I don't know if the guy ever took enhancements, and I'm sure you don't know either, but there are those out there that actually do work hard for what they get and where they are in life. Sadly, the vast majority of people are like you that immediately think someone needs to cheat to make it. Attempting to minimize someone else's hard work to justify your failure will not solve your issue.
This is possibly the easiest 10 minute workout I have ever done. Definitely for beginners. More challenging ones out there. Nice editing and music. Well done guys.

I’ve been doing this work out for a few weeks now. I started out needing to pause during the mountain climbers, burpees, and plank exercises. Then I progressed to doing this workout twice in a row. Last week I did it twice with dumbbells the second time around. Today I did it with ankle weights as my warmup before strength training. This is an awesome workout to use as a benchmark for my fitness!
I have been following your channel and workouts since Aug, 1 2021. I am a 63+yrold female. I have to say in the beginning I was modifying some of the movements to match my fitness level. Today I do the workouts beginning to end as demonstrated. I am so much stronger now and my flexibility has improved tremendously. Thank you for the workouts. Love it guys Old fashioned training like we used to do everyday in school, and we weee so fit and healthy and agile. It is still doable, but definitely much more of a challenge at 60 years old.

did this workout & "whew" had my heart racing.. i just had a baby plus im 240 lbs & got a fibroid that's bloating my belly, i'm trying to lose my belly and have the fibroid removed, im going to do this workout again, so my goal is two times a day with this routine and a few more im subscribed 2 n see how my results workout after 2 weeks
Today I finally hit my goal of losing 20lbs🥳 it was a very slow and steady process..i didn’t do any severe restrictions, just slowly cut my calorie in take every 2 weeks until i hit the deficit i needed and stayed there for 12 weeks (lost the last stubborn 6lbs). Now i want to slowly integrate more calories until i hit maintenance!
One week into doing these exercises, when I started I could barely go the first 3,but I can now do all of them tho I struggle with the last one. Thank you guys for this helpful video

I just crushed this workout and made it actually 60 minutes! I switched the rest times around on a slower temp during the exercise but longer rest and found it to work well!!!

I do it 3x a day consecutively about 5x a week. All I gotta say is that this HIIT workout is by far the best out there. Take it from someone who’s constantly changing their physique by crazy amounts of lbs in short amount of time by leaning out and gaining muscle mass. This right here is easy and just the right amount of a steady pace to where you will almost never fail. Great workout and for everyone who’s doing this. Just keep doing it daily. You could never do enough cardio. This has also increased sexual drive and performance.
It's clear that the key is if you want to lose weight, the calories you take in are fewer than the calories your body needs, for example the calories you need are 2000 a day, we have a deficit of 500, we only put in 1500 calories every day, we have a calorie deficit of 500, for 1 month we will definitely lose weight. , but it's not easy to practice, friend

I disagree. I think you can burn 500 calories. You just have to go faster, go all out when doing the workouts. They are going slow for video purposes. Both of those guys could easily go 2x as fast and still get thru the workout.
Only been doing this recently, about 2 weeks maybe, and I can already tell a difference in my stamina! When I first started I had to take 2 extra breaks which were probably a minute or so long. Now I only need one break which is about 30 seconds long. I can also feel my arms and legs getting stronger during this. Love this video! It’s part of my daily workouts now! It’s not too hard for me, but it still pushes me which I love!

Be in Calorie Deficit,Just eat 200 300 cals below your TDEE and stay consistent with your workouts.
