I love working antagonist muscle groups together by supersetting them back to back. Best way to be efficient & effective in a workout with “active rest” time, while keeping your HR up a bit. 💪
Are there any other antagonistic muscles besides the biceps and triceps ?
@@mlm6366 Yes, of course there are. Basically any muscle groups that cause opposite movements, like the chest vs back muscles (push vs. pull) would qualify as well.

I can testify about that dropset it works. That's actually how I grew my biceps once. I remembered being in the gym doing dropsets lots of reps and the guys would look at me like I'm insane. Unlike Simeon I performed my sets with 15, 20, 25.

Saying by guys who train calves once a week for 3 to 4 sets at the end of a leg workout.
You gotta work calves as hard as all other muscles. Even arms deserve their own day if they are weak and small 💪🏼💪🏼🔥
I had calves days i trsined them like a hour but they did grow but not that fast like my back
