut it off because my mom prepares our food).

Last year I got myself into a set routine, supplementing my daily activity with one Grow with Jo video each evening, and I was feeling great! Until life got in the way and I really let myself go. I am getting back on track now and counting on Jo to help me get back where I need to be. These videos are fun and vibrant, and they work!

Jo's workouts always whip me back to being consistent. I had alot to eat last week Friday and it got me slipping into my ugly old eating happens. I started doing Jo's workouts again and I feel great. Today is my third day of working out CONSISTENTLY since last week. Thank you so much. I am forever appreciative of your videos and for being you. You have changed my life.❤❤

I really love this workout. Its only 15 minutes and i was actually mad at the ads that popped up and surprised when the workout was done. Going to try to do 3 or 4 of your workouts a day. Lose this last 20 lbs and tone up. Love your workouts and comment section. Sending support everyones way!!
So I have just lost a total of 17.8kg these video’s definitely help me stay accountable for myself and I love the shorter ones as I often do a few of them in a day thankyou so much jo for your wonderful videos and not one workout is the same with you ❤️

Took me 5 months to loose that weight with healthy eating and exercise and I did at least 2 of her videos usually one long one and a short one plus walked my dogs and went on my exercise bike and swimming

Thank you for these lower minute workouts! I did 2 on lunch and 1 after work for a total of 35 minutes today! Love it! 8 lbs down and counting xo

@@missrajput4990 It took me 2 months! So about a pound a week by doing her videos 5 to 6 days a week and watching what I eat/calories with My fitness pal app :)

I lost some weight prior to starting your workouts steadily 4x a week in January 2023 but I got stuck-I did go from 178 to 156 but thanks to your amazing content I’m now down to 137! I love that I’m not working out for hours or even an hour! That a 20min video could pack such a punch is just what I need! Thank you so much! Your energy is amazing!

Loved this workout! Just closed my office door on my lunch and used 15 mins of my 30 mins to complete this video! I sit all day at work. This will now become apart of my routine. Thank you!
i have started food rebalancing almost two weeks ago and i started also walking around 6-10k steps every day and so far i have been doing great ! however right now i have my period and today i let myself eat whatever i wanted as long as i stayed in a calorie deficit + i didn’t want to go walk outside as my body is hurting so i decided to do this workout instead and i LOVE it, the 15 minutes went by so fast and i can’t believe how much i am sweating right now haha !
I do this when I’m watching really longgggg lecture videos for my online classes and it makes it go by a lot quicker. Thanks girlie!
I just tried this workout with no sound on coz my a year old toddler is napping in the same room as I was... she’s napping soundly and I’m a happy mama trying to get some sweat out of me... thank you! Can’t wait to do this again tomorrow... awesome and very helpful content... thanks again...

I am so very proud of myself, I do these workouts everyday, I go to different videos that you've posted and challenge myself 2xs a day. As you've said in the beginning in some of your videos, that you will see changes if you be consistent and I am a witness that it works. I don't have belly fat anymore, my blood pressure is not high anymore, I am more healthy and more energetic. Thanks for the videos!!!
I honestly didn't expect to sweat as much as I did! With 2 months until my wedding, this is my new morning and evening workout! Thanks sis 😘

This workout did exactly what I needed I overslept this morning but was determined to get my workout in and I’m sweating !!! I enjoy all your workouts !!!! Consistency is a must for me !!!
I was intending to do this as a warm-up for another workout, but man, this was a workout all on its own. It made me sweat, it made me work, but I didn't want to stop until the end. I've not been working out the past few days because my baby has croup and has been struggling with it. Today I really needed to move my body for my mental health,so I got him in my arms and did this one as best as I could holding my 17lb baba! Wasn't perfect but I feel better for moving xxx

Loved this! I felt the sweat dripping when I completed the workout. I was hooked and wanted to feel more so I ended up doing it twice.!
