One of the most under rated fitness RUclips channels. The amount of knowledge bombs in his videos are pretty insane. Dude deserves a million subs no doubt. Thanks Eric. Been using a ton of the movements you’ve shown us for a few months now and I’ve had some of my best gains. Something about the stretch, TUT and movement (not being so stiff) is such a friggin game changer for my physique. Thanks man.
This big dude know état is talking about am 65 still train and I love this big dude video he have some new game changer that real work I HAVE A GREAT RESPECT FOR YOU ERIC ❤
Eric really is one of the smartest bodybuilders. Between him and RP Periodization, if anyone ever asks for advice on the BEST way to train and learn proper technique, those two are all you need.
This style of training has completely changed how I view my workouts. When I train like this, I leave the gym EXHAUSTED! I have been able to stretch my muscles and work a lot of knots out. I feel like I am working back from the bottom, but at such a better skill rate. I am excited to go to the gym and not worry about getting hurt and seeing the progressions! (I can see it in my arms already)
Eric, I’ve been watching your channel and some of the collabs with Dr Mike. The tempo you guys work with and using some of the exercises has been a game changer. I still start off with a normal pace pushing heavier weight on a compound then transition into that long eccentric/hold, my strength has increased noticeably after just a couple weeks. After about a month, I feel like some of my shape has really popped (lats feel much wider, chest more sculpted) keep at it and thank you!
Started to know this guy thanks to Coach Greg. This person is superbe! Train like he does the last few weeks and the look and feel is amazing! Thnx man!
Love this back workout series… have all of the components for the exercises except the t-bar.. so I can’t complain… lookin great Eric!… and I’m not looking bad myself.💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💥💥💥💥
This video deserves a million views for the wealth of information! Just ordered those grip straps, my forearms and hands keep giving out before my back!
So watching between Dr. Mike and Janicki, I noticed Janicki does way more volume in his workouts. I’ve been reducing my volume and concentrating on quality over volume, but I’m afraid I’m not getting as much stimulus as I need? What are people’s thought on this and how can we make sure we’re getting the most out of a workout and hitting that sweet spot without over training and under training?
Dude are you still doing PT in West Hollywood? I have an awful time making my back respond to any exercises. I followed your suggestions & it just clicked last night. My back is on fire today🔥 I need a few sessions to know what I’m doing wrong with my deltoids & back muscles.
Only reason I'm training more traditional at the moment (well, 2-3 minute sets, rows much stricter than even yours with zero hip movement) is that I'm really sensitive to volume and can only do 1-2 sets per exercise and 1-2 exercises per muscle, but once I can handle more I'll come back to crazy stretches on the lats. Already got to a 30° femur to tibia angle in the bottom of my leg presses
New sub here, loving all your videos.. Great info! I've downloaded Dr. Mike's Israetel hypertrophy app and the combination of both yours and his knowledge is giving me an amazing pump while leaving the ego. And I've been training for over two decades. I wish i knew about this when i was a kid...anyways I just wanted to thank you. I very much appreciate you.
one thing I really don't get is.. how different this is compared to the sessions he had with eg Coach G. When I take like tis workout for back, 5 exercises each 3 sets of 12-16 reps. That leaves me just for back session in around 60min window. how many times can one train back per week given that there is plenty of other muscles in need of a bit of attention and love... also. training frequency eg how often a muscle per week? questions...
beijingpengiz If you’re training your back like this video, once a week is perfect. When your testing your Lats than when they are growing and getting stronger.
Sorry I'm confused you lay On the bench use the rope to do the suprasinatus and infraspinatus muscles for lower back as you just said in the video so do you mean you're hitting them as you work you're lower back or you do you're lowe back to them hit them I'm confused as obviously them muscles you named are in the upper back no where near the lower path of the back well basically shoulder.
What's with the valley girl intro at the very beginning of the video? lol Dude, if you want to flex your gigantic arms, just do it and say nothing. Better effect imo. Like your vids. Keep it up.

Toss in Joe Bennett from Hypertrophy Coach and you have a perfect blend of evidence-based and practical gym knowledge/approsch
So underrated, I went from athlete x in high school, to coach Greg in college, to finally Eric Janicki starting a PT course💪💪
Legend!

One by One Full Body Workout Video ❤❤
Personally never been a fan of ropes for back but may implement one or two of these into my own workout. Nice video.
More and more I'm starting to like back day. Definitely will use these

Eric, what do you think of one arm dumbbell rows and rack deadlifts?
What do you think about seal rows? Love your channel.

Let’s goooo. Remember to do everything progressively and never to go from 1 to 100 instantly
What we need these influencers to really show us, is their cycle.
Eric with a hairy chest is all I need

Incredible to hear!! Let’s keep growing together 🫡
@@ericjanickifitness yes sir! 💪🏽
That lower lat “deficit” “t bar” row, is a V bar row, there is no T involved there
Now imagine if he would add X-reps and Muscle round sets to this. Totally massive results.
Im curious what exercises you do for traps.
Ok subscribed

Corect Eric Olympea
If you are doing that on the cable row machine something I can't do. At my gym the cable would have stopped a few feet before.
I keep trying to sign up for your help with training...
Monsterrrr
You wanna get big? watch Eric Janicki

Eric drinking game: Everyone take a shot every time they hear “impetus,” in the videos.
