I've been watching your channel and trying out all your workouts. I used to train heavy with no results. Now with your workouts I've made crazy gains! Thanks Eric.
@testmygansta826 I workout naturally and even tho it's way more work the must've will stay for a long time, so that's My personal choice. Whereas steroid are like addiction and if You stop taking You are going to lose a lot of Your gains and it's very unhealthy. It's not worth it.
@testmygansta826 The fact that they are professionals and accept ethers, you need to understand and make adjustments to your recovery and growth opportunities. His principles of training are also suitable for those who train for themselves without pharmaceutical support. These principles began to work for me, I won't become a monster, but I'm getting better every day. And I don't want to be a monster.
One incredible piece of advice I've taken from Eric... don't be lazy, MOVE THE BENCH. Cables are king when it comes to things like pec and tricep training, and doing things like bench supported flys have worked wonders for my chest. Drag that bench over to the cables and get as much stretch as possible.
It’s funny how you guys talked about changing the stimuli in your workouts. I just did shoulders this morning and I added 2 Smith machine press exercises in today. The first was a superset with lateral raises and the second was an upward explosion with a 5 second negative. I’m feeling it!
I'm hoping some of these movements will help because my shoulders, just will not grow and I've tried so many different variations and have plenty of time under tension and still, no growth.😑
I noticed one mistake he seems to be making... During that machine overhead press, he's hyper extending his lower back. This places unnecessary stress on the lower back, increasing your likelihood of injury over time. What he should be doing is concentrate on bracing his core, making sure his pelvis is tight and in a neutral, strong position. Rather than the anterior pelvic tilt he seems to be demonstrating here. Protecting your lower back is extremely important. It's basically the centre of your body, so you should always prioritise lower back safety above everything else.

Tension is the key
@testmygansta826and it's obvious he is on juice, but still his science behind hypertrophy is correct

You are a beast compared to your friend! Why aren’t you going to the Olympia??? Your genetics are insane!!!
I like the videos more when you also show your stance you use for every exercise, even if it’s supposed to be understood.
