Whoever sees this, can you please pray for me. I'm 24 years old and back in May I found a lump in my right breast. My Dr is concerned about it so I'm going to have an ultrasound done in 2 weeks. I am so scared and confused.... I try not to think about it but it all come crashing down at once and I break down. I'm so scared of what's going to happen. My doctor told me that a young woman having breast cancer is rare but not impossible. She said she had a girl that found a lump when she was 21 and it was cancer. Please pray for me that God would calm my heart during this time.

Started in April. Gone from 148lbs to 120lbs (at the age of 50+). Along with watching my portions Jo has been a blessing and I’ve never had this much fun exercising.

I started my journey with you in July 2021, I stared at a weight of 250. Since then I’ve gotten down to 238 with consistent working out and watching what I’m eating and when I’m eating. No late eating for me anymore! My moods have shifted and if I can’t do my workout during the day i must get it in before i go to bed each night. Thanks for the work you do I appreciate it. I tried this workout in the morning. I usually do 20 minutes morning boost, but I am switching it tomorrow. By the way, I lost now 30 lbs!🙌 I didn't believe that I could do it at my age of 54. I get the pressure, and Sweetie, it's about loving your body AS IT IS and taking care of YOU. Exercise won't make you lose weight, but it has SO many benefits including feeling good IN yourself. I love that you are coming to exercise young, but my heart aches for my remembering my own judgement that you maybe are suffering too? I didn't start exercising until I was properly obese in my late teens. It was slowly learning about food, supporting myself through the pain of my past, and having positive experiences of my body through exercise that made the difference. Having ADHD can make it super difficult to do workouts bc I hate even 30 second intervals and repeating moves. It’s always too much time allowed for my mind to think wonder and convince myself I can’t do the workout. I successfully completed this workout without feeling so dreadful. So thank you so much :)

I haven’t worked out like that since my third baby who’s almost 3. Felt so good I had to hold back my tears half way through the workout. It felt good to feel that pump again. I did this toward the end of my lunch break! It was perfect and looking forward to adding an evening workout when I get home as well. I love love love this workout! I just restarted my weight loss journey this month and have been addicted since. I have never found the right workouts on RUclips for me and when I come across her she gave me so much confidence and energy! I love how she motivates us throughout the whole workout. I love how you can choose many different workouts! I try to do a different one everyday. My weight has been fluctuating and I’m trying to reach my goal of 130 by June! 19th July 2023: Did this today, early morning,on a bare stomach. Can't believe i did it. When i came to this video last time, i could not finish it. I've been on a rollercoaster with my weight! I’ve been doing at least one of your workouts every night for the past 1-2 months alongside roughly 10-15k steps everyday (for a little over 2 years) and I’ve been having great results! After a year or so of walking at least 10k steps every day, I plateaued in my weight loss journey, but incorporating your workouts on a daily basis finally gave me the boost I needed! I get burnt out so easily with different workouts, I've been between jogging and walking for the past 4-5 months. I got burnt out with walking so I tried jogging when it got cold. I've now gotten burnt out running and daylight savings is making it impossible to get outside before dark so I tried an indoor jogging workout for about a week and got insanely bored. Tonight I decided to do some cardio to burn some calories and found some of growwithjo's videos and I'm obsessed! These are so fun to do and doesn't make working out seem like a routine. These make me sweat so good and with 25 minutes of medium intensity have burned over 300 calories. I've lost 30-40lbs since August and I'm hoping these videos will help me continue my progress ❤
When you encouraged half way through to keep going it really helped! It’s so easy to give up when you can’t keep up with certain workouts but it felt so good to finish this workout!
Hi! You’ve been a real inspiration for me. I had my first baby in August. Before I became a mother, I was so used to coming and going as I pleased… hitting the gym whenever I wanted and sometimes twice a day… and always lifting pretty heavy. My baby is a real gem… happy, peaceful, etc. but I still wasn’t prepared for working out to become more of an “event”. A lot of things change when you become a parent. You gave me faith in low impact or no equipment workouts and now I know they are so, so effective. Things can be done at home in the living room and that saves time and energy! Your workouts are so fun! I’m enjoying this one especially. Thank you for your videos. ✨

I caught covid in July and for some reason that is what kickstarted my fitness and weight loss journey. I started working out with Jo then and now I have now lost 18lbs. Thank you, Jo! I am very busy, over 50, overweight, and overwhelmed. These short 10-15 minute HIIT workouts fit perfectly in my schedule. It's easier to find that 15 minutes in my day than 45 minutes. And because it's a HIIT workout, I know I'm going to sweat, which is what I need and what I want . I love intense cardio but I'm not YET capable of keeping up with 45 LONG minutes of it at this stage, let alone the time...but when I do 15 minutes of it without having to stop and I've made it to the "WORKOUT COMPLETE" , it makes me feel like a champion sweaty, out of breath winner! I did it, and I feel great! Hey, it really does boost your mood, and I think I need that too. You're a great gal, Jo. Thanks again for the desire to help others
I almost didn't exercise cause I didn't have enough energy to do a long workout but then I remembered one of Jo's videos that said it's okay if 'being consistent' doesn't look the same every day. So I decided to opt for a 10-minute workout to get some movement in today and I'm glad I did!

Started in February and I’ve lost 8 pounds in 8 weeks. My doctor asked me what I was doing and I told her about your channel. I pull the workouts up on YT and I do them in my bathroom as soon as I wake up (before the day gets in the way). I love how you motivate with just a smile. Just paired this workout with your Do This Workout Every Night To Burn Fat in Your Sleep but I took it down a notch because I am 66. I jogged, but I had to take the squats not as low because of my knees and a little slower with some of the other moves, but I kept up. I am from Canada and just started 2 days ago! Happy New Year, all!🎉 I started back this morning. My right foot has been in pain over Holidays. I took it easy for several days and I will see a doctor tomorrow morning. I don't want to stop doing exercises and other body training. I love how light my body feels after workouts, especially at my age: 54. This pandemic has made me the heaviest I've ever been! But I started to do your shred calendar starting this week. Started at 176.4 lbs on Tuesday, today (Thursday) I'm at 173. Pairing it with a calorie deficit, not necessarily 'healthy' foods but I'm not going to pressure myself to make too many changes at once. Thank you for all the free workouts! I started working out with you about three weeks ago. I have arthritis in both knees so I am able to modify your workouts easier. I also love that you have lots of short workouts so I don’t feel overwhelmed. I bought the WOW in Black Friday. I will start following that program when we get out of school for winter break. Thank you. Was looking for 10 min Hitt boost metabolism workout. This one is perfect as you work with limited space . Everything was able to be done on narrow mat. No floor or kicks outside the confined space. Everything was standing !! Also you don't talk during exercises I ❤️ that!!! I tried 3 other ones and shut them off after a minute 😆

I hate in the comments on EVERY workout video is people in the comments discouraging people who are just working out and haven’t switched their eating habits yet. First of all, if you still eat crappy but workout everyday, you will STILL see results. Because it’s better then eating crappy and doing nothing. Everyone knows you’ll see results FASTER if you eat right too but everyone has to start somewhere! Geez!
I haven't seen this on GWJ videos. I spend 15 minutes per day reading the comments on the videos I worked out to because I get such inspiration from the stories, testimonies, and hoorah's. I wonder if you are speaking of other workout communities and videos perhaps?

I started my journey with you in July 2021, I stared at a weight of 250. Since then I’ve gotten down to 238 with consistent working out and watching what I’m eating and when I’m eating. No late eating for me anymore! My moods have shifted and if I can’t do my workout during the day i must get it in before i go to bed each night.

I tried this workout in the morning. I usually do 20 minutes morning boost, but I am switching it tomorrow. By the way, I lost now 30 lbs!🙌 I didn't believe that I could do it at my age of 54. I met my goal this month, but I will continue these workouts.🙌

I get the pressure, and Sweetie, it's about loving your body AS IT IS and taking care of YOU. Exercise won't make you lose weight, but it has SO many benefits including feeling good IN yourself. I love that you are coming to exercise young, but my heart aches for my remembering my own judgement that you maybe are suffering too? I didn't start exercising until I was properly obese in my late teens. It was slowly learning about food, supporting myself through the pain of my past, and having positive experiences of my body through exercise that made the difference. It took two years, but my weight got healthy and stayed healthy ever since. NOT about a waist measurement. It's about self love. Doesn't come from a tape measure. Very best wishes, Dear Young One.

It’s Ramadan for us Muslims and my plan is to go to the Gym at least 4 days a week and lift some weights. I don’t wanna exhaust myself and after I break my fast I’ll do this workout 1 or 2 times 🥰 I’ll keep y’all updated how it’s going

Having ADHD can make it super difficult to do workouts bc I hate even 30 second intervals and repeating moves. It’s always too much time allowed for my mind to think wonder and convince myself I can’t do the workout. I successfully completed this workout without feeling so dreadful. So thank you so much :)

I haven’t worked out like that since my third baby who’s almost 3. Felt so good I had to hold back my tears half way through the workout. It felt good to feel that pump again. I love love love this workout! I just restarted my weight loss journey this month and have been addicted since. I have never found the right workouts on RUclips for me and when I come across her she gave me so much confidence and energy! I love how she motivates us throughout the whole workout. I love how you can choose many different workouts! I try to do a different one everyday. My weight has been fluctuating and I’m trying to reach my goal of 130 by June! 19th July 2023: Did this today, early morning,on a bare stomach. Can't believe i did it. When i came to this video last time, i could not finish it. I've been on a rollercoaster with my weight! Mid year now and i am getting back at it. Thanks Jo for the amazing workout. Hope to reach my goal by year end.

I love your workouts jo! They’re simple yet very effective. I’ve been doing at least one of your workouts every night for the past 1-2 months alongside roughly 10-15k steps everyday (for a little over 2 years) and I’ve been having great results! After a year or so of walking at least 10k steps every day, I plateaued in my weight loss journey, but incorporating your workouts on a daily basis finally gave me the boost I needed! I started my journey in the beginning of august, I’ve lost exactly 21 pounds, just found you recently but your workouts always are easy to follow and work well
I get burnt out so easily with different workouts, I've been between jogging and walking for the past 4-5 months. I got burnt out with walking so I tried jogging when it got cold. I've now gotten burnt out running and daylight savings is making it impossible to get outside before dark so I tried an indoor jogging workout for about a week and got insanely bored. Tonight I decided to do some cardio to burn some calories and found some of growwithjo's videos and I'm obsessed! These are so fun to do and doesn't make working out seem like a routine. These make me sweat so good and with 25 minutes of medium intensity have burned over 300 calories. I've lost 30-40lbs since August and I'm hoping these videos will help me continue my progress ❤
When you encouraged half way through to keep going it really helped! It’s so easy to give up when you can’t keep up with certain workouts but it felt so good to finish this workout!

Hi! You’ve been a real inspiration for me. I had my first baby in August. Before I became a mother, I was so used to coming and going as I pleased… hitting the gym whenever I wanted and sometimes twice a day… and always lifting pretty heavy. My baby is a real gem… happy, peaceful, etc. but I still wasn’t prepared for working out to become more of an “event”. A lot of things change when you become a parent. You gave me faith in low impact or no equipment workouts and now I know they are so, so effective. Things can be done at home in the living room and that saves time and energy! Your workouts are so fun! I’m enjoying this one especially. Thank you for your videos. ✨

I caught covid in July and for some reason that is what kickstarted my fitness and weight loss journey. I started working out with Jo then and now I have now lost 18lbs. I have never managed any long term weight loss over 6lbs and never managed to maintain it. These workouts and genuinely changed my life and made me feel so much better. Thank you, Jo! I am very busy, over 50, overweight, and overwhelmed. These short 10-15 minute HIIT workouts fit perfectly in my schedule. It's easier to find that 15 minutes in my day than 45 minutes. And because it's a HIIT workout, I know I'm going to sweat, which is what I need and what I want . I love intense cardio but I'm not YET capable of keeping up with 45 LONG minutes of it at this stage, let alone the time...but when I do 15 minutes of it without having to stop and I've made it to the "WORKOUT COMPLETE" , it makes me feel like a champion sweaty, out of breath winner! I did it, and I feel great! Hey, it really does boost your mood, and I think I need that too. You're a great gal, Jo. Thanks again for the desire to help others

I almost didn't exercise cause I didn't have enough energy to do a long workout but then I remembered one of Jo's videos that said it's okay if 'being consistent' doesn't look the same every day. So I decided to opt for a 10-minute workout to get some movement in today and I'm glad I did!
Jo, you've made my journey back to fitness easier. I cant find any other channel that I prefer over yours, it's just not the same. Started in February and I’ve lost 8 pounds in 8 weeks. My doctor asked me what I was doing and I told her about your channel. I pull the workouts up on YT and I do them in my bathroom as soon as I wake up (before the day gets in the way). I love how you motivate with just a smile. So many others think they have to shout at you the whole time and that just puts me off. (Flashbacks to gym class!)

Just paired this workout with your Do This Workout Every Night To Burn Fat in Your Sleep but I took it down a notch because I am 66. I jogged, but I had to take the squats not as low because of my knees and a little slower with some of the other moves, but I kept up. I am from Canada and just started 2 days ago! This pandemic has made me the heaviest I've ever been! But I started to do your shred calendar starting this week. Started at 176.4 lbs on Tuesday, today (Thursday) I'm at 173. Pairing it with a calorie deficit, not necessarily 'healthy' foods but I'm not going to pressure myself to make too many changes at once. Thank you for all the free workouts! I started working out with you about three weeks ago. I have arthritis in both knees so I am able to modify your workouts easier. I also love that you have lots of short workouts so I don’t feel overwhelmed. I bought the WOW in Black Friday. I will start following that program when we get out of school for winter break. Thank you. Was looking for 10 min Hitt boost metabolism workout. This one is perfect as you work with limited space . Everything was able to be done on narrow mat. No floor or kicks outside the confined space. Everything was standing !! Also you don't talk during exercises I ❤️ that!!! I tried 3 other ones and shut them off after a minute 😆

I hate in the comments on EVERY workout video is people in the comments discouraging people who are just working out and haven’t switched their eating habits yet. First of all, if you still eat crappy but workout everyday, you will STILL see results. Because it’s better then eating crappy and doing nothing. Everyone knows you’ll see results FASTER if you eat right too but everyone has to start somewhere! Geez!
I haven't seen this on GWJ videos. I spend 15 minutes per day reading the comments on the videos I worked out to because I get such inspiration from the stories, testimonies, and hoorah's. I wonder if you are speaking of other workout communities and videos perhaps?

I discovered you in August.. I was 70kgsthen.. I was 85kgs previously .. on my weight loss journey.. thank goodness I found you.. I love youe workouts, I workout at home when baby sleeps and take care of my baby since I am the primary caregiver. I am very regular with your workouts. I’ve been doing these workouts for 5 days now and I’ve lost 5 pounds ! Literally . After having my baby ,I’m definitely feeling more confident now!
