Behind the head press is definitely not an exercise for everyone. There's very few ppl that have the ability to have that flexibility with their arm and elbow positioning. That exercise will destroy your rotator cuff over time unless you pull your elbow in forward.

The best way to change things up an have variety is to have a solid training partner who has a different routine from you an swap muscle group responsibilities between you both ... but you can’t expect everyone to be as serious as you are about training I’ve run threw 2 partners 😢 so I just work out listening to SIMEON AN MIKE RASHID lol

In My opinion variations are Not Just for fun. Hit your Joints and all the passive structures Always exactly the Same way, May Bring more Chance for injurys. So mixing IT Up also benefits that even it's Not listed AS the No 1 movement of the year.
Hwy Simeon your absolutely right ...there is no 1 particular routine that can be consider the best exercise to develop a body part...I've been working out for the last 21 yrs and like you said adding variety to your workout is part of what keep you motivated it's the same thing for me. Plus by changing up your routine and adding variety you prevent platea and fatigue
Hi , I have been following your RUclips channel for quite some time now and have gotten some good results so far. I wanted to see if maybe you could make some routine videos or suggestions for guys that are limited equipment , like a Plantfitness gym , I'm leaning more towards shoulders , chest and legs.. l know it not the best gym but that usually all I can find when on the road .
