Especially the last exercise is an excellent exercise! However, the V-grip causes some unpleasant strain on my wrists. Therefore instead of a V-grip I use two D handles connected by a musketon hook. This allows your wrists to move more smoothly/naturally and also allows your elbows to go more to the outside.
As far as I'm concerned, this improves the mind muscle connection improves raising the arms.

So many guys are afraid to change their workout style of just coming in the gym and hitting heavy weights without any muscle connection and control weights . For those who know how muscle works boy o boy these tips are pure gold!! Ever since covid it force me to learn my muscle connection at my at house since I could not go any local gym . I found these slow control movements randomly just focusing in what I was doing and and keeping full ROM with constant tension change my body completely. Mind you of 44 yrs old I’ve been going the gym for ever at least 20 yrs same workouts not any drastic change. But the last 4 yrs I’ve build more muscle then all my previous yrs combined . I’ve come to learn my body and know what exactly what muscle’s are working that I love to workout!!

Nice video! I'm gonna try these out for my next few shoulder days and see how they work out. And I totally agree with you on not lifting heavy for shoulders. Heavy lifting definitely has it's place and purposes, but shoulders don't really need a ton of weight to get a pump and gain hypertrophy. Plus, it's not all that safe to lift very heavy during shoulder exercises because your risk of getting hurt increases as well.

Do you do the around the worlds raises and then straight 10-12 lateral raises all as ONE set?
Or do you do 3-4 sets of the around the worlds and ‘then’ 3-4 sets of lateral raises to really exhaust the shoulders.

The upright row with the extra internal rotation grip sets of my impingement alarm. I prioritize the external rotation movements like face pulls a bit more with my impingement. This could challenge the issue head on though, Im interested in trying. I like that the grip allows for outward pull(Gaston for climbers).
