I used to be really fat. I had 390lbs in September last year, and when I saw that number it was way more than I thought it is. I was really mad at myself. It really hit me hard, and I realised I got to do something. Not just sit and wait for problem to resolve itself. It was a life changing decision, because I have probably been on the verge of developing some serious health condition... So at first I got my diet plan created on NextLevel Diet, which was super helpful to me at the moment... In the first two months of following my eating plan I lost 45lbs. And by February of this year another 40, for the total of 85lbs in five months... After that I started slowly exercising. First just by walking, and eventually I joined a gym and now I go five days a week, still walking on the weekends. I realised that I am stronger than I ever thought I have been. Never had any confidence, and now I can run, do burpees, do push-ups... I take these small victories!!
Congratulations m8 I honestly aspire to be someone like you, determined, strong willed and never letting you put yourself down. Fantastic job and keep it up!

The 1st week could barely do the Russian twists, I had to bend my knees to keep my feet up off the ground. Equally, the flutter kicks and In & outs were nearly impossible for me. The 2nd week everything was becoming more manageable. 3rd week, I could actually mirror the proper form of the Russian twists, flutter kicks, and in&outs. I couldn't always last the full 45 seconds, but I was so stoked I could hold the proper form. 4th week, I was keeping up with the routines pacing more often. 5th week, I was keeping up with the pacing consistently and I was definitely getting stronger. For everyone out there, even if you suck at this at first, don't be discouraged, keep doing it. You WILL get better. You WILL get stronger. Just keep showing up
hey thanks for that Gabriel, did my first (kinda) work out today, 'kinda' because I can't even manage all of them and the ones i can attemt i have to modify, You've given me extra confidence to know that i'll get better at them. cheers!

Heavy breathing is an essential part of working out in case none of y'all knew it. When you do heavy breathing, there is more oxygen in your blood which helps muscles work.

Some people are making jokes about laziness,, don't do that. You're ONLY encouraging yourselves to not do this Start and finish this routine. Trust me on this
If you dont feel the burn in your abs that means that your core is so weak that your hip muscles are doing all the work. Basically if you feel like that your abs are not training at all and you wont see results you need to fix your form to ennage your abs and then start progessing from 0%, even if your max is 10 seconds when engaging abs, only then you’ll see results
@@sgtpepperjack6929 if you cant keep them straight at first then bend your legs and crunch your abs forward to feel the burn once you get used to it start to straighten your legs out more and more

Finna try and share any changes throughout doing this a whole week: Day 1- needed more pauses than what I expected, but worth the effort Day 2- (my bad for late update): needed a bit more time than usual, it’s normal to feel sore after the first day Day3- felt way better, trust the process, starting to feel way more energetic Day4- again completed it, it started being easier, now I don’t need to take many pauses and can keep up with it Day 5- started seeing physical changes, my arms and torso are more defined and I feel overall better Day6- almost forgot to do it but did it, always remind yourself not to let go Day7- another physical change, my body looks way more defined, just saying trust the bulk and process, at first I was a bit reluctant but I’m glad I didn’t let go Now (a month later)- I still do this workout every day or two. I just for reference I went from 57kg to 51kg, i feel way more confident and energetic, remember that consistency is key, to whoever trying this, trust the process and you’ve got it :))
Laypenide same lmao i be like dammmmn i am gonna be real fit in the summer and like that everyday, starting to see results but its hard because im a teenager and my parents only cook junk food and everybody in my family is fat and i have to burn 3x than an average person, i would keep a healthy diet but i cant because of that
Vv_IKER _vV I’m in same situation but look, all I did was not eat breakfast , only drink water all day , eat a little lunch or just fruit then eat a normal dinner not going over board , stay away from sugar completely, I was 240lbs at 5’10 now I’m 185lbs in just 6 months and workout at least 3 times a week doing whatever u can do
Same here, been doing this workout since the start of 2023 and my abs look amazing, it took literally a whole year to finally have the bottom 2 abs come in to complete my six pack lol
Initially I used to pause this a lot, was able to do maybe 2 or 3 exercises for 45 secs straight with a minute of rest in between. At a 1.5 months of doing this every alternate day, I was able to do all exercises 45 secs straight with maybe 30 secs rest in between. Today, at 2 months mark, I didn't pause this start to end, feeling great! Thanks Chris, for putting out such an awesome workout, and for your words of inspiration, appreciate it!
@@cyrus277 For those who are already worked out, it is easy, true. But it's like saying swimming is easy to somebody, who has never swum before. Everything becomes easy after a certain amount of practice.

You actually need a mat Doing these exercises without it is a spine suicide literally!! Have a mat guys! Protect your spine or you’ll get an injury that will destroy any gain you get, and prevent it you from doing exercises for a year or more
I'm horrible with overthinking, always have an excuse to put it off and "start tomorrow" and as you might imagine, it's worked out horribly. I found this vid today, watched it through the first time to see what I'd be doing before I moved stuff out of the way and just tried. I did horribly, I couldn't do too many before getting exhausted and honestly planking was just nope. I haven't been able to plank even when I was working out ten years ago without using my knees instead of my toes. But I tried anyway. I'm hoping that practicing, including just trying to plank without extra movements might help me on my two rest days. After trying each of these, I lay on my floor feeling like i was going to have a heart attack and just thought about the poor choices that led to my not being able to work out like I feel I should be able to. I recognized that this is 100% on me, just like doing better is 100% on me. That first attempt at a set did make me feel better, it did give me the rush of "this is killing me, but I want to do it again!" My body aches and my abs feel that after burn squishy, but instead of feeling horribly discouraged, I honestly feel encouraged to do this again tomorrow and the day after and try to make a little progress each time. Made a schedule so I have no excuses to *not* work out because it's a block where I'm not allowed to do anything else. I'm hoping I'm still working out and adding to the routine in a year's time.
That's the attitude you need! I started doing these exercises at the start of the year and I started out only being able to get through not even half of this video without collapsing. Not being able to do it isn't something to be discouraged about, you need to turn that into motivation to carry on and see results like when you can get further into the video. I guarentee if you do your best regularly and follow these videos you'll make progress. I've got a six pack from it already but definitely not stopping (nutrition is important too)
Posting my progress too! I’m about 1.5 months in doing this 2-3 times a week consistently at the end of my usual workouts. I was already a pretty fit guy so I went from no packs (flat abs) to about 2 to 4 packs now. :) My goal is 6 packs! 1. Oct 28 - ✅
I am already pretty close to a six pack and I barely finished this workout, if you are beginning please remember this is hard for everybody and just keep fighting.😁👍Good luck

@@ritikpahelani1190 it's based on how long you have been doing and ur age. Just tell me those and I'll help u out. This is why I am telling you to tell me how long you have been doing workouts and ur age. As 18+ folks usually have more strength than teenagers aged 14/15
I still don't believe that I still find this video just to get in shape and I need my sixpack back. I gain weight after married and need to get in shape quick. Thanks for the great video!
Honestly, the fact he sounds a bit short of breath at the end is encouraging. He's obviously ripped and fit, and he's worn down. Not much, but still... If he gets winded from one round, then there's nothing to be ashamed of if we're not as fit yet and wearing down doing these same exercises. It's like he said, concentrate on perfect form and mindset. Just push yourself to the end of the exercise. If you can't do the full set, start with half. I like to think of what Bruce Lee said, "If you can't do it slow, you can't do it fast". The point is to challenge yourself, not kill yourself. Start with a challenge your body can handle, then incrementally build on that. You'll get there with practice. I'm only a few weeks into doing a few minutes of simple exercises in the morning and when I go to bed, but I feel better both physically and mentally. Not like I'm apex predator, but my posture is better, I feel a little more confident and I can do more reps now than when I began. I have hope for us all.

Oke makker

-abs: all good man
-legs: Low battery! Low battery!
Ikr, most of the times I can't do 4 sets because my legs can't keep going
If you dont feel the burn in your abs that means that your core is so weak that your hip muscles are doing all the work. Basically if you feel like that your abs are not training at all and you wont see results you need to fix your form to ennage your abs and then start progessing from 0%, even if your max is 10 seconds when engaging abs, only then you’ll see results

Finna try and share any changes throughout doing this a whole week:
Day 1- needed more pauses than what I expected, but worth the effort
Day 2- (my bad for late update): needed a bit more time than usual, it’s normal to feel sore after the first day
Day3- felt way better, trust the process, starting to feel way more energetic
Day4- again completed it, it started being easier, now I don’t need to take many pauses and can keep up with it
Day 5- started seeing physical changes, my arms and torso are more defined and I feel overall better
Day6- almost forgot to do it but did it, always remind yourself not to let go
Day7- another physical change, my body looks way more defined, just saying trust the bulk and process, at first I was a bit reluctant but I’m glad I didn’t let go
Now (a month later)- I still do this workout every day or two. I just for reference I went from 57kg to 51kg, i feel way more confident and energetic, remember that consistency is key, to whoever trying this, trust the process and you’ve got it :))

Doing these exercises without it is a spine suicide literally!!
That first attempt at a set did make me feel better, it did give me the rush of "this is killing me, but I want to do it again!"
My body aches and my abs feel that after burn squishy, but instead of feeling horribly discouraged, I honestly feel encouraged to do this again tomorrow and the day after and try to make a little progress each time. Made a schedule so I have no excuses to *not* work out because it's a block where I'm not allowed to do anything else. I'm hoping I'm still working out and adding to the routine in a year's time.
keep it up 💪🏽💯💯💯
Don’t give up bro, you can do it, I’m rooting for you

Gon Soku I started working out about 3 years ago, but that was primarily playing basketball and sometimes weights. When I really started to try for abs it took me 3-4 months
emmanuel cagara it strengthens your lower back as well, this is typically normal with these type of workouts. Maybe try sit ups or crunches to replace the leg ups.
How often should I do this blend suka?
You never know how long 45 seconds can be until u work out........

click657 I think it's best to watch the video anyways, shows good form, and tells the specific muscles each workout works for. You should still watch it trust me , it's still worth it. If you just want the Exercise then just get that app or google workouts. smh
Nós já temos que fazer o exercício, façamos assistindo o vídeo, ao menos dará visualizações por algo que nos é ensinado gratuitamente...
What is dead rn btw?
Core4ever10 "dead rn btw" is not an exercise, Illuminati was just making notice that at that moment during the workout he was already very exhausted. "dead rn btw" is "I am DEAD Right Now, By The Way"
“This one’s an ab killer guys!”
*I know Chris, I know.*
They all are 😳

Just now I realised, I need to work out a lot to reach this beginners level, lol
Oh man, I've been working out (moderately) to keep healthy/fit for the last 3 years and I can assure you, I'm barely able to do this workout 😂
Do this 3 times a week
😂😂😂😂
Feel you

The pandemic showed me this life changing routine and I haven't stopped since then.
Thanks Chris for the best f'n shape of my life!
I now understand the importance of 15 seconds of my life
Did you made it?
@@ritikpahelani1190 yes dude I am doing it for 1.5 months now and 3 rounds are nothing. Moreover I have now switched to HIIT workouts
@@olympian1397 so can you guide me how much time in total hrs i have to work out in a day? And what to eat more ? Everything about it
@@ritikpahelani1190 it's based on how long you have been doing and ur age. Just tell me those and I'll help u out. As I am a teenager I started with 2 rounds and couldn't get going with 3 rounds for a very long time and after practicing and resting for 1.5 months I am now able to do 4 rounds. This is why I am telling you to tell me how long you have been doing workouts and ur age. As 18+ folks usually have more strength than teenagers aged 14/15
@@olympian1397 I am 20 years old and i go for jogging and running everyday since 3 days . I am not so thin guy. Weight around 50-55kgs .
Doing jumping jacks: "This one you don´t wanna stop"

I still don't believe that I still find this video just to get in shape and I need my sixpack back. I gain weight after married and need to get in shape quick. Thanks for the great video!
Chris: I'm pretty gassed by this point
Everyone else: dead
3 weeks in of doing this every day, I can only get to flutter kicks before having to take a second breather to keep going in. Just keep going!
Hahaha I love this workout. Honestly people, I'm thirteen years old and I can do it. Don't be wimps.
@@pixalsamurai4048 yeah, because you weight like 40kg xd
Borec nejvetsi147852369 I’m actually 105 lbs and I am middle school and still suffer to this but manage to finish a round
When he said jumping jacks, no cap I Thanked God.
