Been doing this exercise for 11 days, I’ll admit it was very difficult at first. On day one I could barley do a sit up, but on day 11 I’ve been able to complete the entire exercise with a little struggle! 😃 I’ll keep doing this for a year and then I’ll come back and share my results

@@OFFICIALTHENXSTUDIOS Hey Chris! Thanks so much for replying to my comment! I am honored and awestruck! I had a question for you! I have lost a significant amount of body weight in a year and now I have loose skin all over my belly! What can I do reduce that skin?
@@amitpai101 I dont believe you can do anything about, other than getting surgery. But it's okay because there is nothing to be ashamed of. If you look up a guy named Obese to beast, you can see that he has loose skin, but that still doesn't stop him from doing what he loves!! Good luck!! 😊
@@amitpai101 unfortunately, only surgery. This is my 3rd time losing 50 pounds. The older u get, it just sags. But I didn't use any weights. Cant lift. But genetics plays a part. wow,I actually did it! This doesn't seems like a task anymore but rather a part of my daily routine. As for the results,I do feel like I have increased my core strengths. Although the abs are still not purely visible as i expected them to be, I am fine with it as long as I actually do some progress. I consider this a reward for myself. Went from 88kgs to 65kgs,Body fat reduced from 20%approx to 11.6%. Increased strength and stamina. 2020 was not a bad year afterall.
Just go for it! Do it for yoursefl❤️
(Also, just switch to 02:10 if you're doing this daily)
Will keep updating!! Wish you luck for your journey
Good luck men ! I have a trick to do more round, is to take another ab video (he posted ton of it). In my brain it's not the same exercices (even if it's target the same muscular group) so I can do 3 or 4 round in total. I like to have 2 differents videos or even three to vary
Or if I do the same but I feel very fatigue I "offer" myself to only do 40 instead of 45. It's better to do one round at 35 or 40 than nothing ^^
You can do it ! courage!

Not sure if you ever got the visual results you were looking for but diet is of course a main contributing factor. I did Chris Heria and Igor Voitenka's vids for abs along with my other workouts and ate chicken, broccoli, salmon, ground turkey, and salad in rotation and starting getting the results i wanted in 3 months after keeping on track with fitness pal diet lowering my carb intake and staying within my macros.

I’m amazed by these workouts, I’m only 13 and at first didn’t think I could get buff at all, but to my surprise my abs are really showing, without me flexing at all I can see a very clear 6 pack. If you are young and don’t think you can look strong and fit, then think again, cause it is definitely possible. I watched a different ab workout video every day for about 3 weeks and see huge improvements already! Thank you so much Chris, you’re an inspiration! :)
During quarantine, no gym, I thought I would almost stop my workout. Then, found out about this Chris Heria guy, used the app, and I'm doing things never thought I'd be able to. Thank you so much chris for many variety of ab exercises.. i can choose and alternate them everyday.. high five!
Chris Heria you are a champion! So inspirational, so fit and so dedicated to helping people all over the world. I’ve been doing Chris’s workouts for over 6 months and why do I do these workouts and not other workouts? Because I see results and I feel them too. Nice clean and precise workouts and just in about 8 minutes
I have been doing this for 1 month . Thanks .It is helping.
Day 1: Did one round. Pretty tired. I did this on my arm day.
Day 2: I am sweaty as fuck today. Pain in the abs only when I am engaging it hard. Let's do it come on boys.
Day 3: Still doing only 1 rounds per day. I didn't slow down that much relative to the previous days. Let's do ittt!!
Day 4: I had two days rest. It was a leg day so just took rest on weekends. Did one round today. First two exercises still pains if done continuously and I feel I am not much improving. So I've decided to do it daily this week. Let's do it come on guys!!
Day 5: Done!
Day 6: Done! I did much more efficiently with minimal stop points today.
Day 7: Done!! Phewwwwww😵
Day 8: Done!! Finally, I almost did every exercise without stopping that much in between.. Pheww.. Come on guys. We can do this!!
Day 9: Done and dusted!!
Day 10: Done!!
Day 11: Done! I actually felt a lot of improvement. I also had energy to do another round but since I am kinda late on my schedule I didn't. But the improvement was obviously there!
Day 12: Done!
Day 13: Done!!
Will update soon.
Edit 1: My second day was actually my third day since the start because I am doing it on alternate days. What do you guys suggest? Daily or alternate days?
Edit 2: So it's been two weeks since I started. Visually there is only slight improvement. Physically I do feel much more efficient while dozing the exercise.
Edit 3: I only did two days last week coz I had my bday and had some work the other days. But I am not giving up! Let's do it. Come on!!
Week 1: 3/7 (1 Round)
Week 2: 5/7 (1 Round)
Week 3: 2/7 (1 Round)
You can do it!
Keep it up!
no pain no gain!
Do it 4-6 times a week, not daily. Give your body time to recover, even if it's six pack.
@BB 3 rounds a day? Jesus idk maine unless that's the only exercise youre doing but you gotta exercise your other muscles too. Definitely not something a beginner should do

Hey guys! Tve been working out for 1 week already, and I want to tell you guys my daily journey on this workout.😊
August 8 (Saturday)- I started working out on August 8. It was pretty exhausting from the very start. By the time Im at the end, I almost fainted. Lol🤣
August 9 (Sunday)- I really really wanted to do it but I had to take a rest since I had cramps all over my body. In my legs, arms, and hips.
August 10 (Monday)- I had no more cramps, so I decided to do it again. It was much easier. I finished the first two excercises with ease, but I was still struggling at the end. I almost fainted out the end, again🤣.
August 11 (Tuesday)- I decided to excercise because I want to keep going and I didnt want to slow down my momentum and progress. It was much easier from the start to the end.
August 12 (Wednesday)- I decided to take a rest, even though I didnt had any cramps at all.
August 13 (Thursday)- I had to take a rest, again😔. I had cramps on my legs and arms even though I didnt have them the day before.
August 14 (Friday)- My cramps were gone so I excercised. I did two rounds!! The first round was really really easy, I did every excercise without stopping, but I was struggling when I did the second round. It was still easy at the beginning but I almost fainted at the end🤣.
August 15 (Saturday)- Had to rest even though I didnt had any cramps.
August 16 (Sunday)- I decided to excercise on this day. I did two round but I was still struggling.
Come on! We can do this!
August 17 (Monday)- Idk but I was lazy at that moment so I took a rest🤣
August 18 (Tuesday)- Did two rounds. I was not struggling at the first two excercises of the second round but I almost fainted at the end of the second round🤣 Nevertheless LETS GO! DONT GIVE UP!
August 19 (Wednseday)- Still did two rounds. I wasnt struggling anymore at the second round! yay!
August 20 (Thursday)- Ill post my experience later when I finish experience.
September 13- I know! Big time gap! But I can say that I was still excercising in that time gap. I also did jogging, and some jumping rope. I did two rounds without stopping and I did a third round without feeling tired. I didnt give up, I was just lazy on updating things daily, lol.🤣✊
Ive been excercising for about a week now, and Im not thinking of stopping anytime soon. Im already noticing some changes in my body. I encourage you to do the same. Never stop, and just believe in your self! When you believe, you can achieve!🎉
I don’t know if it’s some mind trick or a fact but whenever I feel with cramps and all my body aching, I do excercise and then it doesn’t hurt(that much) next day
