diet is the most important thing, its far harder to burn off food than it is to just not eat it, the exercises will help with maintaining a healthy fit body, but if you want to lose weight, focus on managing what you eat
Showing up to the workout is more important than how difficult it is.
On days when you're feeling weak and unmotivated just do 3 mins and you'll be alright.
I'm proud of you kid, keep going 💪 and also follow some nutritional diet.

First time I did this I was absolutely dead after (completely out of shape). But after the five days of this workout I am happy because I see the recovering time getting shorter and shorter, I think my heart is strenghtening. Thank you mister

After falling in love with HIIT/Tabada workouts from another youtuber, i was in search of someone for workouts where I do them with my pre-teen son, someone to follow along with that isnt so...how can we say... revealing? Hmmm? LOL. Anyway. This workout was SO hard because of ALL the jumping, but I really appreciate it! Nice simple video, no long intro/outro, and fully clothed! I'll be back again and again whenever he wants to workout with me!

LOVE this video!I was wondering... after each exercise of all of the trainer videos they do a 15 or 30 or 45 min rest before the next one. I like to keep moving/jump around/ jumping jacks or something instead of rest. Is this ok?
