Jeff Nippard Wish I had this video earlier today when I did my first pull workout of the week! I’d love to see a video on shoulder exercises. I feel like they are always at risk for injury, and I’m not sure if some of the pain I’m feeling is due to my technique.

Yooo mind was blown by the pinky and ring finger pressure on the bar.... it amazes me there never seems to be an end to things you can do with form to maximize tension on muscles. I thought not swinging, elbows at sides, squeeze, and slow on eccentric was all there could possibly be to a curl. I think this will be a game changer for me as I have been doing curls for years now working out gaining muscle in the rest of my body chest shoulders back... but my arms have always been stubborn in growing. Thank you so much Jeff!
Hello Jeff love your videos dude, great content. But I wonder if you could give me an insight. At 0:33 I can see exaclty the muscle I've injuried. The "Curve like muscle" Between your scapula and lumbar (its not the spine its the thick muscle parallel to it). Is it the spinal erector? If it is, do you have any tips about rehab? Or muscles I could train to protect them? Thanks a lot and keep up the good work, cheers!
I had never heard the "grip and drive through your pinky fingers" cue before, I've been gripping the shit out of the barbell and really engaging the forearms. Just tried your tips with with a dumbbell and wow, holy bicep isolation!

Dude facts.
I look and feel stronger. Now the only thing that keeps me from the gym is time and tiredness.
@dmiles3270 this is all true, but without a good diet this means nothing, I lifted religiously for a couple years with no growth it wasn't until I started hitting my macros I started gaining
Facts same for me@@dl8619
Wow he is the only vlogger without BS and focuses on the science behind the workouts.
Jeff Nippard may be the best resource to reference for body building. Dude has helped me immensely!
Who else thought that intro beat was ON FIRE!!
Nice video my friend 30 hours effort don’t worry output was great. What about hammer biceps.
Jeff is the actual GOAT of fitness RUclips. You can tell how much effort and research goes into every vid so informative. Respect Bro💪🏻
Yes I just watched a man do the same barbell curl over and over again for 10 minutes
And I’m proud of it
Love these. I've always stressed technique personally. It's good to see a RUclipsr emphasizing and placing importance on this. Thanks very much Jeff
From SE Asia. Technique Tuesday is on Wednesday here 😂
Amazing video. Very well put together and explained in great detail. Thank you!
This dude is amazing. So humble and well put together. Content is top notch.
You are a legend, thank you for all the great content.
Me: Go to the gym and lift weights like a caveman
Fitness youtubers: 'Actually, here is where you're wrong'
POV: You've been mesmerized by his veins and forgot to listen to the video
Hello Jeff love your videos dude, great content. But I wonder if you could give me an insight. At 0:33 I can see exaclty the muscle I've injuried. The "Curve like muscle" Between your scapula and lumbar (its not the spine its the thick muscle parallel to it). Is it the spinal erector? If it is, do you have any tips about rehab? Or muscles I could train to protect them? Thanks a lot and keep up the good work, cheers!
Hope your doing better cuz looks like he didn't see your comment
After 15 yrs of training I finally know how to train biceps properly. Thanks brother!
I had never heard the "grip and drive through your pinky fingers" cue before, I've been gripping the shit out of the barbell and really engaging the forearms.
Just tried your tips with with a dumbbell and wow, holy bicep isolation!
Thx you so much. This little pinky tips just changed my feeling totaly. I realy love your videos Jeff
The way you say “arm” is funny 😂

Jeff thank you for these videos I’m still a new lifter and these really help with the breakdowns. You can watch someone do these exercises or have them show you but seeing it in this format is really second to none.
This is QUALITY content. Definitely one of the top fitness channels you can find.
I don't do any research, i just watch jeff do the research for me. Thank you sir great vid
That was actually one of your all time best videos! Thanks a lot for sharing this! I especially loved the conscious over-supination part, that was pure gold!
