People sleep on Chris Heria until you put them onto his workouts. Following this stuff for maybe 20-40 minutes a day due to my job has gotten me more toned. It’s doable even for the “busiest” people.
Pre OCS I was doing his stuff for 2 hours every day to train. Stretching 3-4 rounds of lifting depending on what muscle I’m working out that day 20 or 30 minutes of abs 40 minutes of cardio. Now, post OCS alot of time is dedicated to work/family stuff/etc It’s about 20-40 minutes with 2 rounds of his 15 minute full body workout using dumbbells.
No matter how much different videos Chris uploads , even the ones from 4 years to 10 years ago on both his channels , all of them works trust me all of them works, you just need discipline that’s all.

I wasn’t working out , wasn’t in the best shape ( but hey I’m married 😂) didn’t even plan on changing anything . Till i saw his videos . This dude got me getting up minutes earlier than I normally would , JUST TO WORK OUT. Doing this for about 4 weeks now an I already see changes , my family , my friends also notice the difference 💪🏼 I’m about to get myself a bar in the garden so I can train pull ups and the other stuff ❤ Chis is a legend , I wish him nothing but the best , he deserves it . (Even tho bro wears Nike socks with adidas sneakers 😅❤)

I need to cut my own abs workouts down as they last 30 minutes of around 1000 reps non-stop for the entire abs! Of course my videos are based on shorter durations for abs as like yourself; I understand the importance of delivering effective and efficient short abs routines that work for most people. Guys remember for a 6 pack ab you need consistency. You keep hitting stone for a hundred days and nothing happens but on the hundred and first day it splits in two
