    I am 76 kg and no matter how much I work out, I am not losing weight, how many months should I work out to lose weight?

      Same but I am starting to loose weight now again after this sentence:Burn more calories than you consume. So I do a lot of HIIT but also stretches and Pilates and it’s starting to work
