Watching this video made me realize some of the mistakes i'm making. I'm getting good muscle tone and development but I defiantly need to push the envelope and touch heavy weight and "Cheat Reps". I've been so focused on form, I've been leaving the strength out there. I'm pumped up to workout today lol

You literally see the results from both of em from beginning to end !!! And when they get to talking about the giving away form because of the weight being heavy . I always try the heavier weights and the more reps after I'm absolutely done to push my limits.
Someone that is on gear can pump all day long, but if you train naturally, the pump is not the efficient way to train... It's fun to watch them train, but it's not suited for naturals... Look at everyone in your gym.. Who actually got really big by pumping every day?
Bro,even Jordan had a coach! Im positive that guy didn't play as good as Jordan! Some people are the coach,some are the talent/athlete. This is based mostly on genetics. The worst bodies do the hardest work i.e. Branch Warren,Mike Metzer,Johnny Jackson,most powerlifters,etc!! Thats why most of these fantastic shape guys have horrible form,due to genetics the muscle fires better even with garbage technique.

I LOVE THE OLD SCHOOL WORKOUTS THEY DID. That single arm side tricep kick out is WORTH DOUBLE IT'S WEIGHT IN GOLD! Their explanation of the "cheat" curl, IS EXACTLY HOW I GOT TO CURLING 90 POUNDS ISOLATED IN ONE ARM (no riods)!
18:20, totally agree there... im small AF, and I can curl 75s with decent form.. and that's from similar throw ups with heavier weights but still using slow eccentrics.

Yes it's best to avoid injuries by doing proper form but sometimes using slightly heavier weight that you can at least struggle to get a few reps out of even if you cheat slightly is key at least on one set with unusually heavy weight and then go a little lower to do a proper set .To increase size we need to try to lift heavier but still smart

Starley exactly those reps are key and how we all built strength growing up. So time to go back to the roots.

cheat reps are always good as long as u dont sacrifice ur form that will injur yourself... such as deadlifting with rounded back
