    One of the most under rated fitness RUclips channels. The amount of knowledge bombs in his videos are pretty insane. Dude deserves a million subs no doubt. Thanks Eric. Been using a ton of the movements you’ve shown us for a few months now and I’ve had some of my best gains. Something about the stretch, TUT and movement (not being so stiff) is such a friggin game changer for my physique. Thanks man.

    This style of training has completely changed how I view my workouts. When I train like this, I leave the gym EXHAUSTED! I have been able to stretch my muscles and work a lot of knots out. I feel like I am working back from the bottom, but at such a better skill rate. I am excited to go to the gym and not worry about getting hurt and seeing the progressions! (I can see it in my arms already)

    Eric, I’ve been watching your channel and some of the collabs with Dr Mike. The tempo you guys work with and using some of the exercises has been a game changer. I still start off with a normal pace pushing heavier weight on a compound then transition into that long eccentric/hold, my strength has increased noticeably after just a couple weeks. After about a month, I feel like some of my shape has really popped (lats feel much wider, chest more sculpted) keep at it and thank you!

    So watching between Dr. Mike and Janicki, I noticed Janicki does way more volume in his workouts. I’ve been reducing my volume and concentrating on quality over volume, but I’m afraid I’m not getting as much stimulus as I need? What are people’s thought on this and how can we make sure we’re getting the most out of a workout and hitting that sweet spot without over training and under training?

    What do you think about seal rows? Love your channel.

  • @maxschmidt9461
    @maxschmidt9461 Год назад

    Only reason I'm training more traditional at the moment (well, 2-3 minute sets, rows much stricter than even yours with zero hip movement) is that I'm really sensitive to volume and can only do 1-2 sets per exercise and 1-2 exercises per muscle, but once I can handle more I'll come back to crazy stretches on the lats. Already got to a 30° femur to tibia angle in the bottom of my leg presses

And I've been training for over two decades. I wish i knew about this when i was a kid...anyways I just wanted to thank you. I very much appreciate you.

    one thing I really don't get is.. how different this is compared to the sessions he had with eg Coach G. When I take like tis workout for back, 5 exercises each 3 sets of 12-16 reps. That leaves me just for back session in around 60min window. how many times can one train back per week given that there is plenty of other muscles in need of a bit of attention and love... also. training frequency eg how often a muscle per week? questions...

    Sorry I'm confused you lay On the bench use the rope to do the suprasinatus and infraspinatus muscles for lower back as you just said in the video so do you mean you're hitting them as you work you're lower back or you do you're lowe back to them hit them I'm confused as obviously them muscles you named are in the upper back no where near the lower path of the back well basically shoulder.
